    From the initial call with Kimmi to inquire about a quote for a new water heater to taking a hot shower again, Gomez Plumbing Inc was nothing but professional and pleasant. I was able to get a quote with in hours, after sending in some photos. Once we decided to go with Gomez Plumbing Inc, they had us on the schedule with in a few business days and then ended up contacting me the day before asking if I could accommodate them installing a day early. Kimmi stayed in contact with me constantly, updating me and confirming arrangements. You wouldn’t think getting a water heater installed is a “pleasant” experience, but our installer really did make it so. He showed up in such a “happy to be here” mood. He assessed the old water heater and went about doing his thing to get it removed. While he was doing that, Christian, the other installer was on his way with the new water heater. While waiting for the new heater to arrive, Tyler even took the time to give my husband some advice and help on a totally unrelated matter. Christian showed up shortly after in a happy mood as well. He loaded up the old heater and was on his way and even though he was only at our home for a short time, he was personable and professional. Both Christian and Tyler made you feel that they loved their job. Once the new water heater arrived, Tyler was able to do the installation quickly and efficiently all while courteously updating me on his progress (and patiently chatting with my husband 😊). After the install was complete, Tyler made sure the area was clean and gave my husband instructions.All in all, I would say Gomez Plumbing Inc has comparable if not even better pricing than other plumbing companies I checked out and their service is absolutely top notch. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

    The company came recommended through a GC and we had a great experience from the first call to the end of the work. We were looking at the options with a water heater replacement after we were told by another company that was trying to sell rather than help. Grank Fay wanted to charge us 1200 while Gomez Plumbing was only 700 and was way more willing to work with our situation. I feel that there was straight forward communication and that the owner was willing to explain and teach.Their tech Robert was super friendly and did a great job. He came across as the type of person that enjoyed his job and wanted to help others.We have found a new team to keep in our phones and recommend.

    Christian, Haley and the team did an excellent job on a new construction project we worked together on. They were willing to step in and take over after a different plumber did poor quality work during the first rough in.The Gomez team addressed all issues from the first rough, and completed the second rough in with great attention to detail.A few months later Christian, Robert, and Travis wrapped up the final trim, including several non-standard fixtures they managed to install without any issues.Scheduling was a bit tricky at times, but with a project of this size, it’s understandable that there may be some challenges along the way with scheduling. Certainly not a dealbreaker.Overall, couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result, would definitely trust the Gomez team with any future new construction or repairs!

    I am a GC always looking for professional sub-contractors in the residential sector, because they are extremely hard to find. So far, Gomez Plumbing has been the most professional I have encountered. They actually had someone come by the jobsite and check their technicians work without me asking. Then they had them come back to do some slight corrections. The office is actually responsive! The best plumbers Ive used so far!

    I was in the market for a new water heater and Gomez Plumbing offered me the most competitive price after I recived quotes from about 5 plumbers in the area. They promptly scheduled the installation and checked in with me before the date to confirm. The day of, Travis contacted me when he was on his way to perform the installation. He answered all my questions and obviously knew what he was doing. The whole installation took about 3 hours and Travis then took the time to explain the maintenance details and how I can take care of the water heater to extend the life. Overall, Im very happy with the service and ill plan to use Gomez Plumbing again in the future.

    Beautiful is the word I would use to describe their work simply beautiful! I was in the middle of a major bathroom remodel when my scheduled plumber left me hanging. Yes Ill say their name, Harrell Plumbing. After they stopped returning my multiple calls for service after they quoted me for the job I talked to someone at footprints. He smiled and said not problem I got you. He picked up the phone and called Gomez plumbing. Gomez was able to get us in the very next day with 10 hours notice. They showed up took one look at the swap out job and he said Im going to need a second person for this. Within the hour an assistant came in and helped him. They ended up being there around 11:00 or 12 hours. These guys did not leave until the job was done. I was amazed when I run in the corner and saw the tub was installed. All the plumbing and fixtures were ready to go they did the valve work the stems and left everything interesting condition. I was totally floored by the quality job they did. In my desperation I never even bothered to ask them their price. They actually came in below my original quote. Wow! These guys have a great work ethic fantastic responsiveness and do beautiful work! I would highly recommend them if you need a quality plumber.

With tenants in the house I needed quick response worked with Haley to schedule the installation of a new water heater late in the afternoon.     I called Gomez Plumbing and spoke to Haley, Office Manager, about replacing my old tankless water heater for a new one. She quoted me a price over the phone and scheduled the installation within 3 days at my convenience. The Rinnai brand is an upgrade from my old one and the price for the heater and installation was less than half of the nearest competitor.Robert, the plumber, carefully and securely installed the new tankless water heater, removed the existing heater with particular attention to the integrity of my home. He is very personable, professional, considerate, diligent, and his performance is high quality. He asked if we were diabetic as he was concerned that the temperature setting might be too hot and jeopardize our health and safety. As a senior citizen, I appreciate that he patiently answered my questions.I recommend Gomez Plumbing for all your plumbing needs; your expectations will be exceeded.

    Ive contacted Gomez Plumbing to change the plumbing in our bathrooms to work with cabinets with drawers from ikea. Haley and Chris are an absolute pleasure to work with! After a quick chat, and exchange of the pictures I had an appointment with Chris to come swing by to measure everything and double check what parts he needs to get. Got a reasonable quote for the job and one week later the job is done! Chris was on time, did exactly what was needed for those drawers to close and cleaned up after himself, even though we are still in the middle of a house construction. Definitely saving their number!     These guys are the only plumbers I would trust with my home. I had shotty plumbers working for me prior and the difference between them and Gomez plumbing is night and day. Christian is extremely accurate and does not cut corners. He is patient with me as the homeowner, always explaining my best options. Hailey always lets me knows their scheduling- usually days beforehand and will always give me a heads up if something changes. Pricing is more than fair. Truly a great family owned company. Even their non related employees speak highly of their boss and enjoy working for him. This is the only team to have on your next plumbing project.
