I visited the tool rental center and got outstanding assistance from Vontrell, Kyle, and Maddy. They truly went above and beyond to support me with my small personal project and were very knowledgeable. If youre at this Home Depot and need help or tools to rent, be sure to ask for one of them. You need it. They got it. They dont got it... theyll order it. Went in for special-order item received it one day ahead of schedule. Email notification and call picked it up and installed it same night with an excellent outcome. -

They have changed the register design at the contractor check out to self serve options (I think?) Sometimes a cashier will help you. It is kind of confusing and I dont know why they did it. The cashiers are always really nice and helpful people though so no real complaint.
