We had several handyman jobs we couldnt do by ourselves. And no reliable handyman to do them until we found The Handy Brit via their Google reviews. Alex Hernandez spent the day at our home dismantaling and reassembling a queen platform bed so we could put a carpet tile area rug under it, assembling an electronic standup desk, and hanging a long wire shelf over our washer and dryer and wall art on our porch. Alex was prompt, friendly and did quality work. The cost was reasonable. We highly recommend this company when you need help.

Based on the reviews I picked the Handy Brit and was very satisfied with the work done. I had a wood floor installed and had them put the trim in that room as well. They installed the floor. Looks great. They painted the trim and installed it and then touched up the paint after. They put some caulking by the closet door on the floor to seal it. I was a little nervous at first but once they started I could tell it was going well. I would definitely use them again.

I absolutely loved The Handy Brit. I was impressed with the customer service, quality of work as well as the efficiency. I have a severe injury that resulted in limited mobility and me being in a wheelchair. Without the prompt help and craftsmanship of Paul and his team, I dont know where Id be. He made my living space more wheel chair accessible by installing grab bars, a wheel chair ramp, fixing my mounted TV that was falling off the wall, he opened up space throughout my house for ease of navigation. They thought out of the box for me (my brain was not working) pertaining to how easily accessible things are such as clothing, dishes, cookware, etc.The customer service was phenomenal! This is truly a genuine, intelligent, hard working team from top to bottom! 12/12 recommend thank you for all that youve done for me. You have significantly improved the quality of life during a scary time.

I had hired two separate handyman teams to fix it; in both cases they kept changing the terms on me, charging me more and more money, and, in both cases, ultimately abandoned the project. The Handy Brit did precisely what I wanted with no games-playing, and the deck is gorgeous. I would definitely use them again.

Paul came out to quote us within a few days of us calling, to look at boarding the roof space above the garage and replacing the outside post and post box. Once he had seen what we needed, we had the itemized quote within 24 hours, and handily, could go on-line to accept and set the work date.The Handy Brit turned up on time, on the arranged date with two colleagues, and all the materials he would need. Within one day, they had cut and used marine plywood to completed the attic floor and replaced and painted our letter box and post after removing the old one.Removed all the old materials, cleaned-up as they went, when they left, we did not even know they had been in our house. Super professional, came fully prepared, finished the job to a very high standard and all on time....and all for a very reasonable price.Could not ask for more and have already recommended Paul and the Handy Brit company to all our neighbours who are now using him too.Great job - thank you Paul !

Paul is amazing! I called to have some work done in my apartment. I was low on space, and I wanted something built into the wall, so it looked clean. After some discussion, we decided that a loft for my bed would be the best bet. He helped me design it how I wanted, while keeping in mind sturdiness. He kept in contact with me throughout the process to make sure it would turn out how I wanted it. My neighbor even came in after the job and said it was as study as a military bunker. Paul Wright of The Handy Brit is the best of the best! I hate to sing his praises too much because if too many people know how great he is, the next time I need him he might have no openings in his schedule. I did have to wait several weeks to get the work done that I needed (hanging 2 new doors & installing a lot of hardware for various doors), but it was well worth the wait. Paul showed up when he said he would, he was very personable and professional, and he did the jobs as quickly as one could hope for. These are all rare qualities in Florida-area handymen. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

What a good experience with Paul from HandyBrit. I had little tasks that have been bothering me for a year or more and he was able to dispatch them to my very great satisfaction. A lovely guy, very professional, but fun. I liked that he had all the misc. tools needed for the job. I would highly reccommend him!

Greg showed up today and repaired our leaky gutters. Well have to wait for rain but considering the brackets he was using and the time and workmanship he was putting into the repair I think it will be solved. Happened to mention a broken slider on our pocket door making it stuck in the pocket. He ran down to the store to pick us some parts and repaired the door. It works!! He even found a finishing nail that was interfering with the door and took care of that as well. Good value and professional. Thanks --- Marilyn
