Outstanding service! Outstanding company! Sam was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail of what he was doing and looking for. He communicates to every detail to make sure you understand what he is doing and looking for. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers. Additionally, when you call into the office you will get Julie who will assist and guide you to whatever you need. She goes above and beyond to try and assist with your questions or concerns. If in doubt call and talk to Julie you can’t go wrong when you get her. She is Awesome. This company really shows through their commitment to service the public. UPDATED: 10/8/24I received a call from the COO who asking about my issues and then sent a technician to my house even though the offices were closed. The problem was identified and based upon their recommendations I’ve filed a warranty claim with my builder.Rarely am I surprised, but this level of attention and customer service is unprecedented, especially with a hurricane approaching. When a company states 100% satisfaction on their website it’s typically just hot air: not in this case. I will give credit where credit is due.ORIGINAL:I called AA because my system was short cycling and not cooling the house. Harry Joseph came out to the house and said he found a lose wire (picture below, charged $325 to snap it back into place), then tried to sell me a condenser saver on a 9-month-old compressor. Icing on the cake, 5 minutes after he leaves the system is not working again which was the problem in the first place. Emailed owner and left a message but no answers yet as I sit in my 83 degree house for the second day.

Daniel was excellent! He explained everything to make sure I understood what he was doing. He found a problem with the dryer, which was due to the silver pipe behind the dryer. Unfortunately, he needed another person to repair the dryer exhaust. Without that, the dryer cannot be used.Please help this ASAP!Martin Katz

Can’t say enough great things about Arctic Air Home Services. I called them in desperation as the company that has my Maintenance contract failed to schedule my call appropriately. Even though Arctic air was slammed they were able to send a technician. (Sam) the same day I called who took care of the problem. The lady (Joellen) whom I spoke with was wonderful. Will definitely be transferring my maintenance contract to them and will reach out to them with any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Pedro was our service technician today. He arrived in a very timely manner, greeted me and our dog before covering his shoes and entering our home. The dog was very relaxed while Pedro performed his work on the A/C. He understood everything I told him that my son had done and explained to me how we can connect to our thermostat remotely! I felt that he was very thorough and very friendly! It was refreshing to see a young man that cares about his job, the customer and has good manners and etiquette!

Erick is great. He’s been taking care of our plumbing maintenance for years. Very knowledgeable and kind. He came today only to maintain our plumbing needs, but he noticed our kitchen disposal had rusted out and replaced it for us. He wasn’t necessarily expecting to do that on a routine maintenance visit, but he happily replaced it in about 20 minutes. We had a problem with our air conditioning system so we call Artic Air to come out and check it. Turns out the fan motor on our outside unit was not working properly and needed to be replaced. I said to go ahead and replace it. Within 48 hours it was replaced and working properly. Luckily the outside temperature was low so we didn’t have to suffer being without AC. The tech they sent out was Casey and he couldn’t have been any nicer. I applaud his knowledge of the situation his his quick action to make the repairs. Thank Artic Air

We were away for the summer when we remotely determined our thermostat read 99 degrees. We called Arctic right away and Brendan Naegali showed up at our house within a few hours. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He replaced our thermostat and communicated continually with us to explain options.He reconnected our new device to our wifi so that we could continue to monitor remotely. Arctic and Brendan responded to our emergency quickly and professionally. Had they not done so, serious damage to our ac unit could have occurred .

We just used Arctic Air to replace our old AC unit. The quote was fair, right in line with what others quoted. Todd was thorough with the quote in that he didnt just come say I need a new AC and give me the cost. He inspected our old unit more so than others that came to quote and looked at our duct work as well (which others didnt). Honestly how thorough Todd was ended up being the biggest factor for us. Like I said, pricing was about bang average for the quotes we got, some far more, some less. For such an important piece of the home, we felt going with the one we trusted and felt the most comfortable with was the best option. Justin and team were out a couple days after we signed the paperwork and did an excellent job. We both work from home and found no disruption with our normal day. They were courteous, efficient, and communicative. Ultimately the work seems great and were happy with the AC and service we received. Id certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new AC installation.

As far as technicians, Devin and Pedro were top notch! Pedro was extremely helpful and professional. However, last year we purchase the “maintainence membership” and when I schedule my maintainence they pushed it outside of our one year membership because they were over booked. Well we happened to have a problem with our AC in the meantime and they said “you’re outside of your membership so you won’t get the member pricing”. After much debate with the people who answer the phones at artic air, 4 long phone calls to be specific, they agreed to give me member pricing. Highly recommend the technicians but beware of the ”membership”and the administrative staff.

We were recently told during regular maintenance that our out of warranty Heat Pump had a leak and repair quote’s didn’t justify the cost for an out of warranty heat-pump. That being said, I started taking estimates, eventually after 7 different companies and many different brands and project proposals, We decided to go with Arctic Air. Todd was no pressure sales, just facts about the systems available & project recommendations, he was responsive when I had questions with a quick turnaround! Out of all of the estimates Arctic air had the best price, warranty, & financing available on the Trane heat pump system I was interested in. When it came to the installation it was about 5 days for scheduling, luckily we had a working system, and Arctic Air prioritizes customers that don’t.. completely understandable. Alex and his installation team were on time, professional, and cleaned up as expected! They were there by 7:30am finishing around noon. I’ll provide more feedback after our 1st maintenance service in 6 months.

I had heard that Arctic Air provided electrical services. We had a problem with a circuit breaker that was constantly tripping and assumed, incorrectly, the breaker was faulty. Sean Martel looked at our situation, determined that another tradesman had damaged a wire inside the wall and he was able to complete a repair neatly and without any need for surgery on the wall. Sean is wise and efficient.November 6, 2023Payton came to our house today for our twice-yearly service. Polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the science of safe, healthy air conditioning systems, Payton gave us a comprehensive overview of the state of our AC system and made several recommendations that gave us the peace of mind we desire. I called for service on a down-HVAC unit on a Saturday and was charged $142 for a trip charge for a 10 minute diagnosis (I could actually live with this, given that it was on a Saturday). However, once Monday came along, and the service tech was able to confirm that the broken part (a blower motor) was covered under warranty, I was somewhat relieved. Then he shared that there would be a mandatory $560 “labor“ fee for a project that he admitted would only take around 30 minutes to install. It is absolutely insane, that there is a default labor fee of this magnitude. I called the office for an explanation and have still not gotten a return call. This is horrible customer service.FOLLOW-UP! The day after this ^^^^ incident I was contacted by the Service Manager at Arctic Air. He explained that for certain projects there are predetermined fees that are sometimes presented that dont always take every factor into consideration. After reviewing and discussing the details - he graciously dropped the labor fee down to a much more reasonable $100 figure. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate when someone like this steps up to do the right thing. Thank you Arctic Air for stepping up! Nice work...
