Prop-Tech Plumbing was an awesome company to work with. We had a shower spout that was defective that needed repaired or replaced. When I called they were very pleasant and courteous over the phone and scheduling was easy. Shannon was on time, professional and his quality of work top notch.Pro-Tech will definitely be our first call with any other plumbing needs!

We have used Pro Tech for more than a year. We have an old house with old pipes so stuff happens. They have been consistently responsive, reasonable in price and just great to deal with. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

Shannon from Pro-Tech and his team replaced our galvanized piping and did a fantastic job. Several plumbing companies came out and estimated the job and Shannon was by far the most professional, understood the issues, and executed the job at a high level. Pro-Tech was much more cost-effective than all other estimates and they clearly had a better understanding of what needed to be done. I cant speak highly enough of these guys. They completely cleaned up after they finished (it was a big job) and they ensured everything worked properly and that we were satisfied and educated with the work performed. Use Pro-Tech if you have a plumbing issue.

Simply the best! As new snowbirds, we found that we inherited a few plumbing challenges when we purchased our condo in Gulfport_FL. Shannon and his team have taken the sting out of those challenges. They have been EXTREMELY responsive to every call and fixed every issue quickly. They are not only professional, but also so friendly (not something we are used to from the north east). I used Pro-tech for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Shannon and his crew were amazing. Shannon was always very responsive throughout the process and his company did great work. I was very impressed by their professionalism. When the inspector came he even said he knew he would find good work since Shannon was the sub. I would not hesitate to use pro-tech again and have recommended them to many others.

Pro-Tech was referred to me by a business that has used them for kitchen remodels. I had a weekend emergency. James was here within the hour. He went the extra mile to get our system unclogged. I was very pleased with the service performed and the rate was reasonable, too, considering it was the weekend. I now have a plumber and would recommend them to anyone.

Had two leaking hose bib valves and main cutoff valve replaced. Did a great job, showed up on time estimated cost up front and got right to work. He got my input for valve placement and alignment so job was just how I wanted it. Final cost was below estimate. I’d use Pro Tech again without hesitation.

Mr. Shannon is a plumber cut from the days of old, unlike the Johnny come Lately plumbers (if one can call them that) of today who are only concerned with selling things regardless of needed or not.

I called Pro-tech to replace a toilet for elderly my mother in law. Even though their schedule was booked solid, Pro-Tech fit us in so my mother in law did not have to walk to a back bathroom in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The work was not as easy as first thought because of rusted flange. The plumber was very experienced and worked extremely hard to melt the lead cast to complete the job. I cannot say enough about the workmanship and the professionalism of the Pro-Tech staff.Ron Geer
