Utah leak locate came and fixed some cracks in our pool. They stand by their work and will come back quickly if there are any problems. They came back to check the fills afterwards and fixed them to hold. Brandon was very responsive and kind. This company has a great guarantee policy.

I have struggled to find an invisible leak in my sprinkler system and have tried multiple sprinkler repair companies to find and repair the leak with no success. Because the water drained down from the leak and never surfaced on my lawn it was a needle in a haystack to try to find. Chris came and within an hour had located the leak. Service was timely and professional. Highly recommend their services!

We had a water main leak, and they quickly located it. What should have been a simple replacement quickly turned into a big project as we discovered the main was looped down to the footings and under the driveway, instead of trenching directly to the water meter.They completed the job with minimal disruption to the household, and when there was a slight issue with the new line, they stood behind their work and immediately resolved it.Ill absolutely use them again.

We had a gas leak that several other professionals (including the gas company) couldn’t find or fix. Utah Leak Locate came out and within 30 minutes had identified and pinpointed the leak. This was a Friday afternoon. Brandon had his guys up first thing Monday to repair the leak and patch everything up. They were so good to work with. Very professional and had all the right tools to find and fix our problem. The best part was how easy it was to communicate with them, which is sometimes very hard with busy professionals. Overall A+ experience.

I don’t personally know anything about water heaters, but the way Brandon explained what was wrong made even someone like me, with no knowledge, have a good understanding of what was wrong and what needed to be done.

We are tenants in a home that was recently bought by our landlord back in March. Last week we noticed a leak in our walls in the bathrooms on all 3 floors. Our landlord and her “handy man” have not been diligent on locating the issue. It seems like our landlord is not going to take care of the issue in a timely matter.I called Utah Leak Locate and expressed my concerns. Within the hour the owner Brandon came out and quickly located the leak. Turns out it is a roof issue! Brandon documented the issue and even crawled into the attic to take a picture of the water damage and leaky pipe. He went above and beyond to give me piece of mind of what was going on in our rental. I called these guys and Brandon and David were at my house right on time and in about 25 minutes found the problem. Wow! I am so impressed with Utah Leak Locates service and the turn around time in getting back to me. I called on Friday and had an appointment for the following week. They called and were able to get to me earlier than expected. Brandon located the leak with his high-tech equipment and was courteous and extremely helpful as he explained what we were looking for. He was able to locate the leak and get a crew to come within the week. I appreciate the fast response to take care of an issue before it became too big. Thank you!

Brandon and his crew are exceptional. I have been beyond thankful for the manner in which Brandon runs his business. He is communicative, detail oriented, respectful, and responsive. He came out immediately to check out our pool issues and was patient as we decided which direction we wanted to go with our repairs. Once we decided he was quick to respond and completed our job from detection to repair which included finding the pool leak, installing new equipment and completing concrete work within 1 week. His concrete and repair staff Felipe and Danny were also exceptional with the same level of customer service that Brandon provides. I would and already have recommend Brandon and his team for any type of service, there is not a company that I reached out to that compared to Brandons level of customer focused service.
