I am impressed! Our kitchen sink and outdoor sink got really clogged last night. I called a plumbing service which sent over a plumber very fast, but he did not solve the problem unless I went with his very expensive solution. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing this morning. They sent a young plumber Luke over. He totally impressed me and my father-in-law who was a career maintenance guy and came over to help me out on the issue. Luke was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He did more than 2 hours hard work, solved the problem with one third of cost of the quote I got last night. For a clean freak like me, he had clean shoe covers on, had towel put down at the working sites, I was very happy with that detail! Highly recommended!

Luke from Mr. Rooter came out on a Sunday and fixed our shower leak. The leaking pipe was in a wall, and he apologized for having to cut the dry wall. He did a great job fixing the pipe and offered to flush our water heater, which was overdue. Luke was a very hard worker and when he finished, he asked my husband if there was anything he could have done better for us. We used the 10% off coupon for new customers. There was no extra fee for coming out on a Sunday. Great service.

Very impressed with the work Luke did diagnosing the issue with pool drains that were slow, then clogged after the hurricanes this year. I had other plumbers decline to help me or tell me to contact a pool company, and my landscaper tried to blow them out with water, but until Mr. Rooter sent Luke out, there had been no progress. Now the pool area drains. He was able to use his camera/scope to locate where the drains emptied at front of property and clean all the basins out. He ran water into the most critical low-lying pool drains for 45 minutes to show they were draining. Will be calling Mr. Rooter from now on.

This review is for Luke Vickers. I had a clogged pool line and had several pool companies and plumbers only to be told there is nothing they could do. Luke came out and was very honest told me he usually doesnt work with pool lines but he would do his best to help me. He talked through everything with me was very polite and honestly pleasant to talk to. He worked very hard and and with in a couple hours he figured out the problem. When he was dont pool was working great and he cleaned up and put everything back perfect. I was really impressed with this young man and Mr. Rooter should feel lucky to have and employee that represents them well and only makes their company better.

Luke came out and was super professional and so nice. He showed me everything he was doing and explained everything throughly. He cleaned out our pipes and after years of troubles with the toilets and showers he fixed it in one day. So glad I called Mr. Rooter and so glad it was Luke who came out!

For us it was almost an emergency situation. I called in morning opening time(8am) and they were here within 2hrs.The tech(Alex) listened to my list of problems. At this point Ill reveal Im a retired Building contractor. So I do know what Im talking about.We walked the house and Alex worked up a preliminary report.I was happy with the pricing, he didnt do the upsale approach like some of the many named companies.As he worked if we needed extra repairs he explained it saught my approval.Roto Rooter was very professional and I felt trustworthy. Took 2 days and things are great 😃👍.

This review is for Luke Vickers whom I believe works in the Bradenton location. This will be the second review I have done pertaining to this company. Again the company meets my expectations. Luke came out to my home yesterday to discuss and review some concerns I was having with my Mobile Home. He greeted me with a smile, excellent customer service skills. He was professional very knowledgeable and honest with me which is extremely important to me when dealing with any company. Work done for me previously by this company I have no problems with. Everything works as it should. So I will be using them again to complete some work shortly. I like the fact I have a good repore with the company and Luke made sure for any future endeavors this is a company I can trust to get the job done and done right..Thank you Luke.....Highly !!!!!!!! Excellent, professional, quick and very hard working. We have 1 bathroom that as not working. The crew started at noon and stayed until midnight to get the job done. This is the second time I used them. If you want great service at a fair price try Mr. Rooter. Luke Vickers and his crew were outstanding. If I have any other issues, Ill be asking for him.

AMAZING! Mr. Rooter is the best. We have gone through many plumbers in our 60 unit Condo Association and have never had such great service! Always a great greeting when calling. The guys are fantastic at what they do! Very quick response and always on time. Nick is such a great guy and very professional. On top of being professional he is very personable. This time we had Luke, and wow, another amazing experience. Very thorough, on time, quick response and also very personable. Rock on guys! What a great great team you ALL are including office staff! I had a toilet blocked on Sunday and called Mr Rooter Immediately I was impressed by the person answering the phone and her professionalism. Luke arrived shortly after and after being a bit surprised how young he seemed I soon realized he was very knowledgeable. The problem turned out to be a lot worse than he thought and he explained everything and let me see the main problem. He was there a long time and finally had everything fixed. To say he was amazing and so polite and professional. I would highly recommend this technician and this company.

My boyfriend called yesterday, they came out respectfully and efficiently.In the end of the service yesterday, the tech figured out it was a county issues with the main line. Which was yuck, but beyond appreciative of his diagnosis for the issue because other homes in neighborhood and the surrounding area had plumbers and those were milking the time and service on customers or even struggling to diagnose the issue. It was really sad to see. Very happy with his work - blanking on his name right now but will add that later for him to hopefully get some praise from the company!Hopefully we wont need them again, but will definitely call if we do!

Had an issue with our pipes backing up. I called Mr Rooter an a technician by the name of Nick came out. Nick was very courteous and immediately investigated the problem and determined that we had two issues, one was a full septic tank that should be service, and the other that our pipes had an extreme amount of build up. We decide to call a septic tank service he recommended to take care of the issue, but went with MR Rooter service to clean the drain pipes. Nick was prompt and very professional, he was determined that the job was going to come out right, they stayed with it, putting in many hours. When the job was done they cleaned everything up, and the pipes drained like they never did before. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received and would highly recommend this company. I called because my AC air handler was leaking all over the garage floor.It was the best service call experience I ever had. They could come out the same day. They gave me a set time and were here at that time. No window waiting. The receptionist was more then helpful . The service men were professional and respectful . They listened to my issues and found the problem right away. They did up and beyond the call that they came out for. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonably and they give you the cost of the job up front.They showed me the problems and resolved them quickly.Free of charge they checked out all of the plumbing in the house to make sure noting was leaking as well as my hot water heater.If I could give them a higher rating I would do so.Thank you so much for the acceptional work.Jolene M

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Sarasota saved us from our leaking shower just one day before we were to depart our Siesta Key, FL condo. The shower would not turn off because the rotten valve core had failed, rendering the handle useless. We had to turn off the main water valve and thought it might have to stay that way until, just five hours after we first contacted them, Matt arrived at our door, diagnosed the problem and made a tricky repair using parts stocked on his truck. This was an expensive problem, but one solved quickly and competently. It was such a big relief to have this taken care of before our departure. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing repairs on Siesta Key.

Ok, so where to begin? The customer service was great, and the service technician Luke Vickers did an amazing job fixing a problem I had with the wiring behind my fridge. Very friendly and pleasant, also super helpful! Explained everything well, which was great, because I tend to not know anything about household appliances. Great “sink side manner” (haha)! This was especially a breath of fresh air after having previous bad experience with delivery of fridge from other company. Very highly recommended. :) They also didn’t charge me extra for having to travel from Bradenton to Venice or with the service being done on a weekend.

Was amazingly professional and quick in realizing the issue in our quick patch job on the line and repairing the prime on the pump. Will always recommend and keep his card close for anymore issues.

Had a technician named Nick come to fix a leaky sink. The sink was newly installed. Nick figured out the problem and fixed it in a very short period of time. He then ran the water and disposal to check his work. Finally he asked me to take a paper towel and see if i could find any water under the sink. There was none. Outstanding plumber. Nick was super.
