We recently had to have our main sewer line replaced. We called numerous plumbers for quotes, and from the high to the low, they varied by more than $4,000. Jasons team came in on the low side, which if Im being honest, made me a bit skeptical of their bid. After exchanging a few emails, we decided to hire them.Jasons team showed up first thing on the following Monday and had the job done several hours later the same day. We ended up having an open trench in our front yard for about a week, but that was mostly due to the fact that there were some permitting/inspection issues arising from the challenges with COVID-19 and local government operations.Exact will be my go-to for future plumbing concerns.

I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a trustworthy and resonably priced plumber.

I hired Exact Plumbing to replace my Gas Hot Water Heater. They are very professional, do excellent work using high quality products, and are very reasonable on price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Jason and Steve keep up the good work.

A good friend referred me to Exact Plumbing and am I glad she did! The owner Jason is the most courteous and professional you’ve ever dealt with. My BR was clogged and I had to turn off the water through the entire house to avoid a catastrophe. I called exact plumbing, Jason was awesome over the phone, they were on time for the job, they worked on it quickly and before you know it, I was back to business.I’ll be forever grateful to Jason and the test of the crew. You can’t go wrong by choosing this company. THEY ARE THE BEST!

We had a major sewer pipe blockage and couldnt use our bathrooms. Exact Plumbing, who we had never used before, was able to send Steve out right away. It was a difficult job but Steve worked diligently until it was cleared. Efficient, knowledgeable, hard working team. Very fair pricing. Cant get much better than that BUT it did. It clogged again a week later, not their fault, but the owner of the company, Jason, sent Steve right out again. He brought an even longer electric snake up on the roof again and worked another hour or so to clear it. JASON DID NOT EVEN CHARGE US TO COME BACK. That was unexpected, especially since it wasnt their fault. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks guys! Bonnie and Brian Goulet

We cant say enough good things about the service we received from Jason and Exact Plumbing. Weve met 3 plumbers on his team doing various projects and happy with each one. Good work ethics, very helpful and dont quit until its fixed. Very fair pricing too!

Jason Turner and crew are the BEST. They are very knowledgeable, honest and extremely reliable. They arrived promptly and the plumber was very professional and explained everything before starting work. Jason was fair priced and didnt request payment until the job was complete and to my satisfaction. Truly a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend.

Wow totally impressed with this company!! Needed help with a contractor screw up. Exact Plumbing came out took care of my family. The team that came out was very professional. Next Plumbing was the most honest and professional business I know! I had a leak in my master bath and I had just come home from the hospital after surgery! After 3 estimates... Next Plumbing was the most reasonable for what I needed! I called the owner Patrick in a panic at 9 pm and he answered the phone! He was so kind and set things up to send his plumber the following morning! Nicholas Abrams showed up on time... wore booties over his shoes to keep the house clean, installed a difficult faucet and was the kindest person I’ve met! He saved me 400 dollars ( from another rip off estimate I got! )He came with all his tools and had a choice of faucets with him. He cleaned out the drain and wiped everything up after he installed it! I was so impressed with his workmanship and his honesty! 3 people had tried to fix this faucet and couldn’t do it because it was a tight space. No problem for Nicholas! He really cares about what he does and aims to please! Cleaning up after himself was an incredible bonus! He’s not only a good plumber but an awesome human being! From now on I will never call anyone else to deal with my plumbing issues! Next Plumbing was a godsend for me to find at a difficult time in my life!
