Wesley & Allison were amazing! I totally enjoyed our time together. Then Oscar & Derrick came the nest day to install my new heater & remove the old one.Oscar & Derrick were extremely polite & friendly, and got right to work.When they were done they showed me how everything worked. Mario Valadez and his assistant were completely professional. Arrived exactly at time that was planned. They worked efficiently and steadily all day. The cleanup occurred as they proceeded, protected our floors, and was thorough at the end of a long work day. They removed all old machinery and debris. They installed a larger intake grill that was much less restrictive than the original at no extra labor charge. Problems that were not up California Building Codes were corrected without upcharge. Extremely happy with every aspect of these two workers and their skilled labor.

My name is Karen Graham,I normally do not post reviews. But earlier this week, I had to call Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air to check on my heater because it wasn’t working. I was amazingly how quickly I got an appointment for them to come out here and I was even more impressed with the customer service. I got I was even shown pictures and how to possibly restart my thermostat on my own if it might happen again Anderson definitely lives up to their reputation to wow their customers .

Our entire experience was superb. I called Anderson for help heating all of our house rooms. A technician came out that evening. He was a 10 out of 10 for customer service and technical ability. It turned out we were not efficient throughout. We replaced our 50 year/old heater, and increased the air flow to the heater to make it easier to heat our back rooms. Anderson workman arrived two days later, they were polite and efficient. What a great experience!.

Shout out to both Tony and Levi who together diligently identified the cause of my drain stoppage issues, and to Levi who worked me through the camera video to explain exactly what needed doing. Mike Lavallee and his team did a great job bringing our home up to code. We were experiencing water dripping intermittently from faucets, laundry supply hoses and toilet running while not in use. Mike quickly diagnosed and recommended a water pressure regulator and installing the correct size of pipe for the incoming supply, which was not up to code due to the age of the house. He was also very helpful to recommend replacing the water heater because it was 14 years old and would most likely be negatively affected by the upgrades to the supply. I know first hand that he was not wrong because I have experienced this in my own professional field and I make similar recommendations to my customer’s to save them an additional visit and money. I also picked up a water softener separately and they did a great job integrating it into the supply for the whole home. Finally, they got rid of the annoying knocking in the pipes that I failed to mentioned. I almost forgot, he noticed and repaired a bad gas line to my dryer at no additional charge. Thank you for all your professional work it is money well invested!

We called several companies to provide an estimate for a complete replacement of our underfloor duct system. Anderson was the only company to actually crawl under our house (tight squeeze) and do a thorough inspection. Their price was fair and I felt confident they understood the scope of work. We hardly even knew their crew was here. Christian and his assistant were clean, professional, and best of all, super knowledgeable. Kudos to Anderson for their overall performance!

We wanted to reach out to Anderson with huge thanks for sending us the best HVAC team in the world. Josh diagnosed our problems immediately on Friday and had Derek scheduled the next morning with a bid for a new AC condenser and coil. Derek was able to price out everything we needed with precision, and scheduled us with a team in 2 days. Marcus and James arrived Monday and installed a whole new AC system. They were so careful about putting tarps to protect our floors, and did the most beautiful installation. It was remastered in a much better way than the original installers. They even brought matching gravel to level the new condenser pad. Joselito came by to check the condensate pump and installed a new replacement. He drove all the way from Vista to make sure we were ok. He was fast, knowledgable, and efficient. They were brilliant and a joy to have in our home. What a truly great experience and fantastic company. We highly recommend Anderson Plumbing for HVAC systems.

Work was good quality and techs were professional. I had a washer dryer stacked, extended gas line and then extended venting. 1st visit there was confusion on the work order. Had to order parts and come back +1 month later. We had to delay another project. Overall though quality of work and professionalism was great.Being updated on parts, estimate on arrival, etc. not so much. After Ed the Warehouse Manager got involved things went smooth.

