    Rob Rozz Well & Pump - outstanding, professional service each and every time we have used them. Two emergencies in the past two months - a well pump that completely burned out and a 75 gallon water heater that gave out at 10:16 pm on Thursday night and started flooding the surrounding area. Rob was at the phone with me within two minutes of me calling the emergency number. Water to the heater was shut down and a new 230 pound water heater was purchased, installed and up and running by the team - Chris and Kyle the next day!

    Robb and his team were very professional and completed the installation of heat pump/ hybrid water heater nicely and neatly and replaced our fuel oil fired water heater to Rheem ProTerra water heater.After the changeover, they removed all the debris and left the place clean and tidy.Their charges were also reasonable.I recommend them highly.I should also mention great job by Mike of New England Electrical Contracting inc.for doing the necessary electrical work and labelling the circuit breakers on the panel and at the unit

    I had a pressure switch fail in my tank on a Saturday morning, which meant no water. Within a half hour these guys were at my house, and fixed the problem within an hour or two. Saved my day, and they were super nice, professional, and easy to work with. No complaints at all, highly recommend!

    I can recommend Rob Rozz plumbing with 100% confidence. Ever since we moved into our house we had trouble with the consistency of our hot water. Without getting too technical, I thought we were going to have to have to spend $5k+ to remedy the issue. I discussed the specific conditions we had experienced with Rob and he was able to diagnose the root cause of the problem and test to confirm the issue. The end result was a much less expensive repair. The best part was that Rob had all of the parts with him and was able to repair the issue in no time. We now have consistent hot water and we did not have to break the bank. This shows a level of expertise and integrity that impressed me. Thank you Rob for all of the help.     Rob was great called the emergency number Thursday evening, hot water heater tank was leaking, called back within 20 minutes discussed what was happening and sent him pictures. We determined the tank was leaking and would need to be replaced, they came out the next day and replaced it.

    The Rob Rozz team is always so incredibly helpful and kind. Weve had two jobs for them in the past year. During both jobs Rob, Kyle, and the rest of the team have always been so great from start to finish. I was quickly called back by Chris who was able to give me some suggestions over the phone in case we had a pipe freeze or a leak somewhere.     Rob Rozz plumbing came out to my mobile home on 12-6-23 and within about 1hr fixed the leaking vent pipe within the ceiling of my laundry room at what i would consider a very reasonable cost and should also be noted that arrived in les then 24hrs from when i called the previous day. His secretary Ms Jane was very helpful with suggestions such as taking photos of the opened ceiling prior to there plumber Kyle coming to make the necessary repairs so that he would make sure to have the necessary equipment for the job.     On 12/1/20 after requesting recommendations for plumbers and reading reviews, I settled on Rob Rozz plumbing from Sandy Hook, CT. I called and got a legitimate quote over the phone and confirmed an appt. for the next day. Though they were a few hours late, the did phone and arrived within the time they said they would. Kyle and Chris were both honest, friendly and most of all professional. They stayed longer to make sure the toilet was replaced properly with no signs of leakage and charged exactly what was quoted + a few materials... Two days later, I awoke to a leak from the toilet in an upstairs bathroom. I called them again, and this time they came out within an hour and also fixed the unit to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable again. I will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. I highly recommend them.
