    This is a top quality group. They do top notch work and are fast. I have had them do two jobs for me in the last two months ... and can witness that their work is very high quality. The owner, Brandon, is a great follow through manager making sure everything is correctly done, and the customer is satisfied. I had a little issue with the price on one of the projects they did for me. Brandon got a hold of me and reviewed the problem and promptly made it right. I recommend them highly. If you have a plumbing need ... give them a call. They will be quick to respond, will do a great job and Brandon will make sure everything is done to the customers satisfaction. They also guarantee their work. You just cant go wrong with this group.

    Brandon and his crew came out and made the impossible possible. My main water line to the house was absolutely shot and stuck under the porch. He came out, gave me a very reasonable quote, and was back the very next day! I couldn’t recommend them more! Give them a call for all your plumbing needs.

    I had a main water leak. Because of the way it way plummeted, we could not find the leak (water line was brought up through the basement floor). A new line was installed. Shane and his crew were very professional. They answered all of my questions. They put my yard back to the point that was great. 👍 A great experience was had.     I first used Plumbing Utah to find a leak in my sprinkling system that no other company could figure out. They found the problem and completed a major repair on my sprinkling system promptly and professionally. I was so impressed with them that when I had another leak (this time in my water main) I immediately contacted them again. The peace of mind that I had knowing that they would take care of me is priceless. I will always use this company for any water/plumbing issues in the future because I know they will take care of me.     Everyone I dealt with was great, from Holly, the office manager, to Billy, who did the initial evaluation, to Heath and Kolder, who worked long hours over two days and delivered beyond the scope of work. (Special shoutout to Heath and Kolder; you guys were great.)As another reviewer noted, these folks are pros. And there were no attempts at upselling, or insistence on a service plan, which I really appreciate. This is a locally owned company that truly deserves its sterling reputation.

    Brandon was very good at locating the leak in my swimming pool plumbing which was underneath the paver pool deck. He said his crew could find the problem and return everything back to its original condition. Felipe and crew arrived right on time and went to work. They were very professional and friendly. But most importantly their work was amazing. My pool plumbing is fixed and the deck looks great and was done in less than 2 days. Felipe, Danny and Garick were five star in every aspect. I highly recommend Utah Plumbing.

    Brandon and his crew were amazing! We had a water main leak and Brandon came out within an hour to give a quote. His crew was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done quick even in snowy weather. They also replaced my stamped concrete that had to be torn out and it looks great! Highly recommended!

    Had a leak that we weren’t aware of until looking at prior water bills. They came out quickly, got us taken care of efficiently and even were kind and towards our family. Brandon was also patient with my many questions. The kids got a kick out of watching the workers. You can’t really tell where it was done which is a big bonus. The quote was quite a bit less than other big companies. Very happy we went with them.

    I called several different plumbing companies in my area and without a doubt Plumbing Utah Heating and Air was the most reliable, decent priced, fastest service, and the most professional. I 100% recommend Heath, he was very knowledgeable, well-mannered, detail-oriented, and his work ethic is on point! He got the job done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this company for simple fixes repiping, sprinklers, basically all your plumbing needs.     Aaron came out last year and installed a new water heater and garbage disposal. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The quality of work was very good. The front office was easy to get a hold of and Aaron was very punctual with appointments.We had Aaron out again today to evaluate a water hammer issue. The fix was easy enough that he suggested I do it myself and took the time to walk me through the whole process and show me on my phone what parts to buy. He was willing to fix it himself, but I appreciate that he was looking out for me and trying to save me money.I would definitely recommend Plumbing Utah Heating & Air.

    Landon and John showed up same day I called which in itself is amazing! My furnace wasnt heating the house and within a short time not only was it working perfectly but they provided me with a wealth of important information which will not only likely alleviate the same problem in the future but extend the life of our furnace. So glad I called the right guys!