Because it was a major job — something I’ve never dealt with before — they were knowledgeable and patient in walking me through each step. Mike was my plumber and was absolutely the best. He diagnosed the issue and fix the leak fast. He and Anderson have always been the most professional and dependable of any plumber or contractor I’ve ever worked with.

This company has integrity and I trust them. Incredible service, quick and professional. Price was right. I was so impressed! The technician came, diagnosed my problem (calcium buildup in the shower) and removed all of it. Charged me $63. Another company wanted $325 and multiple signatures without even opening up the drain to look underneath diagnose the problem. I will use Anderson plumbing for all of my needs.

Weve been using Anderson Plumbing for years, and they have always provided outstanding service. While they may be more expensive than other plumbing companies, the quality of their work is worth it. Recently, we experienced a sewer backup that flooded our downstairs bathroom, laundry room, and adjacent office. Another plumbing company initially cleared the pipes, but they lifted our upstairs toilet without resetting it properly, which led to water flooding the upstairs bathroom and severely damaging the floor.Anderson Plumbing later stepped in, correctly fixed the toilet, repaired the piping in the upstairs bathroom, and managed the water damage restoration. They also replaced nearly all our old cast iron drain and sewer pipes with new ABS piping, extending all the way to the street connection. We especially want to thank Bernard, Daniel, and Emmanuel for their hard work. Bernard, in particular, was fantastic—he managed the entire project, offering valuable insights throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with.We’re grateful for the extra mile Anderson Plumbing went for us, and we will continue to rely on their services. As VIP members, we also appreciate the free annual checkups for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.

We’ve used Anderson twice and have been happy with the service they provide each time! Scheduling is always easy and able to get a technician out the same/following day. I love that they send you a text of the tech’s photo so you know who to expect at your door! Our recent tech was Hugo and he was very honest and thorough. Unlike other big name plumbing companies that literally make you throw money down the drain, Anderson provides estimates prior to do any work and options on what needs to actually be done! Definitely recommend Anderson if you want good quality work/equipment!

First and foremost, the receptionist that received our emergency phone call and the technician James were outstanding! James was both incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with our issue. James and the receptionist gave us above and beyond customer service!The only negative I may add would have to fall on the company itself Anderson Plumbing for not properly equipping each technician with the necessary tools for each job that arises.James had to call a fellow technician to provide him with the correct tool to fix our PEX style piping. James also had travel to the local Home Depot to acquire the piping needed to complete our job. Then in return Anderson Plumbing charged roughly $200 additional fee for the extra trip made.The work was properly and in a timely fashion! The customer service was outstanding. The only downside was the additional fee added to my invoice.

Alex and team have been professional throughout the resleeve, and cast iron replacement of my main sewer line. They were very careful in not damaging any removed items, and only cut cement where absolutely necessary. They addressed my concerns and answered many questions. They kept work area as clean as reasonably possible. I didnt shop around for other plumbing companies, but did research different prices. They were in the ball park and offered a fantastic warranty. Glad I did it before it was too late!

Katrina came to do an annual plumbing inspection including a water heater flush, water pressure check and a water leak check. She was very good - pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She has a positive attitude and cares about what she does like all the other Anderson employees I’ve had the pleasure to have engaged with.During her inspection, Katrina identified 2 areas that needed attention, a corroded joint under the kitchen sink and a bathroom tap cartridge. Fabian came to replace these parts having the same approach and attitude as Katrina and displaying all that’s good about Anderson people. Highly recommended.A review update adding my most recent Anderson experience. Cole came to do an annual furnace inspection and, yet again, showed the same impressive attitude and approach to his work. Anderson continues to operate at a very high level.

My split system is only a few years old, and I used the company that installed it to provide preventative maintenance on it the last two years. That technician could not have been in my house more than 10 minutes each time. Cody from Anderson spent almost an hour going through the system and checking everything. I don’t know enough about how it works to tell you exactly what he did, but I was extremely happy with his service. I do know that he cleaned the filters and checked the Freon. I was very happy with my service and will definitely recommend to my neighbors.

