They have come out twice now to take care of a ton of small tasks at an investment property of mine. I do not live in the area and trying to schedule work remotely has been a challengewith many contractors, but so far Bracken has been great!Their response time has been super quick, work is solid, and best of all very affordable. Will definitely continue to call them for all future projects.

At first, I had a small problem scheduling service. The manager (Thomas) got involved and took care of the issue. I received top notch service from that point on. The plumber (Rickard) was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Im glade I used Bracken Plumbing and will use them again when/if needed.

Amazing experience. It took the plumber less than 30 seconds to diagnose my issue and find the root cause. He was knowledgeable and was willing to explain as he was fixing my problem. He was careful with the surroundings and made sure everything was clean before he left. 10/10!

Bracken Plumbing was the plumping company on our remodel a few years ago. They we did an excellent job. Today I had a DIY project hit a snag when I couldn’t get the faucet nuts loose on a. Bathroom sink. I though of Bracken and took it to them. Dillon greeted and had the faucets removed. We had a great conversation. Bracken Plumbing will definitely be our choice for our future plumbing needs.

Bracken plumbing is the best !I called the emergency number on Christmas Eve. We had a frozen hose bib blow off the wall. The technician and his son are at my house in 15 minutes! They just left my Mothers home in Live Oak for a new water heater. I could go on and on about how frustrating it is to make sure your older parents are taken care of when you live far away, but I dont think I need to. I could also go on and on about how irritating it is to have contractor after contractor show up with terrible high estimates, up-sells, and even trying to sell you on third-party financing...but I dont need to.Bracken is a BLESSING. True fact. Randy and his partner were so so good to my Mom. Their charges were what you would expect for a water heater swap and not some INSANE price. To heck with every one of those home repair matching sites. Bracken is smaller, the care more than youd believe (like they way people used to,) and are truly your neighbor who happens to know plumbing. It feels good to say that and leave a review for them.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am now without words. You made an old lady and her son far away so happy.Good things,-Kelly

Joe and his work partner were on-time, courteous, and explained everything to me so that I would under the process. They made important recommendations regarding my water pressure and quoted me pricing. They were respectful of my time and my old home. My new water heater is performing perfectly, no problems. I have used Bracken before and will continue to do so.

Excellent business! They are not like competition that charge you a call fee, a paper fee, a return to fix fee, and receipt fee.... They respond find out what the problem is and tell you what it will cost before repairing it AND will let you know how it can be fix if youre on a budget/lower cost.

Update: New Service 2024-11-19Again an excellent experience. Vibrating pipes. Richard and Jack were the technicians on the service call. They quickly diagnosed the issue, extremely high water pressure to the house. Replaced the pressure control valve about an hour. Tested it and the issue was resolved. Very personable and professional. Highly recommended.*****************************************************************Could not have had a better experience. We had a pipe break in the middle of the night that necessitated turning the water off to the entire house. I called first thing in the morning, and their guys were at my house in less than an hour. Took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Very personable as well. Highly recommend.

700 bucks to install toilet and two new water heater lines. Work is great! You will pay for it. I had toilet here to install. No problem with work but 155 to show up and took em 2.75 hours to complete. 426 bucks in hourly rates. Work was slow as the journeyman was training an apprentice and I paid for it. Also a 15 dollar gas charge although I’m in Schertz and a 10 dollar misc although I paid for parts. Quality work though. Still five stars but I don’t like paying for an apprentice’s training but oh well. Will use again but maybe push em a bit faster. Thanks Bracken!

First of all, Bracken Plubming was not my first call for my tub that was leaking into the kitchen downstairs. My home warranty company sent over a plumber and he refused to work on the project because he would have to open up walls to tell where the problem is. Then I called Bracken for a second opinion. After Bracken did their analysis they told me that it was a clogged toilet that was causing the tub to leak downstairs. They did not suggest opening up any walls. They were just great! I cannot say enough good thingsabout this company. They know their job saved me thousands of dollars if I would have went with the first company. Great job Bobby! You guys are great. I think you are true professionals and know your business very well. Thank you for everything!
