If youve been a homeowner, you know how hard it is to find quality companies to trust to work on your house. I can say that I would choose this company for all of my needs in the future. Ask for Derrek, he is very professional, clean, and does an excellent job. He was so kind and respectful and explained everything up front and the prices here are very reasonable/competitive for the work I needed. I called and made the appointment and he showed up on time and got several jobs done for me quickly. In one hour he was able to completely repair my toilet, install a new sink, and remove an old water softener system from my garage. 10/10 would recommend if your looking for an excellent job well done and a great customer service experience!

This was my second time calling Pipeworx for help and I am so glad I called them to fix my super old leaking shower knobs! I easily contacted them through their website, the office called me that same day and got me on their schedule super fast. Jacob arrived within the allotted time frame and he got to work immediately. Just upgraded a leaking 17 y.o., 50 gal water heater with a new tankless model. Jacob and Derek were our two Specialist for the install. They were the consummate professionals, truly craftsmen of their trade. The new system works perfectly and they were able to negotiate the challenges a 75 y.o. house brings to the job. Harley & Phillip installed our new tankless water heater and removed our 2 old electrical water heaters and tied all plumbing together (we had an addition put on the house years ago with separate plumbing). They were amazing, cleaned up properly, was courteous of our home, explained everything in detail, and just all around great people at Pipeworx. Came out promptly for an estimate that was HALF of the other company with the exact same setup, model, and warranty. I also would like to thank Dana & Callie, working the front end. They were wonderful, warm, professional, and above all answered all my incessant questions!

Been using this company for all plumbing issues/needs for over 5 years. had several plumbers come to the house 5 years ago for a quote, two were egregious in pricing, Pipeworx was friendly and straightforward. Have had Jacob and Derrick to my house on several occasions from washer crapping out to bathroom flooding since then - Its nice having a familiar face vs a random person each time. Always do great work. Calling them is always a pleasant experience and they do a great job of fitting me in every time I call - like yesterday. True Godsend helping me get the kids toilet re-installed before the holiday! Cant recommend enough.

She told me the guys could be to my house the same day between 1 and 3. The van with Grant and Jacob showed up at 12:45! These guys were ready to go and very courteous. I found Jacob to be both caring and competent as he helped me understand the 2 options for fixing my leak. Though I had to wait 5 days for the appointment, that was due to a very busy work schedule. In addition, there were no 811 folks to come out. Jacob told me they had to hire an outside person. Once the work began, Jacob and his partner, Dylan, worked diligently to complete the job. They answered all my questions. I could tell by their demeanor that they had high standards for themselves. Later that evening, I found out that one sink had no water. I called the office the next morning and an appointment was made. Jacob arrived and quickly fixed the problem.

It was around midday July 17, 2024 when I noticed I had a water leak flowing from somewhere in my driveway between the water meter and my house. I knew I didn’t have a lot of time to do anything about it myself so I was in a real bind as to what to do, but I remembered seeing these blue Pipeworx vans around town so I decided to look them up and give them a call. It was close to after hours when I made the call, but Callie at Pipeworx manage to fit me in on their after hours schedule for an emergency repair.Within an hour of making my initial call to Pipeworx, Jacob arrived conducting himself in a polite professional manor ready to locate and fix the leak. It couldn’t have been much more than 30 minutes from the time Jacob started shoveling into the ground that he had located the leak, made the repair, and covered the hole. I was in awe! I still am! Jacob is truly a remarkable young man who gets the job done! The repair he made was a thing of beauty! Some real pretty work! No way I could’ve done something like that myself and in such a short amount of time. It was quite impressive!If you’re in need of any plumbing services don’t hesitate to call Pipeworx. I whole heartedly recommend them! Pipeworx is a great company with great people working for them. I give them 5 Stars all the way! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I have worked with pipeworx plumbing multiple times on my older house. Two of the technicians, Jacob and Dillon, have repaired small leaks more than once. When I began having serious water pressure issues Dillon was able to diagnose the problem. Jacob helped to explain to my why their repair would fix my issue. The work was completed today by both technicians. They kept me updated on what they found during the job, including showing me the failed valve causing the issue. Once they finished, they verified that my water pressure was fixed. I will continue to use pipeworx plumbing thanks to the hard work of their technicians Jacob and Dillon.

