I called them based on reviews to come and do a simple job of replacing A stainless hose for my faucet that had worn over time. I had ordered the hose online after doing research, I called them and they came within 2 days. Rates were very reasonable, especially since they do 15-minute increments. Work was professional and well done, they arrived timely and finished quickly. Very pleased and will use them again.

After using the so called best plumber to install a new hot water heater we were still getting very little water pressure and it took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower and lukewarm in the kitchen.I called Jason Gallo and after two visits he determined what the problem was and corrected changes to the pipes.I now have good water pressure and hot water throughout our home. This was all done at a reasonable cost and time.They are the Best.

Excellent service! I had an issue in both bathroom shower/tub. I called at 8:00 spoke with Jill who was friendly and took time to gather details of the issues.Since they had to fit me in to the schedule initially they could give me an exact time they would arrive. Jill called me about 11:00 to let me know somone would be arriving between 12-2:00. Del arrived at my home by 11:30 and began troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Del was knowledgable, friendly and effiecient in his approach diagnosing the issues. Highly reccomend this company!

I had a wonderful experience with Gallo Plumbing. After calling 4 different plumbing companies with no success, got a call back almost immediately at 7 pm at night from Dell. I was so happy that someone was so responsive. A plumber named Kyle came to my house the next day. His work was excellent. He worked with determination and care for my home. Cleaned up and solved my problem. Very polite, personable and courteous. I am thrilled to say I no longer have a major clog. I’m so happy with this company and would refer them to anyone who had a plumbing issue.

I normally dont take time to write reviews, but was so impressed and grateful for Gallo that I had to write this one. Prior plumbers could not figure out what piece I needed to repair my non-standard, British shower system. Jason Gallo identified what was needed by contacting the manufacturer in London and ordering the part that would work. Despite various obstacles to pinpointing the exact part needed, he was persistent and quickly fixed my shower when the part arrived from England. In addition to being a talented plumber, he went above and beyond to help when others walked away from the challenge. I strongly recommend him and his company for your plumbing needs.

I found out the hard way the my house had to be repiped. I called Gallo on a recommendation from an A/C tech I know. I gave them a shot and was so over the top happy with their people, the work done, the cost and speed of repiping my house. They got things done in a day and half. Then came back to finish parts that were being rebuit after ServPro didnt finish their job. Gallo took care of my house just before Thanksgiving. They have come throught with every plumbing issue since and Ive passed their number to my friends who need an great plumber. Thanks Gallo your tops!

I had a service contract with another company and while he was going through the entire house he suggested that I needed to change out 5 valves and I asked for a price for a new spicot for the outside. The quote was almost $2000. So I shopped around and called Gallo Plumbing. Immediately I sent over pictures of the 2 worst valves and the outdoor spicot. The gal gave me an estimate of under $350 for all 3. Well I figured at least $400 so I said ok, set an appointment, they called and rescheduled the time day of because of the rain and came later. The plumber said the valves were fine and did not replace them. He replaced the outdoor spicot and the price was only $165. That was a whole lot less then the $500 I was quoted by our service contract plumber for only the outdoor spicot, and the other 2 valves were almost another $400.So first If you need a great Plumber, so calls you back, is on time, and is more then fair with pricing call them. They are on our speed dial now.

We had a water pipe burst under the foundation and decided to repipe the house. We had 5 estimates and decided to go with Gallo Plumbing. Gallo was affordable, understanding, and did a great job. They were done in a day, with no mess or issues at all. A week later (last night) my garbage disposal starts leaking horribly....need a new one. I called Gallo at 10am and they told me they could be out between 2-4 to get it done, again...affordable. Showed up about 3, and was gone by 3:30. Thank you so much for the quick and awesome service, Gallo! Definitely recommend.

My back flow device started leaking, more like pouring, from the bottom in the evening on Labor Day. I shut the water down to the house and started looking for a plumber first thing on Tuesday. After attempting to get service with another local company that a) couldnt say when they could be there b) didnt take credit cards and c) required payment at time of service, I found Gallo Plumbing. When I called, Christina was incredibly friendly, professional and fun to speak with! She put me in touch with Jason, who messaged me barely an hour later that my back flow was repaired and water was back on at my home! W O W!!! They emailed me the invoice (which was very fair) and made it very easy to pay online.Going home to 2 teenage girls in the house and no water was not going to be pretty but I was ready to face them. Thanks to the team at Gallo, I didnt have to stress.I cannot say thank you enough and I HIGHLY recommend their service!!

Great service, reasonable prices, and fast. My dishwasher wasnt draining and both kitchen sinks were backing up leaving a putrid sewer gas odor in my home. I thought the guys would just remove debris and the problem would be solved. Turned out that it wasnt a dishwasher problem but a clog in the outside vent. Colby & Joel figured this out pronto and were on the roof snaking the line. It was fixed and no more horrible smell in about 30 minutes. Very happy homeowner. No more stinky house for me!

Our irrigation back-flow valve needed certification. A couple of people said it couldnt be done because the valves were too close to the pipe and they couldnt get their equipment attached. Gallo solved the problem with 90 degree connectors, got me certified and didnt charge an out-of-this world price like the others would have. These guys are the BEST. Not the other company that claims to be the BEST. The other company charged me $1400.00 and I still had issues. The Other company wanted to charge another $2k to fix the problem. Gallo came out and less than $500.00 resolved the issue. Do yourself a favor and call Gallo First. Forget the Rest.
