I had used another plumber that totally overcharged me for the work he did and was totally obsolete by the time I had American mechanical come and take a second look at my plumbing issue. I had a broken pipe that was under my duplex slab on grade. It was a very extensive fix. I was so grateful to have the professional plumbers come by and do an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any of your small or large plumbing needs.

I had family recommend Kelly Hale to help me with all of my leaky faucets (5!) and shower installations. I reached out to Kelly and he called me back almost immediately and was able to schedule me in for the very next day! When he came to my house, he quickly discovered the issues and helped me make an immediate plan to fix everything! He was a delight to work with and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that has any plumbing issues!

Our water Heater flooded 2 days before Thanksgiving and Kelly was so incredibly kind to come out to our home and help us the exact evening it happened! We called a couple plumbers but no one was willing to come out when we needed them most. Kelly was so prompt and willing to immediately attend to our needs and gave an estimate at no charge. He was very informative and knowledgeable about our situation and explained multiple reasons for the issue and together with us, tried to come up with the best possible solution. We had a hose spigot that was leaking in an exterior wall. Kelly was able to get access to the leak in an area that had a lot of obstacles, and was able to get us fully repaired in a timely manner. Very professional and easy to talk with. We definitely recommend his work.

We have used Kelly Hale of American Mechanical and Plumbing 10+ times over the past decade. Kelly is responsive and a fast worker. We have referred Kelly to others and never had a complaint. We own a rental property in additional to our primary residence, and have owned several older homes in Salt Lake City. Kelly has fixed minor leaks up to replacing a water main. We’ve been pleased with Kelly over the years.

Kelly was immediately responsive, came to assess what was needed, get the parts and returned immediately to repair our leaking dishwasher drain. It was leaking all over the under cabinet of the sink, and we had tried to fix it ourselves but it turned out to be one of those things that we couldn’t do on our own. He has now become our go-to plumber. We already have 3 future projects we want him to work on for us, including installing an outdoor shower. Really glad to have found Kelly Hale.

Started my day with a wet basement. This could of been the worst thing but Kelly was recommended to me and when I called he answered and was at my home in less than 15 minutes. He got my water turned off and a new water heater in within an hour. WOW! I feel like I can say I have my own personal plumber because thats how he makes you feel. Thanks Kelly!
