I cannot express how amazing this company is!! Ryan the owner was awesome to work with. He was so transparent every step of the way and his invoice is clear and itemized. He sent pictures of progress from Day 1 and called or texted me with any questions. We ended up adding on our doors to get painted and Ryan was so professional and honest about it. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Southern Painting. From start to finish, Ryan was incredibly professional, and the team that painted my home, led by Cesar, was outstanding. After getting quotes from several other highly-rated painting companies, Southern Painting stood out in several key areas.Ryans proposal was the only one that included top-tier paint (Sherwin Williams Emerald) at no extra cost, while most others used a lower-quality option like Super Paint. Additionally, Ryan was the only one to offer two coats of the base color for a minimal charge, whereas others only provided one.Choosing the right color was a challenge for me, and after seeing the first coat, I realized I had made a mistake. I called Ryan at 8 PM, and he immediately offered to meet me the next morning to help fix it. True to his word, he showed up at 7 AM, and we quickly settled on a new color. By 9 AM, Cesar and his crew were already making the change. My neighbors were amazed at how quickly everything came together. Even better, Ryan only charged me for his costs to correct my color mistake, showing his commitment to customer satisfaction.When it came to pricing, Southern Painting offered the best value after I made sure all quotes were comparable. We had a wonderful experience with Ryan and his team. After moving into a home where the previous owners painted their interior lovely shades of turquoise and purple, we found Ryan to help us get the house to our tastes. When my husband and I couldnt agree on colors, Ryan provided us with someone who could help us meet in the middle--and she really did. Im currently sitting in a home fully painted with beautiful colors.The painters were friendly, polite, on time and on schedule. Any small discrepancies I noticed were immediately addressed and rectified. Ryan was on site almost every day, ensuring quality work. If I had any sort of issue (which I didnt) it wouldve been easy to discuss with him.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. We were living here while they painted the entire interior, and at no point did we feel intruded upon. I recently had Southern Painting out to re-paint the exterior of my home. Ryan Keane (owner) came out to bid the job himself. He did a great job of not just selling the company, but of himself too. Considerably more so than anyone else that had come out. More on that in a moment. The bid was also right in line with what the other guys had bid as well. However, I feel I got a much better job done from Southern. My old paint had some chalking issues unfortunately , it had deteriorated underneath. This caused a problem in one spot...and not only did Ryan himself come back out, he actually fixed that spot after we had already settled up. I feel pretty good knowing that if the paint has any defects from workmanship or the paint itself Im going to be covered. I also dont think id ever have a problem with Southern Painting honoring their warranty. Sum it up, they did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, or....well...anyone else looking at these reviews.

We got estimates from several painting companies in town, but after meeting Ryan, Southern Painting was the only choice. From the initial call to set up the free estimate to the final walk-through, Southern Painting was clearly superior. Setting up the appointment was easy and the office staff were friendly. Ryan came when he said he would and his estimate was clear, professional and fair. He had a folder that answered many questions and a complete checklist of what we needed to do in order to prepare the interior of our house. A few days before the job started, Ryan called (on a weekend) to let us know when they were coming and to see if we had any questions. The painters came exactly on time all 3 days. They were professional, friendly and incredibly neat. They worked super hard and did everything possible to please us. You could tell they took great pride in their work. They even adjusted our front door that was sticking from before and rehung the living room cornice for us. Both were clearly outside their scope of work, but it was so incredibly appreciated by us. Ryan came each day to check on their progress. After they were done, Ryan did a complete walk-through to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are absolutely thrilled with how fresh and new our house looks. As far as we are concerned, Ryan and Southern Painting are the only painters to use. We would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone that needs painting done. It is rare to find a company that is so professional, competent, and prompt, as well as reasonably priced. We received 4 estimates and this one and one other company were very close in price, but the other company was going to use a lower quality of paint and charge a little bit more. With Southern Painting, Ryan, an owner, came to give the estimate, not a sales person. He walked around the house with me as we discussed each area. There was no up-charging or changes in the end. The entire job was very professionally done by his team, who were all polite and clean and did a great job. They pressure washed one day and did the entire house over the next two days. The foreman did a walk around with me before the crew left then Ryan came out and did a walk around with me the next day. It was all beautiful. I would highly recommend Southern Painting and I will use them again in the future.

Ryan and the crew (Fernando, Noel) were terrific to work with and produced an outstanding result. Its not often that you find a company these days who are as service oriented as they are. They were all very courteous, accomodating and patient with my color decisions. They work in a neat fashion and cleaned up after each days work.
