    I Had the outstanding and unusually good luck in being put in contact with Arron of AW and Son’s plumbing this month. This was one of those last-minute jobs. I needed a gas-line added to my kitchen while the area was available to work in.I called Arron out of the blue when the plumber I intended to hire could not meet my time-frame.What was great about Arron was not just his professionalism, and obvious high level of skill and knowledge, but he spent half a day working in 2 feet of pink blown-in insolation.     Once again, Steven and AW & Sons Plumbing have saved me! I woke up this morning and found my water heater was leaking. It was an old water heater and due for replacement. I was worried it would take a day or so for an appointment, but Steven was able to be at my house within a couple of hours. I have used Steven and AW & Sons Plumbing in the past and they have earned a customer for life! They are honest and very patient with the hundred questions that I always have. They use the best products and the work Steven does is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with. It is difficult to find great people like Steven and AW & Sons Plumbing.     Our old tank less water heater quit working. We have used AW&Sons before and were very happy with their great service. I called at 8 am regarding the problem and the response was outstanding! Our new tank less was installed and ready to use by 11am same day! Highly recommend their quick, professional service. Should we need other plumbing services they are our go to.

    Honest and Professional that is how describe AW & Sons Plumbing. I have been a customer for years. They have been to my house many times and have done everything from unclogging drains, to replacing under the sink valves to installing a hot water heater and faucets. I have always had a courteous and friendly reception from the time I call for help to the time any of the service guys have showed up. They have always been on time, very personable, kind, professional, and most of all I have found their prices very fair. The guys seem well trained and they have always done great job.     I own a construction company in San Juan Capistrano, my plumber that I normally use was not available. So when I had an emergency at my house, I had to use Google to get a couple vendors nearby. AW and sons was one of the first ones to call me right back. They set an appointment same day, actually came out 15 minutes early, which was great. They did a great job. It was a simple fix on the toilet, but we appreciate that. Price was fair. And by the way, they took the shoes off without me having to ask, we appreciated that.😎

    AW & Sons plumbing is the place to call for any plumbing issues. Ive had two major pipes that I needed replaced, (one for the plumbing and one for the gas) and they were prompt in coming to check it out and give me an estimate. Their prices are definitely more reasonable than surrounding competitors and they finish the job in a timely manner and clean up the area they worked in. I was very pleased with the first job earlier this year, so I didnt hesitate to call them when I needed another job done. All of the workers Ive dealt with through them like Aaron, Cole and Steve, have been honest and professional, and I would highly recommend them!

    I called and spoke with Cole and arranged for him come to our home to change out a kitchen faucet and repair a toilet that keeps running. He came out as scheduled along with a workmate Steven. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done. When we asked if they could repair 2 toilets instead of 1, it was no problem. We have 2 year old hardwood flooring in our kitchen and without us asking they put a clean drop cloth down to protect the floor. They got the work done quickly and cleaned up like they were never here. I recommend AW & Sons and thanks again to Cole and Steven for their help.

    Great experience with AW&Son Plumbing! Leak under kitchen sink couldnt have come at a worse time, needed to do a lot of prep work and cooking for the weekend, Thursday afternoon noticed leak under sink called AW Steven and Oscar were here Friday morning. Steven found the problem quickly. I needed a new faucet , he answered all my questions about most reliable brand , what style would fit my sink and his experience with sensor touch faucets. By Friday afternoon leak fixed , sensor touch faucet works great.Quick response time, very knowledgeable, patient in answering all questions, neat about work and completely cleaned up, Oscar even took the time to clean the granite around the faucet. Great serviceVery reasonable price.

    We trust AW and Sons for any plumbing work.They recently installed a gas line in the wall for our dryer and a copper ice maker water line through cabinets. They replaced four gate valves with new copper ball valves. They helped redo the piping for our water softener connections.Cole, Nathan, and Steven have completed the different jobs and we have been very happy with the results. Great customer service and quality of work. We highly recommend them.

    Our experience was outstanding! After getting the run around from another plumber, we needed a reliable and trustworthy company that would get the job done. After reading the remarkable reviews for AW & Sons, we called them. Aaron and his team were very professional, unlike plumbers weve had in the past. Aaron knew what he was doing and it didnt take him long to figure out our plumbing problem. Once his team began the work, they too knew what they were doing and immediately began working on fixing the problem. It was an all day job, over 7 hours, and they worked almost the entire time! They took only a short lunch and got right back to work! Hands down, Aaron and his team were the best plumbers weve had!!!! They were professional and courteous and we would definitely use them again, let alone recommend them to people we know!

