They had the best prices and came out the following day to replace my water heater. I got a brand new 50 gallon tank installed that has been AMAZING! The entire process was 45mins-1hour.. other companies told me it would take 3/4 hours to install and charged hundreds more for the same water heater. The guy was very professional and informative. All around great service!

My condo association is now requiring owners to replace their HWH every 9 years. My 15 year old heater was fine, and I wasnt in a hurry, but I needed to be proactive. After getting several estimates, I was most impressed with Hot Water Heater Guys quote, questions asked, and professionalism, unlike several others I spoke with. Even though my board had me concerned about the size limits of the new tanks in our existing spaces, everything went without a hitch. The job was done quickly and I am happy with the work and new tank. I hope to be able to use them again in 9 years. I would recommend them.

Showed up on time and did the job in less than an hour for the price they quoted - no surprises or extra fees. Gave us a 1 year warranty on their labor and 6 years from the manufacturer on the new heater. Very happy and highly recommend. Great price for the service provided.

Incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry. Texted back within minutes, set up an appointment after responding quickly to a handful of questions. Two days later, we had our water heater. There was a minor issue with the install initially (didnt have right equipment to drill through concrete block for drainage), but they were back that afternoon to fix it. Really happy.

Our expectations were far exceeded by The Water Heater Guy!He arrived precisely on time @10am sharp; and got us back up and running with a new water heater, installed, with new valve, thermal expansion unit, etc.He was mindful of viral mitigation guidelines and maintained physical distance throughout; the credit card transaction was easily facilitated via email with link to website for online input & processing.The fact that he was available on such short notice, and didnt apply exhorbitant pricing as some are wont to do under such circumstances as are presently in effect, speaks volumes of his integrity and work ethic. He was cordially professional and highly efficient. Colleagues having experience with such transactions advised me that the pricing is competitively outstanding.Our shower is hot and our hearts are glad. The Water Heater Guy is highly recommended!
