Initial inquiry was responded timely with clear, reasonable estimates. There was no overly inflated pricing or any nonsense berried underneath.Nahshon, the technician, was very polite, soft spoken, attentive, and professional. He timely completed the job and left the working area clean and tidy. So far, the outcome looks great, and it will take a bit more time to give the final judgement on the quality of work.My only comment on room for improvement would be a more effective management on scheduling - my appoint was delayed for 45min due to a double booking of the original technician. That being said, I’m on the more understanding side given it’s holiday season and staff shortage is more likely.I would consider them again for future service needs.

We called for an emergency service when our toilet started leaking.Matt arrived within 2 hours of our call.He was very professional and put on booties to make sure our floors stayed clean. We mentioned while he was here that we also have a leaky shower.While the glue was drying on the toilet, Matt also replaced our shower cartridge.Matt is an expert plumber. I was surprised how fast he was able to handle both projects.Our new toilet looks great and the leak is fixed. This was my first time using Collins, but it wont be my last. I saved their number and am happy I have a plumber I can trust going forward.

This service was to remove an obstruction in the toilet drain. This involved removing the toilet which was glued solidly to the marble tile floor. It appeared impossible to break it loose. The plumber, Richard finally got it loose using his strength and brute force without damaging the marble tiles nor the toilet. Then the obstructing could be removed. He replaced the toilet properly and it all works.

I discovered a leak at my water meter box near the street and looked online for rough estimates. My issue seemed very clear, there was a visible leak inside the box, past the meter. I could hear and feel the leak. Let me tell you, there was no shortage of companies that tried to scare me into paying outrageous prices. Collins Pacific Plumbing were the only ones that actually listened to what the problem was and provided a realistic and fair estimate. My technician was Gilbert and he arrived and provided a in person quote. He was upfront and honest and his quote was very fair and competitive. I had other in person quotes and some of these companies are trying to take advantage of people. I appreciate Collins Plumbing and Gilbert for being honest and straight up. Gilbert was very personable and explained the whole process. The job was documented with photos and he explained exactly what he did to repair everything. The process was super smooth and my issue is now resolved. Collins Plumbing has earned my business for any future work at my home!

This was a wow experience. Our first plumber to scope our two light tasks was from Anderson who wanted to charge an arm and a leg and never, after several days of patience, responded to my written questions for clarification about the estimate. The call from the Collins office to confirm the online appointment was very professional and asked if I could host a slightly earlier arrival time which I agreed to. This was a supervisor call and not an admin scheduler and he asked if I would supply the cartridge, which I affirmed. After a quick disassembly, it was pointed out to me that the first cartridge I had on hand was not the correct one. I then pulled out a second cartridge which was visually compared to the old one and it was promptly installed. As a second task, the old fashioned integrated stop valves and supply lines on a laundry room sink provided by the builder were replaced with modern separate lines and valves by a younger plumber. Other questions I had about plumbing concerns at my house were answered adeptly demonstrating Mikes 11 years of service and construction experience. Lastly, the repair charge was reasonable. This positive experience has built trust and confidence and we will be calling this business back for more work!

I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didnt light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldnt come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You cant go wrong if you give them a shot.

I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

James was incredibly helpful and I had such a great experience with Collins Pacific Plumbing! Originally just asked them to come replace our cold and hot water valves to our washer and dryer. Then I just casually mentioned that our showers/water pressure really suck …. He then thoroughly checked all the main water entry points to ensure the water pressure was optimal and taught us some really good useful information. He didn’t pressure us at all to do anything - we wanted to. Overall he replaced our water valves and fixed our decade long issue of horrible showers in our house lol! Will 100% ask them to come out again to replace our water tank!Only been less than a week and we reached out to Collins Pacific Plumbing again! This time to look at the washer water expelling pipe! It’s been a non-ending struggle with our new washer (thank you Costco) and we are so glad Matthew was here today to fix everything! Our washer exit hose was spewing water everywhere and Matthew knew right away what to do and did such a thorough job making sure everything was done correctly. The guys at CPP really pride in ensuring the job is done right the first time and so far at least in our experience they’ve really held up to those standards. Matthew was such a delight to converse with as well and he educated me a lot on hat was going on and how to prevent in the future. CPP is my go to plumbing service from now on and will recommend to all my friends!