My 5 year old grandson ran over our drain field air vent pipe with his birthday four wheeler and snapped it off underground. I called Pipeworx on a friend’s referral and they sent a tech out the very next day. Our tech Harley was right on time for his appointment and was so very kind and helpful. It was literally pouring down rain, cold and all muddy and Harley had that broken pipe dug up, replaced and re buried in under an hour. I had sick kiddos in the house today and I was able to chat with Harley via text through the whole repair and was then able to pay my bill by phone and never had to leave the kids to go out in the rain for any of it. Even the office staff were so kind and helpful as well. We will definitely recommend pipeworx and our tech Harley to everyone who needs a plumber both indoors or out. Woke up this morning, turned on the faucet to brush my teeth and the suddenly tops. No slow running water, no drips just nothing. Checked other faucets, flipped the circuit breaker on-and-off, nothing still, no running water. We purchased our house January 2016 and hired Piperworx Plumbing to install a tankless hot water heater and other plumbing work, I digress. Called Pipeworx Plumbing right away and explained our situation to Denise. Telling her that we have no running water and I have two kids and a wife, and I need to get the water up-and-running ASAP! Denise told me to sit tight while she moves some people around to see who was available to come and see if it was a minor problem. Denise called me back within minutes telling me a Plumber would be out shortly. Keith shows up and after doing some investigation tells me that I need to have an Electrician come and test power to the tank, as he thought there was a problem. I initially called an Electrician who did some work on our house a year ago and left a voice message. Ok..Asked Keith about a good Electrician and he suggested that I call MR Stoner out of Sanford. Called and spoke to the receptionist who did not have any available and suggested I opt for the emergency night service. Told her Id think about and hung up. Called Denise asking for another Electrician. She asked if spoke to the Owner or MR Stoner and replied, No I did not. Denise put me on hold, called the Owner of MR Stoner and came back on the line telling me Elaine, the Owner of MR Stoner would be calling me. No sooner had she told me that and MR Stoner was calling. Spoke to Elaine who told me that someone would be out there ASAP. She was not kidding and within a short time Bryan & Mason arrived. hey did some investigating and within 15-20 minutes determined the pump in the well is not working. Great guys, very professional, courteous and to the point. Called Denise back with the news, and she was working on the fee to replace the pump located 320 feet down the well. She worked very diligently at having three plumbers, Keith, Brad & Evan come and install a new water pump. Not an easy task, even with three guys pulling 320 of piping to replace the pump. It started to rain and fairly heavy at one point, and they did not stop to run for cover. It took a little over two hours upon arrival and when they pulled away. I highly recommend Pipeworx Plumbing for any plumbing project or issue you may have. Water stopped a little before 8:00 a.m. and by 5:54 p.m., on the same day, water supply was running. I have other plumbing projects, issues that need to be fixed and you bet that I am going to call Denise at Pipeworx Plumbing. Thumps up to a great job done guys! Thank you-

I called Monday morning to get an idea of availability and they were able to see me same day! Philip was punctual, friendly and did a wonderful job explaining what the issue was and how to address fixing it. He also fixed my leaking kitchen sink that was completely unrelated to the bathroom, which is why I had called to begin with! He was very knowledgeable and I will for sure be contacting them for any future plumbing issues I may have!

I called Pipeworks because of a drain issue we were having with our washer. Harley came out and spent a few hours trying to unclog the drain. It couldn’t be unclogged and he came up with an alternative solution. Came a few days later to finish the job. Turns out the pipe drain led to concrete (fault of the sellers we bought the house from). A few hours later we had a working washer. Harley was efficient, polite, and so helpful. I appreciated his problem solving and upfront pricing. Would definitely call on him again!

Derrick did an excellent job replacing 2 outside faucets, which required crawling under the house. This may not sound like a big job, but he had to cut the existing copper pipe, attach PEX and the new faucet while working on his back in the crawlspace. Ive been under the house several times in the past 25 years, and theres very little space to crawl on hands and knees. To get to both faucets, there was a lot of crawling on elbows. When he finished with that, he brushed himself off, came inside to replace a bathroom faucet which had bolts that had corroded under the sink. More work laying down in a tight space. I attempted replacing the faucet fixture myself, but when I saw the corroded bolts between the wall and the sink (approx 4 ), I gave up and called Pipeworx.

The main service line to our house busted on a Sunday afternoon. I called and left a message with the very friendly message service. Emily from Pipeworx, also very friendly, retuned my call within 10 minutes letting me know someone could be there within 2 hours. 30 minutes later Derrick called letting me know he’d be there in 20 minutes. Derrick was awesome! He had the problem trouble shot quick. To make the repair part of the service line outside of the house had to be repaired/replaced and that required some digging. 1 cubic yard of dirt later the busted pipe was accessible making the repair quick, with the lines pressure tested and the hole back filled Derrick was on his way in . All and all quick and painless process. 10/10 would recommend!!

Hair of the Dog Grooming in Chapel Hill. We lost water to the entire shopping center, after the water co had cleared the problem we still had low pressure. We called some local companies that did not do repairs for businesses. We were referred to Pipeworx by another plumbing company. We were surprised to find that even though they are in Sanford, they would be able to help us. The person taking the call was very friendly and helpful. Jacob and Javier showed up and were very professional and took care of the problem in short order. They showed us that our turn off valve wasnt all the way open and trash was also clogging the line. They were done within 20 minutes, and charged for the service call. Hopefully we wont have any more plumbing issues, but if we do, we will be using Pipeworx. I already referred 2 of our clients who were in need of a plumber to them.
