Theres a reason that Dimitar has all 5-star reviews. He replaced our old water heater with a brand we wanted that the box stores didnt carry, and he gave us a great price. We had him out again to install a new toilet and he also did a great job. But beyond that, he has been available on short notice, keeps in touch and is prompt for appointments, and is pleasant and professional. We will definitely be using him again for future projects.

Dimitar was fast to respond to a voicemail but his website/email didn’t work. He did a great job on my water heater using both tape and putty on screw connections. He is really personable and his price was way below other companies. I highly recommend him.

6/28/20: Updated service: I had a kitchen faucet issue over the weekend and Dimitar helped resolved it quickly and professionally. Thank you for the prompt service for my family, we now have running water in the kitchen. PS. Water heater is working great!Dimitar was responsive and hard-working. i liked that he found a lower cost water heater brand with equivalent quality as the original quote and checked if it was okay to proceed and passed along the savings. Dimitar gave me an honest and reasonable estimate compared to the first company we called (ARS plumbing). We had used the previous company to service the water heater in the past so we thought we would use them. Their estimate ($3600) was more than double what Dimitar quoted me. They were even recommending replacement of the water pressure valve for $1000 !!!. Dimitar came the same day to give me an estimate and replaced the tank ($1550) and water pressure valve (for $375) the next day within a few hours. I will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to others.

. My water heater burst over the weekend and night time. I needed a repair company to come up to my house and fix the problem asap. After calling several repair businesses and all of them giving me at least 24-48 hours appointments, called Maxx Water Heather Service. Spoke to Ditmitar and explained my situation. He agreed to come up and check my water heater. He made few adjustments and stopped the water from flowing from the water heater. He came back the next day and installed a new one. He was very professional and showed concern about my situation.I can’t thank him enough for coming over the weekend and night time.I highly recommend his services and cost of the water heater replacement.