    We lost heat in our house 4 days ago and couldn’t find anybody to come help us out even after contacting our home insurance. We finally called up these guys and they were so amazing to work with us. We were concerned about not being able to pay for the new furnace we needed after our kitchen sink waste pipe broke and flooded the furnace. These guys were so amazing and patient to work with our insurance company to get everything approved! We truly cannot thank them enough. Edgar and Osvaldo were out this morning for an estimate and were able to come back the same day a few hours later after the insurance company approved the claim and installed a totally new furnace for us! We will now be saving so much money with the right sized furnace and an energy efficient furnace! We feel so blessed to have found such an amazing company with such amazing service. Edgar and Osvaldo stayed extra to work with tech support on making sure the furnace settings were correct for the size of our house, truly the most awesome service you can get! It really felt like they were family as they worked away to make sure everything was perfect and 100% safe. Any service we need in the future, we will definitely give them a call!     My water heater started leaking and Plumbing Utah was able to get someone out to install a replacement really quickly. I ended up upgrading my water heater from a 40 gallon tank to a tankless system and Aaron did an amazing job. He not only did quick work considering the amount of work that had to be done, but it’s also very cleanly done. The end result looks great and it’s really nicely organized, not to mention safe and up to code. It’s a huge upgrade from what I was dealing with before!

    We had a leak on our main water line. What we thought would be a repair turned into a complete replacement of our water line from the meter to the house. They did what they said they would and stayed late to make sure the job was complete.     Aaron came out on a Sunday because we had a water leak we could not identify. He determined that our upstairs toilet, which had recently been replaced, had not been seated correctly. He showed us what the problem was and how he would fix it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile and was very respectful of our home and property. Aaron helped to solve the problem quickly and efficiently and saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars in property damage.

    Ricardo was very nice and helpful and did a great job. The clog clearing service was higher cost than other quotes we found but he got it done well and fast and was able to come by sooner than anyone else (which was important because the clogged drain was causing a leak that was damaging a ceiling and wall). We appreciated the quick and effective work!

They were able to come and assess the problems within 2 hours.They gave us a bid that was very comparable to other companies we called.The best part was, they were able to start the installation the next day. They told us it would take2-4 days to complete and it was done in 2.The job they did was very professional.     First of all let me state that this was a great experience for me and my wife from start to finish! I called Plumbing Utah Heating and Air because I had a water main leak that I needed located. I already had 2 other bids from well known companies, but, they didnt do leak location. Brandon came out Monday located the leak and discussed my options. The bid Brandon gave me was better then the two other bids, so I scheduled the repair. Thursday when Brandon and Dave came out to start the work they quickly realized that the job was going to have to be manually dug out because of the utility lines that were running across where they needed to dig with the mini excavator. Brandon was on the phone immediately to schedule his manual digging team and informed me that it may not be able to be done until the next day but that they would do it later in the day if they could. The digging started about noon and a second leak was discovered at the foundation requiring additional work to put the new line through the foundation and replace additional pipe and valve in the house. The work was completed by 5 and we are completely satisfied!!I am sure that the additional work that wasnt planned on could have justified additional money to be charged, but there was no additional charges and I paid what was quoted me! Brandon and Dave, thank you for fielding all of the questions though out the process and taking care of our leak, great job! Also, a shout out to the 3 man digging team, hard working, fast, and attention to detail!

    There is never a good time for a clogged pipe. But to have that happen at your business on a Saturday afternoon with water backing up through the floor drains is a nightmare.     Chris came and repaired a big mess another company made. It was refreshing to have someone who cared about doing it correctly. This was on my sprinkler system.Blake came out to repair a leak on work that I had done over a year ago. While we are not sure what caused the leak and my warranty had just run out, they repaired it anyway, only charging me for parts. This Company is the best. Oh, and they responded immediately on a Sunday. Definitely 5 stars.

    Chris and Aaron with Plumbing Utah Heating & Air were awesome. When they got here we discussed what the problem was and they immediately got to work. My leak was in a very difficult spot to get too, and they took great care not to damage any of the landscaping in my yard. Once the leak was exposed they showed me what they used to fix it, and then pressure tested the fix while I was standing there. It was barely over 24 hours from the time we had our water shutoff until the time Plumbing Utah had it repaired. Great customer service, and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing services.

