This was my first experience with Go Plumbing and it was a super. Christian came out to take a look at my job and gave me a really reasonable quote for the job. He explained in detail what each line item was for and what he planned to do. When he came to complete the job he did the exact same thing again. First time to use Go Plumbing and more and was recommended by my neighbor. I called at 8 am and Edgar was very professional and set up for a technician to come out between 9 and 10. I was up dated by txt and when Christian would arrive. Christian was professional and respectful of your home. He fixed our two problems and explained everything he had done. He did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up the area he was working before he left. He was easy to work with and had good communication with us.

He installed the device in less than 20 minutes and left the work area cleaner than he found it!Before leaving he asked us if we needed anything else, and we had him check the toilet in the front bathroom.He smiled and said oh this is easy and fixed our toilet with new parts in under 15 minutes.Christian was honest, friendly and knows his craft.We have used Go Plumbing and more for years and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. I sent a quote request on Yelp to plumbers in the Chula Vista area for a plumbing emergency. Edgar from Go Plumbing and More was one of the first respondents and assured me that a technician would be there the same day to evaluate of the problem. Within a few hours, Christian was at my home and pinpointed the leak in my sink. Upon request, Christian looked at the faucets and toilets in my home and found a few other issues in need of repair. The leak was resolved and repaired the same day and new fixtures were installed the following day. I was so pleased with Christian’s friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and promptness of service that I had him come out the following week to replace all the old angle stops in my home for peace of mind.I cannot thank Edgar and Christian enough for being there for my plumbing emergency. Called Edgar from go plumbing and more and made an appointment to fix my shower leak, I pick go-plumbing and more because it’s local and close to my place. Christian came in even earlier than the schedule time. He carefully explained what he’s going to do to fix the shower leak and and he did saving me several hundreds because he don’t have to replace the whole valve. I have him also replaced my hose bib outside the house because it’s leaking also when I turn on the faucet. He did a very outstanding job and very professional too. I would definitely recommend this company especially Christian to others plus the price is much reasonable compared to other plumbers that I used before.

Weve been a customer for awhile. Whenever we have a plumbing issue we call Edgar (Go Plumbing and More). We had an issue with our kitchen sink of very unusual loud noise with the whole 2nd floor vibration. So I called Edgar for a repair service and he made an appointment right away for an urgent service and arranged the date/time I asked for. One of the plumber name Christian came and checked/found out the issue right away and fixed it. As a customer, I do not know any plumbing or repair & maintenance terms but he explained the issues very easily with the details. He did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done, installing the new water heater, and taking care of a drain pipe that needed rerouting. CLled the first time for a leaky shower. They answered on a weekend. Showed up promptly the next morning. Christian was my plumber. Got in. Solved the problem real fast. My shower was very old and he grabbed the parts and had me fixed in no time. A few days later. I needed services again. Owner of the company accepted my request. Sent over the man!! He arrive on time. Christian is very professional. He communicated from the very beginning calling in to let us know when he’d arrive. He showed up and quickly found the water shut down, grabbed the faucet, and installed it. All about 20 minutes. Once he was done, he walked us through what we can do to make our faucet work well for a long run. Gotta love fast and efficient work. We’re definitely hiring again.

Called Edgar on short notice (leaking water heater). He was booked for the day but said he’d come by at the end of the day to check it out. We talked and showed me the issue with our water heater. He gave a reasonable price that we agreed upon.The next morning - Miguel showed up in the early half of the 30min window of arrival and completed the work in under 2hrs. He went over the work done, the water heater, and answered any questions I had. The work was very clean and tidy.Edgar, the associate that accompanied him, and Miguel were very professional. They all wore masks and we’re socially distanced. This was our first time working with them (referred to by a close friend) and will be our go-to for plumbing. Highly recommended!

Prior to putting new landscape in, I had a sewer camera inspection done as a pre-cautionary measure. The previous owners had fixed it themselves and I was concerned it may not have been done properly. There was some sinking in the yard and the camera showed that the original spot repair done was slipping down. When the pipe was exposed It was apparent that in the original repair no gravel was used to support the pipe and metal coupling was used (not the correct one to use for the repair).I was glad that I found Edgar with Go Plumbing. He seemed to be the most reasonable. Edgar explained ahead of time and during the process everything that needed to be done. He had a subcontractor with a backhoe do the digging, which was a good way to go. This ensured that the dirt was packed down well when put back. This was a concern to me since I was going to have new landscape put in. Edgar and his crew removed the damaged section and replaced it with new ABS pipe and proper coupling and gravel to support the pipe. In addition he installed a property drop clean out so that the sewer system was up to code. It was a pleasure doing business with Go Plumbing. I really felt like I was getting good quality work done at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Simply amazing! Were in the middle of a master bathroom renovation due to a burst shower pipe, and our original plumber seemingly dropped off the face of the Earth early in the project. Our contractor referred us to Go Plumbing and More, and Edgar stepped right in on such short notice to take on this project. We had a new large soaker tub installed where there was once a massive walk-in shower area, they replaced all the copper piping from the prior damage and reconfigured the pipes to work for both tub and shower use. They even found another potential problem area with our sewer drain system and fixed that for us well! Their work is high quality and at a reasonable cost, and wevreally appreciate their transparency and integrity. Thank you Edgar, Victor, and Christian! We will definitely seek you out again for future projects.
