Had a great experience working with the Talmage team. We purchased a home towards the end of the construction process and they worked with us to make sure house worked for us. We actually ended up following the original plans for the most part because they have a fantastic designer and great attention to detail. After a year in the home we couldnt be happier and Talmage has been great in standing behind their work to address any of the minor issues that can arise as a new build settles.

I purchased a new home built by Talmage Construction in Redmond, Oregon. The home was built about a year ago and I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of this beautiful home. The entire Talmage team, led by Isaac, has been very responsive to any concerns I might have and have fixed all the small items that can arise with any new build.I highly recommend Talmage Construction and the entire Talmage team.

Talmage built a home for us in 2021, during the hight of home buying madness. The biggest thing was their punctuality, it’s rare to have a builder that was on time, let alone ahead of schedule. We closed several days early while people we knew buying homes from other builders were closing months late.The quality of their build is top notch, it’s very nice living in a home that was built by someone that care about their quality.The owner and sons are incredible Pt friendly and helpful, people that you enjoy doing business with. This spring (‘23) 2 years after they built our home, Isaac Talmage came over on a Saturday and helped me install overhead garage racks. Again it’s hard to imagine a builder coming over on a Saturday let alone to help with a project 2 years after building the home.We plan to move in the next few years to be closer to work, and fully intend to use Talmage to build our next home as well.

My wife and I purchased a new home built by Talmage Construction in 2021. This house stands out from a quality and workmanship standpoint. Its the house we have been wanting for a long time. Isaac and Ethan were a pleasure to work with and have been very responsive to any issues or concerns we had including addressing all the small items that can come about from a newly constructed home.I highly recommend Talmage Construction and the entire Talmage team.

We have been gradually updating our home. When we got into a time crunch we reached out to Talmage Construction to help install all of our new trim work and new sliding glass door.I cannot say enough good things about this company. Isaac was wonderful to work with. We have already recommended them to two of our neighbors who are also doing renovations.They were up front with all the information, responsive, personable, and professional. It was nice to work with smiling, friendly faces during a stressful period.When we ran into a hiccup on our end with timing, they were gracious in adjusting the schedule to accommodate the sudden change.Russ was great in making sure we knew our options to make the most informed choice for the layout.We highly recommend Talmage Construction.
