Chris tackled the job quickly and efficiently, and the entire experience was seamless—just WOW! If you’re looking for top-notch service, hes the one to call! I also cannot thank Josh enough for getting back to me on a weekend and recommending incredible support teams (we had flooding). Josh helped me so much through the entire process. Kris arrived on time. He was very courteous and it looked like he knew what he was doing. He did a great job cleared our drain fixed our toilet tank and removed all the excess plastic tubing that the other plumber had left when he removed the reverse osmosis system. A journeyman plumber and his apprentice came in to assess the situation. They used a snake, carefully locating the plug in a pipe and began to grind out roots. Several times to clean out the pipe in my shower is flowing great. I highly recommend this company because they carefully determine the issue.

Outstanding service due to great technicians. Chris aCollins appeared at our door at the time they said and he didn’t leave until our new dishwasher was installed and working to his satisfaction. The dishwasher didn’t seem to line up even 100% but more like 95%. Chris didn’t give up and spent more time moving it back and forth! Coping with the surrounding insulation that wouldn’t stay put.Finally he smiled as it now was perfectly positioned saying I don’t like to leave a job until I know it’s perfect. This attitude is what makes Damn Good Plumbers our plumbers of choice

Took this review from my mothers Facebook page. Kyle, Andy, thank you so much for helping my family. You are both terrific people and any company that hires these two are extremely fortunate to have them!******My sisters condo in Florida flooded with the last storm so I flew down to help with the clean up. My friends, Sheryl and Don, worked tirelessly to bring order to the mess. Sheryls sister, Linda, brought us lunch and cheer.But the movers I hired never showed up. First they did not appear at 8 and I was told they changed the time to 11 to 3. THey never came so then I was told they would show at 4 and that didnt happen either.So Sheryl and I were sitting outside on the only chairs left in the house and I heard her pray to her little angel son Steven. She told him she needed him to find me movers. Then she and Don had to leave.About 20 minutes later a van with Damn Good Plumbing and AC on the side drove by. We started talking and the Driver Kyle asked me if I needed help. Then he and Andy moved all the wet furniture in the condo to the street in about 20 minutes. It was amazing how friendly and willing to help they were. I offered them $100.00 for their efforts and they turned me down. Those of you who know me know that I am not a crier, but I surely broke down right then. What a magnificent display of kindness. Thank you so much. I will remember this always.

Great service and pricing from a local family owned business. Our backflow was in need of repair or replacement, we are not plumbers so we were not sure. We had a temporary solution but had been calling around to some recommended companies and not getting anywhere. Called Damm Good, got service the same day and they made the repair the same day, for far less than I expected. Will be using them again for some other things we want done and would highly recommend.

Roland was very thorough with the work. We had all the materials sent to us via American Standard. It took him a little less than an hour, exactly 55 minutes, even though he went out to his truck at least 5 times. I was told however, that the first hour would be $160 and $35 per 15 minutes after that. When it came down to payment, he charged $190 for the 55 minutes. That did not sit well with me, but I said nothing. I will think twice about using Damm Good Plumbing again. Im not fond of the bait and switch approach.

We had our Air Ducts & HVAC system cleaned and Dylan and Eugene were outstanding! They were very thorough in their cleaning process, knowledgable about the AC process, and respectful and friendly. Dave and Carlos came to install the special UV Blue Light and their expertise was top notch in installing it and they took the time to explain to us how the science works to eliminate microbial and mold particles. We were lucky to be assigned to Darren and his team. Overall, we give them a 5 star rating and would give them more if we had the option.

I had a leak in an old cast iron drain pipe behind the wall. Ryan Turner is the plumber who fixed the pipe, with minimal damage to the wall. He discovered a crack in the same pipe in a lower section, most likely running underground. Mr. Turner temporarily secured it, and I am waiting for a referral for the company that can permanently repair it.Ryan Turner did excellent work! He is very polite and professional. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished.

. I called Air Clean of Florida to do an annual maintenance check up of my Trane Air Conditioner system. They have been my AC Maintenance professionals since 2018 when I bought the property. the Annual Maintenance included : check the system performance and split temp differential measuring temp differential across evaporator coil check the correct amount of refrigerant, test for refrigerant leaks using a leak detector, measure refrigerant pressures fill up with R 134 a refrigerant if needed, examine evaporator coil and cleaning all coils and other moving parts in addition to cleaning the condenser pan and condensate drain in the indoor unit, to make sure is not clogged and drawing properly, test amp draw of compressor , checked and cleaned the indoor blower motor, the condenser motor,Checked oil motors and check belts for tightness and wear,Check the accuracy of the thermostat for temperature and humidity, including the thermostat sensor located behind the control panel,Jeff from Clean Air arrived on time, He listened to what I had to say .We reached a common ground (same page) before he started the job. He performed all the steps that he said he was going to do. My system now is working much better and the indoor air is more comfortable. I am a happy Costumer.

Weve been using Countryside Plumbing for our general plumbing needs for a couple of years and theyve always done a great, thorough job. A few weeks ago, our backflow sprung a gushing leak overnight. This is an addendum to my previous review when Countryside Plumbing came out to reinstall an outside hose bib that I had broken off. A day or two after they left the hose bib began to leak...just a slow drip. I called in the problem and they immediately scheduled a followup visit. They came today, fixed the leak, and installed an additional hose bib on the other side of the house. The two young men who came to do the work were courteous, polite and their work was fast and professional. My wife says the best part was the way they communicated: we knew when they would arrive, and at each step in the process they kept us informed about what was being done and how long it would take. More kudos for Countryside.

When I had to have my back flow valve tested, Manatee County Utility said they were one of the top rated plumbers. Countryside checked and had to replace the valve. When I called back Manatee County Utility, they told me they received the valves certification... then asked if I would tell them how much it cost... to track price fluctuations or issues. When I told them the total price, the were surprised on how much lower they charged than other plumbers. Countryside does a good job, quickly, professionally and does the paperwork so you don’t have to. Highly recommended.