    Update 10/22/16 The water from our washing machine was backing up and so we needed a line cleaned out. Steven was able to come the same day I called. He fixed the problem and then was also able to replace the water line from the wall spigot to our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and helpful and courteous.We have used AW & Sons for years and have never been disappointed. They are always reasonable in pricing and provide prompt service. Our latest need was a new water heater. Over the weekend we discovered our old water heater was leaking and by Monday afternoon, we had a new water heater installed.

    Its not very often you find a plumber that exceeds my expectations, but thats exactly what AW & Sons did. The crew showed up on time and took the time to explain what they would be doing to install our new Falsken whole house water filtration and softener system. Once they were done, they checked to make sure everything was working properly before they wrapped up. The work was neat, professional and done at a very fair price. Trust me, I shopped around before making the decision to go with AW for this job and Im happy I found them. We love our new water system and dont have to worry about our family absorbing that nasty chlorine and ammonia that is added to city water any longer.     I got a huge run around and an expensive bill from another company that couldnt fix my broken drain lines, but ran up a huge bill trying.Someone recommended AW & Sons. When I called, I made it clear that all I wanted was an estimate since I didnt want another open ended deal. Their estimate was firm, very reasonable and the work was performed flawlessly the very next day. Nathan and Steven were very professional, as was Aaron, the original estimator.As I told Nathan when they left,....I think Ive finally found my plumber.You will not be disappointed if you call AW and Sons.

    Plumbing emergencies are never fun to deal with, but receiving prompt, courteous and professional service makes it much easier for homeowners to deal with. Steven Hernandez and Oscar provided just that when we had a busted underground pipe. This was an all day job, but they actually completed the re-route of our hot & cold water pipes to the laundry in our detached garage ahead of the estimated completion time, despite some very hot weather. They arrived when they said they would, all work to be performed was thoroughly explained, and they cleaned up/hosed down our patio once the work was done. I highly recommend AW & Sons and want to thank Steven and Oscar once again.

    I had a great experience with the AW & Sons crew. I had a sewer line blockage in my front yard and hired them to put a camera in the line to locate the blockage. After that, they installed a new clean-out and were then able to clear the line without having to dig everything up. That was 2 months ago and everything is working great, no issues. I got a couple other quotes and they were very competitive and the guys were very professional. I then hired them to do some work on my sons house, and again, was very pleased with the experience.

    Steven at AW & Sons Plumbing recently completed two plumbing jobs on my home. One was a complicated job where a pipe attached to the wall of the outside of the house broke and was spraying water like crazy. It was a complicated puzzle to determine the water line to this pipe and then figure out what plumbing inside the house was being served by this pipe. Steven did an excellent and efficient job of solving the puzzle. There was only one item inside the house that was being served by the pipe, and it was a toilet. Steven did another outstanding job of rerouting the pressurized line for the toilet. I couldnt be happier with the outcomes, and the fee for both jobs was reasonable. I will continue to use AW & Sons Plumbing, and I will request Steven. He is prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and exhibits professionalism in every aspect of his performance.

    AW & Sons Plumbing just finished our entire re-pipe in a tri-level condo and did an outstanding job. The foreman, Cole McCleeary analyzed our problem which was a slab leak and he was able to re-pipe without tearing out our expensive shower tile work and cedar paneling on the walls. They were able to keep the demolition work down to a minimum and kept the place clean because of their prep work. They promised we would have water the day they started and they delivered on their promise. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

    So happy I chose Anthony to help me with my plumbing issue. A little back story I have a house built in the 1960 much like everyone in the area. The main line under my house has been giving me problems since I bought the house. I finally chose to fix it. I met with Anthony in advance as we got the work completed while in Europe, since they had to rip up my hard wood floors in my sons room. They took great care of our house with us out of the country. They sent pictures of the problem and showed me the old pipes and new installed pipes. We finally have a properly working sewer line. I would definitely use them again.

    I can’t say how good Anthony was. I had previously called another plumber to check my gas fireplace . That company said I needed to replace the whole line. Would have cost over $700. I then called A and W sons for a second opinion. Anthony checked it out and said there was absolutely nothing wrong. Very trustworthy. I had them replace my kitchen faucet. Very neat and quick. I won’t use anyone else. I can only say you shouldn’t go with anyone else. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs. So good to have a great plumber in San Clemente.