    I contacted Plumbing Utah late last week with a leak in my shower handles and spout.They were quick to respond Via Facebook and got me in touch with the owner who was quick to provide me with a reasonable quote.We were able to get a date scheduled for Tuesday of this week, unfortunately, another customer had an emergency so they had to shuffle some jobs around; while with most other Plumbers that would be an issue, they took the time to call me the night before to let me know, and were very apologetic during the call. We re-scheduled for Wednesday.I received a call prior to them driving over, and they made sure to let me know the time it would take to get to my home to get the job done.Coco was the plumber who showed up, and he was very polite, punctual, and funny.Unfortunately, while he tore into my faucet handles, he found there was corrosion that caused it to be a bit tougher than it would normally be, but, a couple phone calls later he got everything set up and ready to go. But, thats not where things ended, unfortunately, the main valve was going bad. After he tried everything in his power to make the original fix work, we determined that a replacement valve was needed.I got on the phone with the owner, Brandon, who talked me through the pricing, they assisted me with trying to get financing (Old medical bills wouldnt let it go through, unfortunately), so, he worked with me on it. The price though higher than the original job I had hired them to do, was fair, and he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.They came out promptly today (The following day) got the valve replaced, a new handle and spout in, and it looks beautiful.Brandon and his team go over and beyond what other plumbers Ive dealt with have offered. I have found my new go-to guys after searching for the last 6 years after my old plumber moved.Id definitely recommend Plumbing Utah to anyone.UPDATE: Round 2 with Pluming Utah:I had Plumbing Utah come out again today to install a PRV per their recommendation.Brandon, the owner, was again, very kind when I spoke with him, as was his main office when I called to schedule.David, the plumber, was VERY prompt, courteous, polite, and quick at his job.He was in and out and cleaned up after himself.I can say that they are now my go-to plumbers, I am grateful to have found such an amazing company to work with.Update: Daniel just came by to service our toilet that was leaking and did an amazing job. He was respectful, up front, on time, and friendly. His helper wasnt quite as nice or as patient with the fact that Im high risk, but, still got the job done.I appreciate them greatly.

    New customer for life!! I spent six days dealing with a different company trying to get my tankless water heater repaired/ replaced. In absolute frustration I reached out to Plumbing Utah Heating and Air for help (on a Sunday evening that was also a Holiday) and spoke with Brandon the owner. He gave me accurate, awesome information at a great bid. Barely 12 hours later, Aaron showed up, replaced my water heater in record time, gave me sound advice and instructions and even looked at a different plumbing issue I was having and did a consult on that! I was impressed with their professionalism, quality work and honest prices that saved me over $2300 than the previous company had quoted me.     Everything was great with my experience from the first time I called, I was given a lot of attention and in my case, I happened to have dropped and broken my old water tank lid and before proceeding with a new toilet, we explored the possibility of finding a replacement lid. Once that option was exhausted, then my experience with Aaron on the initial bid and Aaron and Tyler on the install was fantastic. Very punctual, personal, professional and they got the job done in no time at all paying particular attention to detail all along the way. Great job guys. I appreciate the great job and follow up. I will definitely be calling on this company for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

    What a great experience! Ask for Leo and Crozby! They were the best! Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I had an emergency plumbing problem at one of my rental properties!     Had an awesome experience with this company! They are a little closer to the high end of what you pay for a plumbing service. But man, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! David came out and spent a lot of time making sure that he had the blockage in our main line taken care of. We wanted to have the camera go through the pipes afterward just to make sure we had it taken care of but we were having a hard time bringing ourselves to pay for the service. David actually helped us out a little bit on that so we were able to do it! He also put a drain cleaner down the toilet just to make sure every last bit was taken care of. He was so incredibly friendly with us! This is a great company! Would definitely use them again! Worth the extra money for sure!

    These guys are the best in utah. Adam and his crew were professional and friendly throughout the remodel and upgrade to our home. They were clean removing the old plumbing and did a great job plumbing the remodel and upgrading all our old waterlines to pex. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood the reasons for the work so I felt completely comfortable with everything.     First of all shout out to David! My husband called Plumbing Utah on a short notice at 8:30 at night for a massive clog in the basement, and they immediately arranged a service for us. He sold us our system, explained everything and gave practical recommendations, fit us into his schedule and installed the system. I am a total hands on guy and he explained everything about it and walked me through it all.     They have great reviews so I contacted them about a clogged drainpipe. This proved to be a much bigger job needed extensive work and installation. Both Aaron for plumbing, and Daniel for sheetrock repair and painting were true gentleman and told me how things were progressing constantly. Be prepared, they are going to tell you if other things associated with your systems are not safe or up to code, and tell you what your options are. I ended up replacing all water and drain lines, my water heater, furnace, and AC. My downstairs bathroom was a mess and not really functional and so I replaced my tub with a new shower unit and also my toilet and sink. This was a costly job but I totally feel good that my house is much better, safer, and that value has been added to the property. All thier workers are very polite and professional and do anything they can to meet your needs even when that is difficult. Im happy to recommend them to anyone.

