    We received quick and efficient service. Fortunately, the leaking copper line was just above the ground, not embedded in the slab, making the repair more straightforward. I had already pinpointed the location and removed the drywall before Vincent, a very professional and courteous technician, arrived. He replaced the damaged section of the copper line, which had a pinhole leak, with a new 2-inch copper pipe. The entire process took about 40 minutes, and the cost was $650.Overall, I’m relieved we didn’t have to repipe the area. Vincent was fantastic, and the service was prompt (we were lucky he had just finished another job when I called the call center). While the price felt a bit steep, I’m glad the issue is resolved and behind us.

    The whole process was handled very quickly and efficiently. The two technicians were very kind and respectable. They assessed the problem quickly, and came back to do the work. They worked as a team to take care of us and get the job done.     We have had an amazing experience with Metzger Plumbing. Parker has been top notch. We had a leak in our condo the day before we had to go home. He helped us fix it while we navigated it remotely and did a phenomenal job! All their recommendations for remediation and painting etc were excellent too. Highly recommend!!

    I had such a fantastic experience with Bill Metzger Plumbing especially with Parker! He was so thorough and knowledgeable. He got the job done quick and spent lots of time answering my many questions. He discovered the problem immediately and gave me quotes on the spot for fixing the problem as well as other issues with my sink. In addition to his job here fixing my sink he looked at my water heater and bathroom drain. He was so great at communicating how to fix pipe issues and what the best strategy is to fix them.     The water line to my washing machine was leaking and the drain hoses associated with the garbage disposal & dishwasher were plugged. Monte, the Metzger plumber assigned to my work order, demonstrated good trouble shooting skills and communicated solutions throughout the repair process. In addition, he was personable and it made for a comfortable repair experience. I would use Metzger for my future plumbing needs.

    Repiping—Wow.!! This is absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with such a large job.Our five unit apartment building built in the 1960s was due for a complete re-piping. And Bill Metzer Plumbing did a fantastic job and only two days. Rerouting five separate units, including the laundry room Outdoor shower and four hose bib spickets in the gardenThe one main shut off valve was now five separate shut off valves to each individual unit with pecs that was installed through the drywall and ceilings completely covered, repaired, painted and made to look new.It came with responses with great communication And everything detail was taken care of. With a few add-ons the price was actually very reasonable.Thank you to the Metzger team for all the years of business I’ve done. I really appreciate everything you do.     We had a great experience with technician Jenri of Bill Metzger Plumbing; Jenri quickly diagnosed our lack of hot water getting to our master shower and found the replacement Hansgrohe cartridge that was clogged and restricting hot water to our shower.This was the least invasive repair and solved the problem. I will be calling Bill Metzger Plumbing and Jenri for plumbing repairs in the future.

    A company you can trust! Chris did a good job of replacing two bathroom faucets for us. He was honest enough not to charge us for some other work he performed because we thought there was an issue, but it turns out there was not. He could have charged us for this too and informed us he fixed the issue, and we would have never known.

    After hearing a few horror stories about household leaks while people were away on vacation, a friend recommended that a get a Moen leak detector installed. Call Bill Metzger - that sent Evan out to give me an estimate. We agreed on the price and he completed the work. Timely, clean, efficient and friendly - and yes I am talking about a plumber. I would highly recommend Metzger Plumbing - ask for Evan. Now we have some peace of mind when we are not at home. The Moen App alerts you to a potential water leak and allows you to shut off your water - very cool 😎

    I called Bill 8AM Saturday morning on a holiday weekend, toilet overlowing from the bottom seal, he had his team within a few hours, we had both roots and baby wipes (?) in our pipes ( maybe from prior guests ). It took a few flushings, but they cleared the pipes. do not allow baby wipes down your toiletHis team did a fantastic job in a timely manner, I was so stressed with guests staying at home, and they got it done!

    We needed a new water heater and decided to have a tankless unit installed. The plumbing technician, Chris, did excellent work. He explained everything in terms that I could understand, removed and disposed of the old tank, and installed the new system. He was polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and very efficient. When he completed the work, he cleaned up and tested the new system in every room with running water. When we had water pressure problems the next day, he was immediately at our home to address the issue — which had nothing to do with his work or the new unit. As an older woman, I am extremely appreciative of Chris and with the Bill Metzger service. If we have plumbing concerns again, I will call Bill and will certainly request Chris! I highly recommend this company and Chris in particular!

    I was able to make an appointment quickly with no extra charge for a weekend water heater flush service. The technician arrived on schedule, did a great job, and took the time to explain the process to us. The only awkward issue was regarding the cost of the service. When I made the appointment, I was quoted a price for the service, and I verified this cost with a second person who called to confirm the appointment. During the service call, the technician informed me several times that was the wrong price for that service and it should have been almost 2.5 times more than the initial quote. He finally honored the original quote but I felt uncomfortable being put in the position of discussing a confirmed and verified charge with him. Perhaps having documentation of that original quote in the technicians paperwork would have eliminated this confusion.

    I had bought a tub/shower kit already but was told by Evan, the plumber, that the original valve fitting would require a lot of soldering and about 4 hrs work and ordering a new larger faceplate & wouldn’t get done on a Saturday. He even went to Home Depot to get a new fitting, which he wasn’t going to charge me for - but I insisted. So I appreciated his creativity & suggestions to get the job done in a timely manner!

    Bill Metzger Plumbing is nothing short of excellence all the way around! They re piped my dad’s entire house and he has had zero issues since. They have been out to his house several times prior for repairs & have had to spend countless extra time going over things with him as he suffers from dementia & Alzheimer’s. He can be difficult to deal with and they have been patient & kind. His last issue, he thought his water heater was broken and they got Jenri out right away. It turns out there was nothing wrong with his water heater and again Jenri was so patient & kind and spent a lot of time going over things. They did not even charge my dad for the visit.My own water heater went out last night & I didn’t even bother to call around for quotes. I trust them completely!     Needed some repairs (replacement of leaking water filter, angle stop) at my residence. Office answered immediately, offered same day technician. We elected for the following day and the shop called ahead of the visit and said technician could come earlier. Evan arrived and assessed our problems, provided estimate, and said he was available to begin the repairs once he picked up a replacement filter from a nearby supplier. Evan was clean, friendly, communicated each step clearly, and was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs as promised without a hitch.     After having a pin-hole leak found and fixed by other Metzger plumbers, we decided to replace the valves/controls in 2 bathrooms and have the washer/dryer valves replaced as well. Thank goodness Josh came to do the job. He is a very experienced plumber but at every turn something was presenting a problem. Totally nothing to do with him, just the way the building was built.     Great experience, great work, and great people. We broke a valve under the sink when trying to shut off the water. Based on their high ratings, I decided to call Bill Metzger Plumbing.It was late in the afternoon, Bill had a tech out first thing the next morning. Jacob arrived about 10 minutes early. He went through the work he was going to perform and the cost.He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and friendly. The work was completed with very high quality!     Super responsive. Great communication. Bill Metzger provided excellent advice- responded almost instantly. Followed up to see how we were doing and assured us someone would be here to resolve our problem and restore water to the house. Victor came out on Saturday evening. Assessed the situation. Performed a temporary repair to restore our house water until we could secure the necessary parts on Monday. Look forward to working with them to complete the repairs when we secure the parts. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
