Parker and Scott came by to check out a leaky water heater. One quick listen to the sounds and they were able to properly diagnose the issue (crack in the sleeve) and got started on the replacement. When they asked the follow-up questions about how old it was, et. al, they realized it was still within the warranty period and went to bat for me to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty (which took a long and argumentative call between Parker and the supplier). Then, when it was all said and done (water heater replaced and labor paid for), they asked if there was anything else they could help with. I, mostly tongue in cheek, said I had a leaky toilet in the bathroom. The jumped to it, found the leak, replaced the seal, and said no charge for the toilet repair.Parker and Scott showed up when they said they would, they did all they could to save me as much as possible on the bill while still delivering an excellent product, and they completed the diagnosis, pickup of the new water heater, repair and replacement, plus more within 2 1/2 hours of when they arrived. I will again use them for my needs.

Both scott and parker were very experienced and efficient with every minute they were here helping me find the leak. Today, 25 June, 2024, Parker and Scott of Valley Home Services did a fantastic job in replacing a section of severely leaking pipe in our basement that supplied water to an outdoor facet. The pipe is hidden inside the wall and thus it was not at all clear to me were the problem was. If left unfixed this could have caused major water damage inside the house. However, upon arrival Parker and Scott quickly identified the likely source of the leak as a break in the wall pipe due to freezing. This was confirmed when they removed the drywall and found an inch-long split in the pipe. They quickly and efficiently installed a new section of pipe. They were very friendly and very professional. In summary, I highly recommend Valley Home Services, especially Parker and Scott.

I am so beyond impressed and relieved from the work Valley Home Services did for me. They promptly scheduled a time to come next day due to my concerns, and a day later the job was complete. When they came to assess the situation, they quickly diagnosed the actual issue(s) and reassured me it would be taken care of for good. With my home being over 100 years old, there was a plethora of band-aid fixes over the years that were working negatively against each other in a number of ways. Not surprising. In half of a day, everything was fixed and is in proper working order. I am beyond relieved to not be worrying about a plumbing issue anymore. Thank you Parker & Scott! You two are amazing, and despite the quirks of my centry-old home, your spirits remained high. I am deeply grateful!
