Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a company! Nothing but amazing!From the office gal who answered the phone to Malik who was willing to come out to our home within an hour of us calling into the office. Malik was nothing but professional, honest, & kind!He did everything possible to save our AC unit and get us through another summer. He sat out in the beating sun in 95* weather next to our AC unit for over an hour making sure it would function the way it needed too. He wouldn’t give up on it only wanting the best and affordable option for us. He was so honest when I asked him if I should just replace each part he was concerned about and he said absolutely not.Instead of just telling me I needed a whole new unit which he totally could have and I really thought was coming and know is just around the corner he was just 100% honest and really did everything he could to help us out as that would have been such a financial burden.They have a customer for life and I will be telling everyone we know about them!We can’t say thank you enough!

Spencer was absolutely great!Extremely knowledgeable & very considerate.It was his first time at my home working to get my New system working properly.So far so good.He was able to get my UV light/Air scrubber working, which hadn’t worked since installation.Very friendly & even though it was at the end of the work day he wasn’t hurrying to “just get out “.Difficult to say if the problem is fixed because he’s not going to be staying the night obviously to monitor my furnace but he said that if any issues persist they would take care of it.I’m so grateful for his time & knowledge.

This company was the brightest and best service call I have ever made. Adam was super knowledgeable and good natured. The previous diagnosis was that the furnace needed a new control board cost $950 but Adam said no simply inspected changed the filter put new batteries in the thermostat and cheerfully said you are good to go! WoW! I will always call Connect first in the future. Wish I had this contact with Connect sooner but happy to have it now. The scheduler receptionist also deserves my praises for getting me on the schedule next day and making an hour adjustment to my service call at short notice without even hesitation which was e Xtra wonderful. Rare indeed. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a furnace from Connect. I was not happy with the way it was installed. I live in a mobile home and space is limited. When furnace installed, I was not told that it would stick out of furnace closet by 7 inches which would make it hard to get to my washer if it needed repair and it just plain looked bad.James Odonnal came out the next day and repaired all the issues and moved the furnace and made it fit by removing some drywall. He also repaired an electrical issue I was having. James was very experienced and knowledgeable. After 12 hours straight of hard work he made things right. He went above and beyond to make things right.

He was very friendly and informative about the process and preventative care for our sink. He had our kitchen sink unclogged and up and running in no time. Jason, Dominique and Drake were an incredible team today as they spent nearly eight hours in sub-20 degree temps repairing a water main leak on our property. They hit a couple blockers on the project and worked through them to get our lines repaired and water back on same day.The crew was friendly and Jason was GREAT to explain what had happened, what needed to be fixed and how it would be done.I loved the text notifications I received from CONNECT about the service personnel that were dispatched and I enjoyed getting to know a little about each of them.Thank you CONNECT and our repair crew for an amazing experience with an unfortunate event. We needed an electrician to go an fix a double tap for one of our clients. After trying to get two different electricians that we have used quite regularly in the past with no luck. I messaged Connect on Facebook, I had the answers I needed within a few minutes and had the service technician out that same day. They are incredibly professional and responsive. They have a few touches in their business that makes the experience very personal. They have earned a client for life, and we have even already recommended them to another client to install a water softener in his new home. Being in the real estate industry, we deal with a lot of different contractors and service professionals and having a company that is this responsive, prompt, and professional is a very rare thing. The technician was very friendly and courteous, he explained what the issues were with my furnace, gave me an estimate on the costs and told me he would have to get the parts, as he did not have the parts needed for the repairs. He asked me to call the office the following morning (office was closed at the time) if I wanted to have him proceed with the work and set up the return appointment. Making the 2nd appointment was as easy as the first and so was the repairs. Very pleased with the service, the repairs were what was quoted to me. So the installation of the new central air conditioner didn’t go as planned, but it is great now.I got estimates from 7 different companies. The price varied from $4,000 to $12,000 for 4 ton units, some were single stage, some two stages, and some were multi-stage, different warrenties, etc. one company was even willing to lease me an AC. Connect had the best and most professional written estimate. They had it installed on July 3, having to remove the furnace to put in the interior section because it wouldn’t fit inside the other box. At 7pm, the thermostat wasn’t working so I couldn’t get the AC on. Connect sent a technician out on the 4th of July. It took him 3 hours to get the AC working with my furnace & it’s 2 stages. The furnace is not a brand they deal with so it took some digging to find why it blew a fuse in the unit.Thank you Connect for spending the time to get it done on a holiday, without telling me I would have to buy a new furnace. I’m recommending you to others.

Our house presented problems because of how it was built in 1952 with the basement added some time after that. Half the house was warm and the other half freezing in winter. Their smart York system for heat and air and their expert knowledge made the whole house comfortable, even the basement. They added an air return to the basement so the heat would circulate and put sensors all over the house to ensure even heat and air. My husband loves the Ecobee thermostat that he can even control from his phone. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves daily. We highly recommend this company. My AC went out in early July just as the major heat wave was coming. The owner was at my house until 11:30 pm to work on it so that we could sleep through the night. The service is great and the price is fair.
