My family loves our LifeSource Water System! The water tastes great and feels great in the shower. The installation went smoothly and Eddie did a great job. The installation was completed within the estimated time frame for our home. Customer service was professional and courteous -with everyone I spoke to. Our salesperson (DJ) is knowledgeable and it was easy to talk to him...I never felt pressured to commit to anything until I was ready. DJ was responsive to all my inquiries and easy to contact. I did a bit of research on these types of water systems and feel I made a wise investment and highly recommend this company.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Life source water. Did a lot of research once I was offered a salt based system from a door-to-door salesman. After finding Life Source water I quickly realized I did not want a salt based system. I called LifeSource water and and representative was at my home the same day which is amazing. Charles Hess was a pleasure to deal with, there was no pressure in the sales approach and all my questions were answered. Pricing was fair and installation was completed within a week of my order. The installers were also very very good and very very nice. Kylle and Joe did an amazing job with the installation. They showed that they really cared about what they do and make sure you are happy. If youre looking into removing chlorine from your water and other contaminants plus softening the water to reduce scale deposits I definitely recommend going with a Life source system its very compact and looks great. We had a very positive experience with LifeSource Water Systems. We recently bought a new home which had an 18 year old water softener and reverse osmosis system. We did not want to invest several hundred dollars into such an old system to get it running correctly, so we decided to call LifeSource because we had always heard great things about it. Joe Newland came out to the home and introduced us to the LifeSource system. He did an excellent job explaining the benefits to us so we decided to move forward with the purchase at that time. Today, Jimmy came out to install the system. His many years of experience showed up.He worked diligently and expertly, and before we knew it, our new LifeSource system was working and providing us with perfect water from every tap in our home. Jimmy took the time to clean the work area before he left, and Joe Newland came by to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.We are thrilled with the new system,and the professional way in which we were treated. We first installed our LifeSource water system 20 years ago. We have enjoyed the benefits of having drinkable water out of the tap. Our system was completely service free and maintenance free all these years. It was time to update our system and add the additional filter system. Our install with Joe Hernandez was efficient, neat, and right on schedule. We are even more pleased with the quality of our drinking water and further reduction of harsh minerals on our fixtures. Sales Associate Charde was so helpful and we were also able to benefit from the existing customer discount and for sales tax discount offer as well. We also feel secure knowing we have the 12-year warranty coverage. LifeSource stands behind their product, and we look forward to another 20 years of healthy water from all our homes faucets

I needed a water conditioner/softener and upon meeting with Clarke from LifeSource, learned my home did not allow for one with salt as I do not have an outlet in my garage to dispose of the wastewater. Upon further investigation I learned the sodium chloride salt can permanently pollute our water system and negatively affect our environment which is why they are banned in many parts of California. Clarke was informative, had a great client list, and spent quality time answering all my questions. After a couple weeks of research I decided to go with LifeSource and scheduled installation. Their installers Angel and Valente were professional and very thoughtful. Had it all installed in one afternoon and left the area cleaner than they found it. We’ve been living with our new system now for a little over a month and we love it. It’s so nice to have water throughout our entire home that is drinkable, leaves our skin and hair softer, and leaves our dishes clean. Goodbye hard water. Glad we finally did it and thank you LifeSource.

I had an outdated LifeSource Water System needing to be upgraded/replaced. I kept procrastinating until I had a new bathtub/shower installed. After all the money spent in the bathroom I knew I could not procrastinate any longer as the hard water in Tustin was going to make my new bathtub look horrible quickly. I called LifeSource the day after Thanksgiving,. They gave me all the information I needed that day and the scheduler called the next day and scheduled my installation for the next Friday.Installation was top notch. They called me the morning of installation asking if they could arrive a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment time which I thought was awesome! Joe H and assistant Juan were great!! They were professional and efficient and quite personable. I couldnt have hand picked a better installation team!

The purchase of a LifeSource water filter and descaler system was a decision based on research and necessity. We are a retired couple living in a 42 year old home in Yorba Linda, California. The water is hard but never had a bad taste or odor. The problem was scale. Every faucet and outlet had deposits of minerals, metals and corrosion. That had to be fixed.The decision was made easier when we replaced our old water heater with a Tankless system by Navien. It had to protected from scale and mineral deposits immediately. One phone call and Benjamin Wilson, Factory Representative, was here making his presentation. We agreed to a Mid-June delivery date and the deal was done.Installation was complete in about 5 hours and technician was neat and efficient. The equipment was placed where I wanted it and the new water and return lines mounted securely to the wall.Throughout the process of purchasing, installation, testing and tasting, we were kept “in the loop” with e-mail and text messaging. That is customer service at its best.Now, after 4 weeks, I can say that we should have done this long ago. The water is crystal clear and tastes great too. The shower doors no longer have streaks and stains. Dishes come out clean and water spot free so the wife is happy. Coffee, tea and cooking has been a pleasant surprise too.Overall, we give LifeSource a 5 Star Review!Thank you,Paul and Alena.

Great experience from the sales team through to the installation team. They set the expectation that it could take up to 3hrs to install, but ended up being just over an hour. Clean install and very happy with the product. Its only been a few weeks but my skin and hair feels nicer and less dry and the knowledge that my family and dogs are drinking filtered water from every faucet is great. Wish wed done it sooner

We live in an area where the water tastes awful and is very hard so we would buy bottled drinking water. We visited friends recently and were served a glass of water that tasted absolutely wonderful, so I asked them what brand of water they bought. To my surprise, they told me they had just purchased a Life Source Water System. We were so impressed we called Life Source the following day to arrange for an installation. We are so happy we did that! The system takes the place of our water softener, so no more salt, and no more slippery feeling in the shower when the softener is first serviced, or harsh feeling with the softener needs service. Life Source system water is like having fresh mountain water piped through your entire house. Not only does it taste wonderful, but my skin and hair feel softer now. No more water spots on the dishes and glassware. No more build-up of calcium deposits in the bathroom. And, once Life Source is installed, there are no further service calls for several years. Its just does its job very efficiently. We absolutely love our water now.

The LifeSource System is the best investment I have made. I purchased the system because I had just remodeled and replaced all me plumbing fixtures. I have the system for 10 years and they still look like new. I did not like the softwater with the salt. Eats up the pipes and fixtures. Not good. Bad for your blood pressure. This is an easy care system and since there is only me it can do this. No problem. The water is good tasting and works well with the soda stream appliance. This is the best.

So far we are very happy with this water system. The installation team was fantastic and explained everything fully before leaving. The water tastes great and the system is maintenance free and without the use of salt. Essential minerals are not removed from the water which was a huge selling point with us.
