    Ii highly recommend Premier Plumbers and m so pleased with the service we received from Connor. He did a great job on our rental house that is 70 years old. We had another company come out that couldnt clear the grease clog in our kitchen. It took Connor less than a hour to remedy the problem. Im going out and have a drink tonight!     After all the rain Hurricane Debby deposited my daughterā€™s septic problems were a nightmare. I stayed at my daughters awaiting the plumbers (who undoubtely were over worked due to all the problems in the area). Connor Baftnik with Premier Plumbers was excellent. He was able to detect the problem areas, was friendly, courteous and extremely neat. It is so refreshing having a nice young man with good work ethic working for your company. I highly recommend Connor and Premier Plumbers for all your needs.

    I recently had the pleasure of using Premier Plumbers for a plumbing issue at my rental. I was incredibly impressed with their service, from the ease of booking the appointment to the efficiency of their technician, Cory Bell.Booking the appointment was a breeze, even though it was early on a Sunday morning, and I was able to quickly schedule a time that worked for me.Corey arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in terms I could understand. He was able to fix the issue efficiently and left my home clean and tidy.I was very pleased with the service I received from Premier Plumbers and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Corey was a true asset to their team, and I was grateful for his expertise and prompt service.

    Only giving 4 stars because of how expensive it was for a simple fix. My plumber was Ryan Ware who was very professional and solved my issue within 20 minutes. He stated they have a flat rate which surprised me but my problem was solved quickly and efficiently so I was satisfied. 5 stars to Ryan.

    Professional, polite, pleasant, hard-working. Terence and Jose did a fantastic job, start to finish. I will never use anyone other than Premier Plumbers again. Owner was hands on, wonderful to deal with. All the ladies in the office that we spoke with, everyone single one of them, were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Fantastic experience.     Brian was great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and he had to come at the end of an already busy day. Not only did he fix what was wrong but gave my water pressure a nice boost too.     I recently had our sewer pipes relined. Matt was the lead tech who performed the work .Matt is a real pro. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Matt was courteous and professional and took the time to explain what they were doing during the entire process, including videos of each step. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, would be remiss if i didnt mention the polite and helpful office staff. They also addressed any questions and concerns I had, and always responded promptly.

    I have been remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. Chad was nothing but professional. He hooked up my sink, faucet drain the soap dispenser, my reverse, osmosis system, and the dishwasher. Plus he put a drain in the bathroom.. this was all done within a matter of hours. I really am thrilled to find a company, so reliable and professional.

    I highly recommend Premier plumbing. Everything from the start, from Chad to Kim to Matt, they were all wonderful to deal with. Very attentive, professional and courteous.     Premier plumbing came out two years ago and did the piping work for my remodel. Today we found a leak. Jennifer and the GM were quick to respond and get someone out asap to check the work done was still up to par and help to figure out the problem. The tech who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the quick response and willingness to back up their product and work. Will use them again when a plumber is needed. We need more companies lik this one that are doing honest hard work and willing to back it up. Thank you

    We have been using Premier extensively in our renovation. The service has been very good / excellent.Timely as usual, this was the first service call we found disappointing in terms of interactions and resolution. This resulted in an initial poor rating.Premiers follow up on this poor interaction was very good and professional, at their normal standards. Hence this rating was upgraded to 4-stars (1-star penalty because follow up was required)

    We had Jared and Drew come out this morning on time. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They took out our water heater out from the ceiling and secured our new waterless heater, mading sure everything was working correctly. They were both polite and cleaned up afterwards and swept the floors. I would recommend both Premier Plumbing and Drew and Jared to do any plumbing work in the future

    Mathew with Premier Plumbers came out at 10:00 pm on a Sunday for my emergency plumbing needs. I called at 9:30pm. Excellent response time. He was quick, professional, and just a pleasant individual. Not only did fix the issue quickly he made sure to explain what he was doing before he did it. You wouldnā€™t have thought it was an after hours call with how content is attitude was. He also gave us the best advice for what to do next since our issues were going to persist. I would highly recommend Premier Plumbers & Mathew specifically. 10/10.

    I called in need of a plumber and was thrilled when they were able to get me into the schedule for the following day. I received a text when Brian was on the way to my home and he arrived in a timely manner. Brian was pleasant and professional, when he left there was no mess at all, and he solved all of my problems with one small exception and that was only because a part needed to be ordered.     Very competent , well run company, from office to technicians. Due to my own lack of plumbing understanding they originally sent a different tech. When he informed the office of what was entailed they decided to reschedule with someone else they thought would be better suited.     Our experience with Premier Plumbers could not have been better. Kelly and his crew are the ultimate professionals: knowledgeable, punctual and courteous.We had experienced the worst Florida plumbing nightmare: the copper water line that runs under our slab sprung a leak, and the only real alternative was to re-pipe the entire house. We checked with several plumbing firms. Some were too busy to come out and even give us an estimate, one was trying to get us into some HO insurance scam, but the ones who came out all said that we would need to have holes made in the marble of three of our bathrooms.Kelly took a tremendous amount of time to figure out a way to re-pipe without sacrificing one inch of marble. His quote was reasonable and he worked us in the schedule for the following week. He even offered to let us stay for free in his AirBnb property for a couple of days while we were waiting for the work to begin because he felt sorry that we were having to go to our neighbors to use the bathroom.It took his crew a week to complete the work. While they were here, they worked hard to find additional ways to make the new piping even less intrusive and damaging to existing walls.We feel very fortunate to have had someone recommend Premier Plumbers to us. We would not hesitate to do the same.

    Mike Rose is the guy to ask for!!! He came in to correct a major issue caused by a younger, less experienced guy from the same company, which caused us to fail a plumbing inspection. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done and stayed until 6:30pm to perfect it all. A shout-out to Scott, the manager, for addressing the first issue and for rectifying the situation. We would absolutely call for Mike Rose again!

    Despite scheduling messing up the appointment time and not getting back to me...... having waited nearly three hours after rearranging my entire schedule to accomodate the booked appt...... the owner did finally organise Matt and his colleague to address the issues. Both Matt and his partner were professional and expedited the job swiftly. Great plumbers. Scheduling dept need to stop saying Well send someone soon or shortly.     First off Id like to say we had some problems with our water system and Premier plumbers really came through and corrected the problems we were having they had their service tech Josh who worked on our system and did what needed to be replaced Josh was very knowledgeable and did a great job the whole staff was friendly and helpful and believe me it was a pain but we all worked together and it seemed to pay off its good to know in the future if theres a problem they will be there for us.

Kac Carpenter spent a good deal of time explaining the procedure and we also decided to have our aging water heater replaced at the same time. They encountered an issue with the circuit breaker.
