I was referred to Integrity Repipe after multiple of my San Clemente neighbors had great experiences. They did an incredible job prepping the house so minimal dust/cleanup was required after. They were very professional. The re-pipe itself was finished in sub 4 hours for day 1. The city found no issues with their work. they did a great job patching up. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

This was the second slab leak my house had despite being only 20 years old. The previous owner had done just a local re-route the first time. My home warranty plumber recommended re-piping the whole house rather than just rerouting locally to avoid future issues. I got 4 different quotes with varying cost and work duration.Noel, Integritys project manager, came out to walk through and give an estimate. He took time to answer questions and gave a lot of information regarding the process and also the rationale behind their companys recommendation to go with Zurn PEX-B and expansion fittings (warranty issues with Uponor PEX-A, failures with PEX crimp fittings).Celestino, Solomon, and their re-piping team of 5 were incredible. They showed up early on Friday morning. After a walkthrough to confirm the plan, the crew moved and covered furniture with drapes and plastic to protect them. Re-piping is no joke: 50-60 holes in drywall and stucco, lots of dust everywhere, a number of corroded copper pipes pulled out of the walls to make space for the new PEX. The water was off from about 9am until 4:30pm. After the crew turned on the water to check their work, they caulked all the new shower fixtures and cleaned up everything. They even helped me temporarily cover the holes in the outside stucco with plastic and cardboard! They also found that my water heater needed an expansion tank to be up to code and installed that as well. The whole team was gracious and careful, and Solomon even drew a diagram of the new pipes on my floor plan for my reference that will be helpful for any future work that may need to be done.Ill be happy to recommend integrity to my HOA, as our community unfortunately has endemic slab leaks, and would highly recommend Integrity (especially brothers Celestino and Solomon Perez, who made sure the repiping portion went so smoothly) for anyone else who may need to repipe.

I had integrity re-pipe our entire house with the Pex tubing after a slab leak and was very happy with the work. Last night we developed a leak at the junction with the copper pipe and had to shut the water off to the house. I left them a message about the problem around 7pm and they had the problem fixed by 9:30am the next morning. Great job guys!

Amazing! Just amazing! Price incredibly good. First day: seven workers show up at 8 AM and done by 3 PM with the re-pipe. One worker dedicated to just keeping everything clean. Everyone wearing masks and not taking them off during covid. The next day: 6 workers show up to cover holes interior and exterior walls. Beautiful work! I think my walls in the bathroom are better than before the re pipe. Exterior had some delays but this was the city inspector fault not Integrity. Lost a few plants to exterior trample, but, that is to be expected. Office personnel and billing also top notch. Highly recommended!

Integrity RepipingWhen I wanted to repipe our house, Integrity Repiping ratings and reviews stood up above many companies and I gave them a call and got an appointment within a reasonable time. When the team came to our house, they evaluated the plumbing and provided me a detailed explanation of what was needed to repipe the house. Then, they gave me an estimate upfront. When the team came to start the work, they were very professional: they covered their path from the main entrance to each room, and then they covered everything in the house. After they finished the work, they cleaned up all the debris. Then when the dry wall team came, they did the same thing. After completing the work, you could not tell where they cut the wall for the new pipes. In addition, the customer service was great. They responded and returned my calls very fast. Over all I am very satisfied with Integrity Repipe and their price to mention was competitive. I highly recommend using Integrity Repipe for your repiping needs.

I reluctantly chose Integrity Repipe because of sales persons push for Pex B pipe though Pex A was voted best in my search and from all other estimates. I chose them for my first very positive impression of Joe and their promise to start immediately. In the end, I was very impressed by responsiveness of Noel, Heather and Bryan. They completed everything exactly how they promised and both of their teams of repiping and patching/texturing were very professional and precise in the quality of their work. I hope that I dont have to call them for any issue on their workmanship but if I have to, Im quite confident that Heather, Joe and their teams will be very responsive. I do highly recommend them based on my experience.

Integrity repiped our house in one day. After the City of Dana Point did their inspection, Integrity patched the holes in the sheetrock and the outside stucco to perfection. We looked at several vendors to re-pipe our house, but ultimately chose Integrity because A) they specialize in just re-piping, not as a side business to plumbing, B) Joe had done his homework about various Pex pipes, and unlike all other vendors, went with Zurn Per B as opposed to Pex A. Our own research confirmed his findings as well, and C) they were very competitive with their pricing. We were happy with the result. Work was done promptly, and they even came back after the job finished to help re-install our dryer. Their drywall personal stayed very late to get the job done, even working out the rain to patch up the external holes. I would highly recommend Joe, Brian, Heather and the team.

I have done a lot of remodeling over the past 5 months and dealt with several different contractors during that time. I am pleased to give my highest recommendation to Integrity Repipe for their professionalism, quality of their work, their superior customer service and the straightforward, no nonsense approach of their owner, Joe Ludlow. They showed up on time, fully equipped to do the job, worked steadily thru the day and repiped with Pex our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in about 9 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left my 45 year old home thoroughly repiped thruout. They were far cheaper than ALL the other plumbers I received estimates from. This Ludlow guy is a straight shooter and is deservedly proud of the company that he and his people have built. I recomend Integrity Repipe without reservation. Save time. Call Joe Ludlow first.

Integrity came out to repipe our home today. The team was polite and very professional. Anyone bashing these guys on reviews has something else going on in their life that they are upset about. They were all great and the work was top notch. Guillermo was a great representative of the company with excellent communication skills. I have murals painted all over my house and he discussed with me which side of our shower walls he would remove and chose the side with less complicated murals so that it would be easier for me to repaint. Just a really nice guy. They really took everything into consideration, and did our entire townhouse in a single day which still blows my mind. They even have a lady who is there just to clean, and she cleaned things that werent even part of the demo (like behind our dog crate which had to be moved so the fridge could be pulled out. Cannot sing better praise for these guys.

I had repipe done by Integrity Repipe 4 years ago and was happy with the quality of the work and professionalism. Recently the ice maker pipe had a small leak. The plumber was able to fix it right away and fortunately there were no damages to the wall and floor. I called Joe the next day and he reimbursed me for the repair. Thanks Joe and Heather for the great work.

After multiple quotes, including copper and epoxy lining, went with Integrity Repipe. I am very happy with the decision. We had the whole house repiped with PEX. I had some minor issues with the recirculating pump and one shower valve following the install...Carlos responded very quickly and addressed both issues at no charge. He was polite, thorough and very professional. 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend Integrity Repipe.

Integrity did a fantastic job repiping my home. I was impressed with how professional their crews were. Whether it was helping move stuff to prep for the job, doing the actual plumbing work, or doing the final drywall repair, everyone was detail-oriented and took great care to make sure the end job turned out well. Best of all, they did everything they said they were going to do and in the timeframe they said they would do it, hard to beat that. I would definitely recommend them.
