    A big Thank You to Robert Fischer Plumbing. My first time calling them. I needed help with a plumbing issue figuring I would have to replace my toilet. Over the last couple of years I have used a couple of other plumbing companies for a same issue with the same toilet. This time the jets were cleaned out.     Fortunately for us, our landscape maintenance manager was on site and found a pinhole leak spraying water out of a high pressure brass pipe. After shutting off the irrigation main, I immediately called Robert Fischer Plumbing. Thankfully they could have someone out the next day.To my delight, Mitch was able to come earlier than scheduled. He showed up on time and started right in assessing the outdoor pipe problem, giving me a reasonable quote and then promptly began work. After repairing the pipe he came inside and resolved a drainage issue involving the kitchen sink and dishwasher.All in all, I was so impressed with how thorough Mitch was in diagnosing and resolving the problems. He completed all the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the area and was on his way. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience.     We moved to Lake Forest, CA in July 1986. Our first experience was a few years later when the inlet valves to the house and water pressure regulator needed to be updated. Josh has always been our go to person. His craftsmanship and professionalism is top notch. The replacement or repair are works of art. One larger project (plumbing needed to be by-passed because of slab leak) was done by Robert Fischer himself with an assistant. The work is impeccable.     When we moved into our current home 6 years ago, I researched local plumbers and used 2 others before I found Robert Fischer Plumbing. The others were okay but didn’t feel totally happy with their work and attitude.     GREAT crew does excellent work that I can trust. I know everything has gone up however, I was a little shocked when I got the bill for $250.00 to replace a worn-out small valve under my kitchen sink that connects to the dishwasher. Mark and Robbie did a phenomenal job for us not only with adding a new gas line in our back yard, but also referring us to great people to do our trench (SG Construction). Robbie connected our new fire table to the gas stub he installed as well, and the heat output is phenomenal (unit has >250k btu) and exactly what we had hoped for.     After we reported a potential water leak, Robbie promptly arrived to investigate. He meticulously examined the situation and before resorting to any invasive measures like cutting through walls during the holiday season. Robbie discovered that the issue was not with our PEX repiping, which they did, but a faulty toilet seal ring. This simpler problem was quickly resolved, saving us significant money, the inconvenience and potential damage that would have arisen from erroneously cutting into the ceiling and walls. I would recommend Robert Fischer for any plumbing work you might have!!
