    This was my first time using New Life Plumbing and we were very pleased. Two weeks ago I bought a new refrigerator and when it arrived, it needed a compression fitting on a copper water line. Tyler and Kayla sent Paul out to do the fitting and he did it quickly and easily. Great job! Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely use them again.

    After hurricane Milton we needed plumbing, electrical, gutter, and tree services. Of all the companies we called and left a message for, New Life Plumbing was the only one that called us back. They scheduled Chip to come out the very next day, and he not only fixed the issue, but because it wasnt as big of a job as first thought, he went ahead and took care of another issue we were having as well for no additional cost. Highly recommended.

    I am a local general contractor in business over 35 years and I just want to say that New Life Plumbing is the best plumbing contractor in Manatee/Sarasota county hands down. They have done multiple jobs for me now from whole house replumbs and waste line replacements to small stuff like installing a toilet or changing out a faucet.     Chip was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He constantly kept us up to date on what was going on. The pricing is fair, if not better than other companies around. They were very responsive — I called Thursday and they were out the next day. Kayla was very sweet and knew her stuff. If she wasn’t sure about something she called me back within 10 minutes with an answer. Tyler was out on the job with Chip and he was great. You can really tell he cares about his employees and the satisfaction of the customer. Thank y’all so much for working so hard on our shut off valve and hose bib. We couldn’t have done it without you. We will highly recommend you when friends and family ask for a professional reputable company.

    Chip came to our apartment this afternoon for a plumbing emergency. We scheduled an installation of our new dishwasher. The delivery person, broke the valve which caused cause a leak, that needed to be addressed immediately. Cue New Life Plumbing!Chip was kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional and worked fast! He also took the time to explain to us how to turn off the water in our apartment for future appliances deliveries. 10/10 will recommend you to a friend!     A different plumbing company was hired to create a valve system for a remodeled multi head master shower. They spent two days and the work was not squared/level. It look amateurish. I fired them.Brian from New Life came in to look at the job and explained how the previous company had not protected the copper valve system from touching bare cement block and the risks of future leaks. Furthermore he recommended that the lines be run differently so as not to be crossing over each other. He also utilized 3/4 lines so there would be adequate pressure. He took out the poor work and completed the job in about 6-7 hours. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend New Life Plumbing!

    Brian from New Life Plumbing came to clear a clog we had in our Kitchen sink. I was at work so I was nervous to have a company dobwork at my home while my wife was there by herself. She told me they were nothing but professional and courteous, and they cleaned up everything on the way out Like they were never there. I checked the work when I came home and it looks great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They’re the only Plumbers I’ll be using in the future.

    These guys are amazing. We woke up early one morning with our drains backed up. I made a call at 6am and by 8am they were here working on the issue.     Chip is the best! A mist of a wrong shower valve order, a tub install, a change in faucet placement and our 5 dogs greeting them every time he went to the garage to get a part that was needed. He does the job professionally and with skill. All employees that have been to the home stayed on course to get the job done. Kayla is fantastic! She scheduled quickly and knows their employees schedule in her head I think. We have called this company multiple times to make plumbing changes in a bathroom remodel.

    I do property management/maintenance for a woman on the side. She owns several homes in the Bradenton, Sarasota area. I was referred to New Life Plumbing after having an issue with a plumbing company at one of these properties. One evening after hours I got a call that a toilet was backed up into the bathtub and possibly the sink. I knew this wasn’t good. I attempted to snake it myself, and was unsuccessful. I then contacted New Life Plumbing ,who is 24 hours a day 7 days a week and a gentleman by the name of Tyler answered the phone. Within 30 minutes a tech by the name of Antonio was at this property and fixed this from the main outlet outside within an hour of me calling them. From the time I placed the call until the time they were finished was right at an hour. It hasn’t backed up Since. I would explain them as fast and efficient. I recommend New Life Plumbing to anyone for any of their residential and commercial plumbing needs.

    Tyler is the best plumber. He is honest, polite, and has a good sense of humor. I had a leak under the floor in the dining area. I learned that the leak in that one spot could be repaired. Tyler was willing to do that. However, since these pipes were the original ones, there was no guarantee that would fix it permanently. More leaks could appear. He also mentioned putting in new piping which would be a permanent fix, which is what they did. Tyler and his crew worked all day, cleaned up, and did a great job.

    Best experience I’ve had in a very very long time!!!!! I call for an issue with my toilet backing up. They gave me an appointment and followed that up with a text and email. The email stated my appointment time and date it also it automatically put on my google calendar. The tec text when he was on his way and he was promptly on time! He fix the problem quickly. He left then I received an email asking me how my experience was! It was hands down the absolute best experience ever.     Best plumbing company in town! We had a water leak in our back yard under the deck. They were at our house within an hour gave us a reasonable price and had our leak fixed all in less than 1.5 hours. The best part about this whole thing was it was a weekend and we didn’t have to wait around for hours or days to have water. No ball park quote provide, from office or plummer. 15 minutes with an auger, 5 minutes to pull hair our of my sink. $240. and thats with the $70 trip fee discounted. I am not up on the going rates but this fee was a bit too exspensive for the service. IMOSecond plumbing service call for an emgercy repain on the water line I damaged doing yard work..