    We had a toilet we had tried fixing ourselves multiple times and finally called a plumber. We called Monday morning and they were at the house at 9am. After looking at the toilet, they knew it needed replacing. They gave us options and had the new toilet installed and the old toilet removed within the hour. Cole and Steven were great!     OMG! Finally a plumber that knows what hes doing!!!!! Our tub has been backing up and we got handed a AW&SONS card from a friend! Amazing!!     The shower pan needed to be replaced. The work was done in one day; arrived on time, friendly and cleaned up nicely. Aaron always pleasant and professional. When I complained about what the previous plumbers had done, he offered to fix and at first, I said no but Aaron said it was no big deal. He quickly & promptly fixed the issue which I was so grateful for, that I wrote him a check; he saved me so much time & effort! Time is money when missing work for repairs. Aaron refused the check no matter how much I tried to coach him to accept; he said the best thing I can do is to write a review. Wow, impressive.

    The first time I ever called them, they sent Steven out. It turned out that another plumbing company came & tried to put an over sized snake down the vent on the roof. They were called by someone else. Well it got stuck & the guys had to cut the snake & left. I asked Steven if he could try to get it out. Amazingly he was able to. Then he was able to proceed with solving the slow draining problem. Steven is very honest in answering my questions & sent me pictures as I had requested.     San Clementians! Highly recommend AW&Sons! Anthony is spearheading a rather large and complicated project for me changing out and re-sloping live sewer pipes in a parking structure. The work is top notch, his crews are always on time and most importantly theyre super clean with their work. Not a single complaint from the 100s of residents that live in the building above. Also, theyre super efficient with their time; Im amazed about how much they can get done each day.

    Steve and Cole were already putting on booties before we even opened the front door. The removed a leaking water heater and installed a new one quickly, quietly and all without spilling a drop of water on our new carpet. They had to carry the heaters to and from a second floor laundry room and did so without making a mess. We had hot running water within a few minutes of the completion of their work.Weve been remodeling the house all year and it was a nice change to have workmen come in and work in such professional manner.

    These guys were awesome! Cole came in and did excellent work. They had to jack hammer into our kitchen floor to get underground.     I am very satisfied with the work done. Once I called the company, they were right back to me and made an appointment for that afternoon. They called me and were ready to arrive a little earlier than the appointed time which suited me perfectly. Because the shop was closed later that afternoon, they were unable to get the supplies until the next day. A new toilet was required and they were right on the time we agreed. The work was done very efficiently and surrounding area was cleaned up. I would strongly recommend them for any work that you might require. All costs were agreed to in advance and they consulted me each time on what was needed.

    Our sink was backed up on Christmas Day and we couldnt get a local plumber out for three days. Yikes what a smelly mess! But then he was unable to fix the problem so we called around and found a plumber all the way from La Habra. She was able to get me squeezed in between two other jobs, and when the first one was taking a big longer than they expected, Steven called to give me an updated arrival time.Steven and Oscar arrived even earlier than he mentioned, solved my problem quickly, listened to my concerns, and Steven gave me helpful advice for the ongoing issues we have had over the years.     AW & Sons Plumbing was the right choice for us when getting our Aquasana whole house water filtration system and softener installed. It is a complicated system, but they earned my confidence and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves (needed to cut drywall in one spot), they were professional, they were respectful (wore booties over shoes in our house without being asked), and waited to see if I had any questions. I was not at home and they had our house sitter call me to make sure we didnt have any questions before they left. PLUS they left an extremely detailed description of everything they did along with my receipt. They left a folder of info about the company as well. I was SUPER impressed. They were quick as well but did a high-quality job. They also got right back to me. My neighbor had a terrible time getting plumbers to respond, and then they didnt seem to know anything about this system. AND they showed up RIGHT ON TIME at 8AM!! I KNOW we made the right choice with AW.

    We had never changed out our fixtures in our bath/shower. The tap had been leaky for some time and was getting worse( dont worry I didnt waste the water we had buckets collecting it ). After seeing over 100 positive reviews I decided to take a chance on AW & sons. Expecting what TV and movies have told us is normal for a plumber to look like, I was pleasantly surprised by a very nice looking young man at the door. Cole got to work at once. The fixtures were deep set and very old and corroded. He was able to cut out part of the marble and install new fixtures without leaving an ugly white patch behind, a gorgeous face plate placed over where it had been cut. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with this job!!!! And I cant wait for my new bathtub!!! Thanks guys!😀PS. I have three pets and they were great with them as well!PSS. I had gotten a quote from handymen, and it was at least matched. Dont waste the money on someone who is not a licensed plumber!!!!
