    Happy Pipes Plumbing provided rough plumbing services for me on a major home remodel. They were friendly, thorough, and accommodating.     We had Kelly come out to take a look at a possible issue with a blocked pipe causing our dishwasher to back up. Unfortunately, it was the dishwasher and not just a clog. The entire time Kelly explained everything and showed us what he was doing. He even took a look at a couple other small issues and gave us advise on what to do. The whole experience was great, never felt pressured or like he was trying to upsell something. Will definitely be using you guys in the future for any plumbing needs!

    Were amazing to work with! Highly recommend. Hired them to install a water heater replacement, they were on time and friendly, and cheaper than the other 2 quotes I got. While they were installing the water heater at my rental property, my main property had a pipe start leaking very quickly and needed urgent discovery as it was between my first and second floor. They moved their schedule around and fit me in that day. Due to duct work I had to schedule an hvac company to drop the vents for the leak to be repaired, and happy pipes worked with me the entire way to have my water back on as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

    Jared and Kelly from happy pipes plumbing were exceptional to work with and gave my wife and I assurance and peace of mind. We had our water main line break and had no water for a few days. Happy pipes got us temporary water restored quickly while they fixed our water line. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The experience we had with them was hands down the best I’ve had with hiring a plumber. They did excellent work and were very thorough and fixed the issue so we don’t deal with it in the future.     These guys were great! I needed work done before the weekend and they didnt put me off. They got it done same day and did extras.11/11/19Because of previous experience with them, I had them replace all the old galvanized pipe in the house. Amazing hard workers, quality work.     We used Happy Pipes Plumbing for a repair to our water main, and we are very pleased! Their team (which consisted of Scott and his assistant) was professional, thorough, efficient, and friendly. Our repair required a hole to be dug near our house, which displaced some of the landscaping. They were thoughtful about how they removed and then replaced the bush and soil at the end of the job. They even used a tarp so that the soil didnt mix in with the grass as they were digging.Another thoughtful extra touch was that they put on shoe coverings every time they came into the house so that they kept our floors free of dirt and debris. During the course of the repair they had to remove a buried downspout. When Scott replaced it, he even removed the dirt for us that inevitably accumulates inside those drains over the years.Scott thoroughly explained all of the repair work they performed. It was easy to tell he and his assistant take pride in their work, and that they are experienced professionals. We truly appreciate the work they did for us!Also, I should note that Heather (the scheduler) was always a delight to speak with. Every time we spoke she was friendly and accommodating. We ended up re-scheduling our job twice due to cold outdoor temperatures, and I never got the feeling that she was annoyed or put out by having to re-schedule for us.Additionally, their pricing was affordable and fair. A big thank you to the entire team at Happy Pipes Plumbing! We highly recommend them if youre in need of a good plumber. We will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.

    I called Happy Pipes Plumbing with a concern that my water pressure valve was bad and needed replacing. I was told the valve was bad by another plumbing company. I became concerned about the other plumbing company that they were not treating me honestly.Heather answered my call directly when I called Happy Pipes Plumbing. She was not some employee in a phone answering service. She answered my questions and she setup an appointment for us the following week.Kelly Smith with Happy Pipes came to our home with his apprentice. He put his water pressure gauge on my water line and found that my valve was still working properly. He told me that the valve did not need to be replaced at that time. He said he could replace the valve with the same industrial valve the competing company tried to sell me , but his price was far better than the competitor.When my valve needs to be replaced I will be calling Happy Pipes for the repair. I will call Happy Pipes for my tankless water heater service. When I have a water softener installed and when I finish my two bathrooms in my basement, Heather will receive my call.Honest, professional, and with integrity is how I was treated by Happy Pipes Plumbing.Thank you,

    Ive been using Happy Pipes Plumbing for years. When our homes reach a certain age you can be sure that things will start wearing out and acting up. When all home remedies fail, I can count on Happy Pipes to come to the rescue. My project this time was a clogged kitchen sink. It turns out the clog was further down the pipe than any of my efforts would have fixed. Kelly is so professional and patient. I always learn something new! He cabled my pipe and broke up the clog in very little time. He is always clean, careful and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Happy Pipes.

    Honestly the most trustworthy plumbers I have ever met. My grandparents are elderly and had a part in their mainline break originally they thought the whole mainline needed to be replaced so we planned for these repairs however they found the problem and it wasn’t as extensive so they came to us with what they found and it decreased the quote by half. I would highly recommend them. I have used them three times already. I will be a lifelong customer.

    Highly recommend. We had a leak somewhere in our plumbing—we didnt know where. They came up over and said we could pay an expensive price to get the whole yard dug up to find the leak, but they recommended another company to find the leak so we wouldnt have to pay that much. After the other company found the leak, Happy Pipes came back and dug into our yard to fix it. Turns out the leaky pipe was under the concrete, but they did everything they could to avoid having to tear out the concrete and charge us extra. In the end, they did their job well and for a very reasonable price. Id definitely use them again. Jared is a great guy to work with.

    We have used Happy Pipes Plumbing (Jared ) on three different occasions. Once to replace our stop and waste which was almost 5 feet into the ground and the second time we used them was on a hose bib that froze in the winter and discovered in the spring and this year we needed a hose bib replaced in our backyard, as these were the original hose bibs. Jared from Happy Pipes Plumbing responded in a timely manner, was very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field.     My basement pump was flooding and they came out to me in the middle of a huge snowstorm (this was early February 2020) and fixed the problem.They made a very minor mistake and the next day they were immediately out again to fix it (and they paid for it).They helped me know what to say to insurance (who at first denied coverage until I explained the problem correctly). I’m very happy with Happy Pipes and will call then again in the future.

    Happy Pipes Plumbing does AMAZING work! Ive been using them for years! They are friendly, courteous, mindful of your schedule and do the work in a very professional manner. They are mindful of the surrounding areas they are working with and always keep things clean. (On more than one occasion they used little coverings on their boots, so they would not mark up our carpet). They never look for extra work that doesnt need to be done, although they will inform you about any issues they can see that may come up, but perhaps not in the immediate future. Last year I had to get my toilet hardware replaced, and they gave me choices as to features and the various price-points, all of which they recommended and put their warranty behind. I highly recommend them to you! Youll be glad you gave them a call!

    Jared is great! Very punctual, informative and helpful.Last December, I had a cracked pipe for my irrigation system. He came right out that same day and took care of it, while also giving me a few tips to avoid any future issues. Fast-forward to the spring...this past weekend, I turned on my irrigation line (probably too quickly) and a leak was sprung.     I have been using happy pipes for about 5+ years. I manage rental houses and whenever a water issue comes up I’m so excited because that means I get to call happy pipes! They are always easy to get an appointment, always on time, happy and professional with my tenants, relay the problem and a realistic fix. They have never tried to take advantage of me and suggest more needs to be repaired than necessary. If there are repair level options they give me all and let me pick what is in budget but every option is always fixing the problem!