    Had a Water line leak in the main line we thought we could get away with doing just a partial repair but turned out we had multiply leaks in the line and had to do a Full line repair they were able to change there plans to do a full repair and get it done really fast. They even were able to locate and fix other problems with my sewer line and with some faulty install of the lines when my townhouse was built. It was a expensive fix but they were competitive with the other bid, the owner and employees where hardworking, knowledgeable and very polite and they did there best to minimize any yard/driveway damage. Im confident they did a solid fix and that I shouldnt have any issues in the future and it helps they give a 3 year warranty rather then a one like the other bid, that will give me piece of mind thru the next few winters just in case.

    Brandon came out within 15 min of a call at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We had moved that day into a new home whose hot water heater wasn’t working. We called a bunch of google plumbers listed as “24/7 services” who either didn’t answer, said they weren’t available at that time, or told us it would be a minimum $450 charge, no matter what. Ugh! We both just really wanted a hot shower after 12 hours of hauling furniture and boxes! Brandon was here in a flash and fixed what was only a gas line that needed to be bled, done in 15 min.     Called to get a quote, the receptionist was very friendly and scheduled a time for a technician to come to take a look. Derek was just here and was fantastic as well. Took a look and gave me a solid quote as well as some great ideas on how to maximize the repair (same time as future remodel etc.) and wouldnt take a penny for fixing and offering advice on a toilet that was acting up in addition to the broken pipe. All in all a great experience, no need to be wary of these guys....they are amazing!!!

    I can not say enough about these guys! I purchased a new home and discovered the pilot light was not lit on my new hot water heater. It was 10pm on a Saturday! I quickly jumped on my computer and started going down the list of 24/7 service providers and met with we dont have appointments this late.....to no answer....to the min charge is $450.00. I needed a pilot light lit, not a whole new heater..ha..ha.I called and spoke to Brandon, he asked a few questions and believed it was a bad regulator, but he would be happy to come right out! Brandon showed up in 15 minutes and within another 15 minutes he had it fixed. Seems that the installer did not bleed the line and no gas was coming into the water heater. Even better, Brandon followed up on Sunday to make sure it was working correctly. I am so pleased with this service and when I come to finishing my basement and need a plumber, I know who I am calling.

    I just bought a home in Midvale. Unfortunately none of the plumbing had been upgraded since 1955. I called Plumbing Utah, and within 1/2 an hour Brandon, the owner of the company pulled up and was giving me a bid for a complete home re-plumb. He was extremely knowledgeable , and very confident in his and his peoples abilities. My Master plumber was Shawn. He came in and assessed the job, and decided he had better wait until Monday to get started. This was on a late Friday afternoon. On Monday morning he was there bright and early, and started to the task. It took him all day Monday, and all day Tuesday to get it done. Lots of sheet rock cutting, and impossible places to get to etc. Shawn did excellent work, was very thorough, and explained anything I wanted to have explained to me. He completed all the work, cleaned up after himself, loaded up all the old galvanized rusty pipe and went on his way. These guys had my home completely re-plumbed in the same time I was waiting for some other plumbing companies to even line up an appointment for an estimate. It was a formidable job by anyones standards, but these guys tackled it with professionalism. Shawn made sure to go through all the faucets and clean them out for any stuck debris from the old pipes, and made sure I was happy before he left. You wont be disappointed with these guys. Thanks

    Plumbing Utah Heating and Air did a great job fixing a mainline leak located in my yard. With so many issues due to old pipes, and an extension on the house.     Had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Utah. We just moved into our place and havent ever dealt with a Reverse Osmosis Filter system before. It started leaking and we were completely out of our depths. We called up Plumbing Utah because of all the great reviews...and they definitely lived up to those reviews.Billy came and checked out our system, he definitely went the extra mile...or two! He re-routed our pipes (they were put together all crazy from the last owners). And then he checked on our kitchen faucet that he noticed was starting to show signs of leaking and would need fixing soon. He offered to replace the kitchen faucet the next day when he had the parts to fix our RO system.The next day he came back fixed the RO system and put in a beautiful new kitchen faucet. After changing the filters and running a cleaning through the RO system he noticed we still might need a new filter faucet. He checked in with us the next day and came and replaced it as well.I am so happy with this experience and would recommend Plumbing Utah to everyone. If youre looking for a wonderful and honest plumber - give them a call!

