He went above and beyond to help our organization and made sure we were up and running again in the shortest amount of time possible. I am a local, veteran restaurant owner. Hands down Eco is one of the BEST service providers in all of SD, with outstanding support. Our relationship started off with an emergency call, and of 4 local companies ECO was a standout who responded quickly and professionally. Simon the owner cares about great communication and great service. I recently had an problem on a Sunday morning (my kitchen drains were backing up and we were on the verge of not being able to open the restaurant). I called Eco and got an answering machine (not surprised as it was 8am on a Sunday). Called several of my go to plumbers and rooters and had to leave vm’s. Within 10min Simon was calling me back / asking how he could help. Within 2 hours we were unclogged, ECO was there pronto and solved our problem. We use them for our regular grease trap service and they are top notch. Thankful to have a go-to company, run with care and integrity. Thanks ECO!

Simon and his team go above and beyond the reason I started using them was due to the unreliability and substandard work I had received from another Company. Immediate call backs any concerns they are always available to help. They are a fraction above the bargain bucket companies I had used in the past but so worth it. Do not nickel and dime your grease trap service word of advice my last company cost me hundreds of $ on two different occasions in clean up due to the ineptitude of their staff. On time, never miss a service, no need to chase them down, amazing customer service don’t hesitate use Eco Grease Teap I can’t say enough good things about this company they have made this section of my business totally stress free.
