We have used Greater Bay Plumbing for many years and their service is outstanding! Starting with Jill at the office, she is always quick to schedule our jobs and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff has always been excellent at repiping, remodeling, problem solving and completing the work perfectly. He is very fair on pricing and we love his team! We have NEVER had to call them back after a service call.We only recommend Greater Bay Plumbing to our family, friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Greater Bay Plumbing was recommended to us by our General Contractor as part of a total home remodel. We have 3 quotes and GBC was by far the most competitive and thorough during the evaluation process. They were $8k less than any of the 3 quotes received.They did a complete repipe (drain line) installed all new fixtures, sinks, tubs, shower heads, etc. Their work was done in neat and clean fashion as they were one of the few subcontractors that always cleaned up at days end.We enjoyed working with the GBC, most notably Carlos who is very pleasant and always explained things very clearly if there were decisions us as homeowner needed to make, i.e. where do you want the faucet for the tub as there are multiple options.I worked directly with Jeff on all the quoting and invoicing and he was clear in some small change orders that happened and very reasonable in why they happened.Lastly, their invoicing process and technology is very efficient, you receive an invoice in email, can pay directly via a payment link or mail in a check. The invoices clearly state what work was done and cost associated.I hope to not have any more needs with plumbing (just paid to have a lot done, ha) but if someone asked me of a great company, I would highly recommend Jeff & Greater Bay Pluming - Sarasota.

I cant say enough about Jeff and his crew! Had to have all my cast iron pipes replaced. They finished laying the new piping right before the hurricane and then promptly came back to finish up. The storm will surely back up jobs (among everything else!) so to have someone reliable and totally on top of things is amazing! And Jill in the office is always so kind. Thank you to both of them for dealing with me and all my questions!!

We just had Greater Bay Plumbing come to Osprey to replace our water heater this morning. After the initial call to them at 7:30 am, we were assured by Jill, that they would arrive shortly. Hurricane Irma hit three days ago and all trade businesses are slammed with work. We had a geyser of water pouring out of a shed and called Greater Bay. From the receptionist to the plumbers, these people are the ultimate in professionalism and service, communicating with customers, providing fast response and good work at reasonable prices. We couldnt be happier. Weve been customers of Greater Bay for 3 years now, so great service from them is no surprise to us. Highly recommend!

GB Plumbing helped me tremendously today, was at my parents condo who don’t live in town when the shower drain backed up from lack of use over the last 2 years. Paul came out the same afternoon and unclogged a very stubborn shower drain, wouldn’t quit until the job was done. They were very reasonable too.

Jeff always answers his phone, is more than willing to diagnose any problem, and does excellent work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Jeff and his team are so reliable that I never need to call them back to make sure something was done. Great work guys!

We had main drain issues (blockage). We called Greater Bay Plumbing and got service later that day. The plumber found the source and was able to quickly resolve the issue. While he was at our house he replaced a drain vent below my utility tub. The plumber was friendly and the costs were reasonable.

Ive been a long time customer of Greater Bays for the later part of 5 years now after having a long-term business relationship with another comparable plumbing company for over 10 years. I manage several properties and Jeff and his crew are always quick to respond, honest with the diagnosis and his pricing never fluctuates. They are all hardworking, clean and I NEVER have to call for a same complaint a 2nd time. They do it right the first time no matter the severity of the problem. Same day response is ALWAYS key to a successful business. Calls are answered and messages are seldom left and if they are, my messages are always returned within an hour by Allison (who is very knowledgeable in the industry and knows how to talk about any plumbing issues - no matter the complexity of it). Its great to do business with Jeff and his crew.

Let me start by saying we had a very complicated problem. We had water on our bathroom and kitchen floors and Greater Bay immediately sent out a plumber out the same day. Based on his initial observations it was determined that we needed to bring in a leak detection company which was called immediately and came later that day. The next day Jeff and the same plumber came out and accessed the foundation of the home through the floor of the kitchen and from an exterior wall, and within several hours had the piece of elbow CPVC replaced that had a crack in it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this problem would be solved in less than 2 days. We have been using Greater Bay Plumbing for almost 10 years and for good reason. It is a family owned business and the owner Jeff creates personal relationships with his customers based on professionalism, craftsmanship, integrity, fairness with regard to price, and supreme customer satisfaction. You also get to know the technicians that come out on a first name basis and look forward to seeing them because they are such great people you enjoy having in your home. Shout out to Mario who decided to move back to Boston. We miss you in Florida. The office staff at Greater Bay is attentive, calls back promptly, and always tries to create the best schedule possible for their clients. So in summary, if you have any plumbing needs do NOT hesitate to call Great Bay Plumbing. The piece of mind knowing they are working in your home is why I have been calling them for almost a decade.
