Best floor and tile installers in town - We hired The Hard Wood Stop to replace the Tile in all of the common areas of the house. We also had them do Tile work in the bathroom. We worked with Michelle for the design, she was awesome and Miguel went over the process and the options. The removal process was seamless and professionally done and the installation went better than expected. We had a few defected tiles and a chip in which they immediately repaired. They were very concerned with the quality of the finished project. It was one of the best remodeling experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend the Hard Wood Stop. Miguel will make sure your 100% happy with the completed project.

The Hardwood Stop tore out our old bath/shower combo, removed a drop ceiling and excavated down to the dirt. They then built a freestanding wall with no door or curb. Their plumber redid all of our old plumbing, and their tile installer did a meticulous job on the installation. Their crew picked up and delivered all of the material and returned any excess for a refund. The job was completed on-time and at the agreed price.

We had a great experience with the Hardwood Stop. Michelle and Miguel are so easy to work with – they listen, care, and deliver stunning results. A few years ago they were referred to us through Floor and Deco when we were shopping for new floor tile. They removed all of our old tile in our living and dining areas and 2 guest bedrooms, with very little dust and replaced with brand new tile. They also completely remodeled 2 of our guest baths; the craftsmanship was top-notch. They did such a great job and were so easy to work with that we hired them earlier this year to replace all the flooring in our master suite, and completely remodel the master bathroom. They are incredibly reliable and their team does great job. Total pros, beautiful results – cant recommend them enough!

Michelle met me at 2 local tile stores to pick out great tiles.I couldnt be happier with the results!!!Absolutely LOVE my new hardwood looking floors that are actually tiles. The advice Michelle gave was fantastic - she suggested a darker color than we first thought and we so love the new look.I will be going back to them for my next flooring project :)

This is a friendly, customer-oriented company. While their name points to flooring, they employ highly skilled craftsmen in all areas of home renovation. My job involved converting a tub-and-tile bath to a tiled shower only. They gave good advice during the design phase of the project, priced the job very fairly, did the work on schedule, and performed a high quality job. I highly recommend The Hardwood Stop!

Michelle and her crew are fantastic at what they do. We had them lay down some new tile in our apartment hallway and bedrooms to match and existing tile in the kitchen and family rooms. We also had them tear up old tile in our patio and bathrooms and lay new tile down. The tile installation was completed within a week. Also our condo association is very strict with licensing and documentation they require from all contractors. Michelle at the hardwood stop was able to comply with all necessary requirements which made the process very easy for us. Michelle also went above and beyond and met my wife at the flooring store to pick out tile and offered her professional recommendations. We would highly recommend the hardwood stop for any of your flooring needs.

Not sure who the person named Paula is or if she works for The hardwood stop or through installation made easy, but she has lousy customer service skills. My personal experience as a customer service manager, I would recommend she go back to school and obtain skills necessary to keep this excellent company in business. The customer is always right! The very capable people at Hardwood Stop installed hardwood flooring in four rooms of our home. Initially, we did one room. That room looked so good, having replaced the wall-to-wall carpet, that we had Hardwood Stop do three more rooms. What a difference in appearance. Since the rooms were done at different times we had different Hardwood Stop installers. They all did a terrific job and were a pleasure to have doing work in our home.

I am working with Michele and her husband about a very stressful job, the installation team made a mistake in the tile install, on Calisle job.Mistakes can happen in construction, but this company has been amazing, they are going above and beyond to fix the mistake and make the customer happy.I know Michele will lose money on this job, but Michele and Miguel are honest and hard work people and even when they are losing money to fix a mistake they do it.Is hard to find company so reliable and so honest in the market, if you need a tile installation please use this company, because they are talented, honest and reliable.

We had renovated part of our master bathroom and then decided we needed to replace the tile on the floors and walls. We were referred to The Hardwood Stop by our designer at Floor & Decor. They were great to work with every step of the way. We told them that we had about a month window to get the work done. They understood that and stuck to the schedule.The communication was wonderful. I always knew who was coming and when. All the workers showed up on time, were very efficient and neat. They cleaned the area at the end of each day. They knew that I had house guests coming right after it was finished so they were very understanding with the timing of the final review of the work and payment.I was very pleased with every aspect of this company and would highly recommend them.

Bobby, the Project Manager, was terrific. He paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done right. If something was not to his satisfaction, he corrected it himself. Both Bobby and Tay kept us informed every step of the way. All of the workers were professional, knowledgeable and just really hard workers. The job was completed on time and looks beautiful.