    Ron came to my house to diagnose what appeared to me to be a leaky pipe in my backyard. He explained that the standing water was likely the result of a leaking sprinkling system and not from the main line (thank goodness). He made sure to adjust my water pressure before he left, however, and also took a look at my water heater. He was friendly and professional and didnt charge me for the visit. I was very impressed and will absolutely call him for future plumbing problems.

    I love Plumbing Utah! Ron and his team did a ton of work on my early 1900s home. They were by far the cheapest and the most hard working and professional. Their product is awesome. They put in a brand new boiler and checked in several days in a row to make sure the house was heating correctly. They added a shower to my tub, including new pipes and bathtub surround. I wasnt sure I could have a shower because there is a window in the wall. But sure enough, they could redo the frame, customize the tub surround and make the window waterproof. Best plumbers anywhere! I will use them again and refer them to everyone I know!

    I had water coming in from the ceiling - had no clue where it was coming from. Called other places, who said we can get to you in a few days. Really a few days? They sent Austin an HVAC guy out within an hour, he was great talked about the filters and cleaning. But issue wasnt HVAC. So in 2 hours or less Logan the Plumber came out and we found out it was a leak in the roof! Their prices were reasonable for sure for finding the issue; that is the hardest part.     As newer homeowners to an older home, our main water line began leaking in the yard somewhere. A pinhole opening in an old galvanized line!This caused lots of stress and sleepless nights not knowing what was going on several feet down between the city meter and our foundation. We had an incident in another home with a fridge line and it literally gave me ptsd from that incident so needless to say, I was always worried about the unknown.That’s where Plumbing Utah came out swinging with a competitive price of complete install of a new polyethylene pipe, valve, and pressure regulator.Logan. Hats freaking off to this guy who worked hard for 3 days to get the trench dug and the pipe installed and providing a temporary water line while the digging was in progress through our outside spigot.Not only that, but the old line ran through a garden bed of ours which had to be dug out 5’ down as well. Logan came by after the install while I was at work, repositioned the bricks to the garden and put down mulch. Say what?!I am immensely impressed by not only helping us get a good deal on this terror of a repair by any homeowner, but showing how hard they work and making sure everything is just right.Also, they put the grass back in its spot and after three days, I’m surprised they got all pieces back in!I am a DIY type person and have worked hard to maintain my yard and property and I am beyond impressed with his company.     Ive used several different plumbers over the years and Ive never called the same one back UNTIL Ron from Plumbing Utah came to my house. He was awesome.     Leo and Crozby came to our house to fix the worst smell EVER. I noticed a vent was seeping the smell of death. Our garbage disposal and dishwasher also smelled awful. They got into the craw space and found that a pipe had a huge hole in it. Every time we used the garbage disposal or dishwasher it was dumping water into our crawl space! The smelly vent also wasn’t connected to our other vents, so it was just carrying the smell throughout the house. They cleaned up all the water and repaired the hole. They also connected the vent! They worked efficiently and they were so polite and respectful! I would recommend them over and over again!

    Jordin SAVED MY FAMILY’s LIFE! “In the 10 years I’ve been doing this I’ve never seen carbon monoxide this high”.The meter is supposed to read 0. From the vent above my bed the meter read 23. Jordin had us leave the house and go outside while the furnace shut down.I am so thankful I called Plumbing Utah Heating. My landlord “trusted” some new startup independent person who claimed he fixed the furnace. The furnace would still not stay on and most the time even turn on. This person kept telling me I needed to change the filter, but I did that, and kept telling him I did.Because I was not happy with this independent person‘s behavior or response I decided to call plumbing Utah heating and air. What a blessing and a life altering event as Jordin was able to diagnose a cracked heat exchanger which was leaking the carbon monoxide.I am renting a townhome and there were no carbon monoxide detectors in the home. First and foremost that should have been in our home, secondly never ever hire any professional that is not licensed.Jordin was so kind and quick to get me on his schedule. He’s a Superman in my book!

    Ron came out on a Saturday to plumb our bathroom. Hes been out to plumb a lot of our house. Hes almost made our whole 40 year old house brand new - in the plumbing area.Ron is very personable and he really knows his stuff. Give him a call for GREAT, professional service.