She did a thorough check and spotted a few areas of concern with the water heater provided in 2020 by the home warranty service shortly after I bought my condo. Two are a big deal: The unit was not installed according to code. Seriously!Christina gave me all the information I needed, and stood by me with helpful details as I made the call. We’ll just say American Home Warranty isn’t as focused on providing good service as Anderson Plumbing is, so I may be wrangling with them for a while to make it right. But without Christina’s checkup, I’d have no idea.Thank you APH for another job well done. Keep Christina challenged, and she’ll keep making people happy. ⭐️ 10 stars!! ⭐️

Dupree and his young helper, whose name I failed to get, were exemplary in every way, cheerful but always working hard and fast as the job would allow. My job turned into a much larger project than originally envisioned, which kept them both on the job for 13 hours, yet I never heard complaining from either. The process they used required curing for two hours of a materal injected into the drain to seal it from further corrosion and leaks. In my estimation Anderson hires the highest calibre of employees. They know how to establish a good rapport with their customers which, in my estimation, leads to a higher level of customer satisfaction. Based on my experience with Dupree and his helper and Octavio, and the work they performed, I give Anderson a score of 10 on a customer satisfaction scale and would recommend them to others without reservation. From wearing booties in the house to wiping things down as needed, to cleaning up the site at the completion of the job, they exceeded my expectations.

While we are waiting, we continue to look for other clean outs and finally find a hidden one. After open it he located the issue and in a few minutes the issue fixed with less than 70 bucks. Jorge was able to diagnose the issue without having to take apart the drain to figure out why a sewer like smell was coming from our bathroom sink. He was very polite and attentive. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

My ac unit was making a funny noise - all night and all of the next day. I had initially called the original HVAC company that installed my system to come out and diagnose and fix the problem but the next available appt was in 6 days!! I was beyond stressed because 1) the phone number that i called wasnt the tech that had repaired my unit last year, 2) suffering through 6 more days of summer temperatures and that awful noise was just unfathomable, and 3) remembering how i lost 16 hours of work waiting for a service tech to come out or, at least, waiting for a phone call from their office letting me know what was going on. I decided to call Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air after i called Mauzy. Anderson sent Fernando out the very next day!! He had diagnosed my problem and even performed a complete clean out for 2 of my units. This job was completed in 4 hours time because i had to replace my water pump, too. The next day i had to call Anderson again because there was still a faint constant gurgling noise coming from my first unit and my 2nd unit was pushing out warm air. Well, just a couple of taps to the water reservoir helped completely seat the water container and no more noise! Now i had asked for refrigerant because Im thinking thats what my 2nd unit needed. Lol. Fernando filled my refrigerant and made sure that my handheld remotes were in sync with my cell phone app. Tah-Dah!! Cool air! My ductless mini splits are working as they should now. Fernando set me up with Andersons VIP membership for discounts of up to 4 visits per year to help with the costs. We all know that repairs are not cheap but if you expect to have service done within the same day then you should call Anderson Heating and Air. Fernando was my tech on both days. I appreciate Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air because they have Fernando! He is a knowledgeable and kind person. Thank you, Fernando for educating me during the entire repair service. Both of them.

Another positive experience! Cristina Castillo serviced our tankless water heater and did an assessment of our water pressure and connections. She was professional, personable, and explained what she was doing and why. Also appreciated that the dispatcher called with a 30 minute heads-up that Cristina was on the way and that she wore booties when working inside the house. Her evaluation pointed out some action items to be addressed; if we follow up on them we will ask that she perform the work as she is already familiar with the issues. 5 Star rating for this visit.

In the beginning, there was a little problem with the wrong size air conditioner ordered. After they got the right one, Zac brought it to my place and installed it. There were some glitches along the way due to the awkward space in my condo. Zac worked diligently until everything was working great.
