Tony arrived on time, assessed the situation, and provided me with a price which was less than the estimate I was given on the phone. He quickly got to work and replaced the hot water heater without any issues. His work was clean and professional. Will definitely call again with any plumbing issues I have.

I called Salem’s and Tony was able to fit me in the same day in a very busy schedule. He arrived within an hour of my call and did a very thorough job at looking for the source of my water leak. He presented many options that we had to repair it. He was very friendly and did the work in a very efficient timeframe and excellent quality. His knowledge of the plumbing business was impressive, and he checked out all the aspects from the ceiling to the floor and behind walls and even in the kitchen and found another wall that we did not know his damage. Salemme installed a new electric tankless water heater for me after my old heater was damaged in the hurricane. We had some issues with the new tankless heater within the first few months not providing enough pressure. Salemme was very quick to send out their technician Bryan to diagnose the issue, it ended up being a manufacture defect of that unit. Matt Salemme personally reached out to me and offered to replace the water heater with a brand new unit at my earliest convenience, free of charge. The new unit that was installed last week has been working great with the issue resolved. Will be using Salemme moving forward for all my plumbing needs, great customer service!

Due to a miscommunication about the types of water heaters Salemme is able to fix, Bryan Corliss showed up to confront our Hayward gas pool heater - having never worked on one before!He was completely honest about this, and offered to try to fix it.After spending hours in our backyard on the phone with Hayward technicians, he literally taught himself how to fix it, ordered the right replacement part, installed it, and spent more time with Hayward troubleshooting.When he finally got it to work, he may have been even more excited than I was!Bryan is an absolute gem - Salemme is fortunate to have him.

Adam the plumber the first time wax on time and went beyond the call of duty to fix my plumbing. Bryan was awesome! Texted before he showed up with a pic of himself and short bio. Very helpful knowing who you are letting into your home. He was precise in his diagnosis of the problem and fixed our leak pretty quickly! It was an outer wall on our Lanai, and we had already done some demo to “find” the leak which we weren’t able to. He recommended staying the course with the demo we did and fixed the problem with no disturbance to the outer stucco. I would highly recommend salamme plumbing and Bryan! D

This company was recommended by a neighbor. Placed a service call and Tony Wollford arrived to my home within 24 hours. Specifically to address water not draining from showers and water backing into room from base of a toilet. Tony listened to our issues responsibly, assessed the situations, offered solutions and repaired the flow of water to all areas. He pulled a toilet, placed a missing wax seal reseated it with a perfectly laid caulk bead. He answered all questions and professionally cleaned the work areas. We couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend Tonys work ethic.

I knew he was the guy to reach out to over the weekend when a water heater problem started happening. He was quick to reply to my inquiry with his thoughts and within 48 hours Kyle was at my house to take a look at my water heater. Kyle was able to quickly determine the water heater needed to be replaced and was thorough in explaining why as well as explaining the product to me. Kyle was also able to determine the water heater was still under warranty and was able to get it replaced and install the new water heater within the same day to get my family back up and running with hot water! Tony came today and was 5 Star but Ive called Salemme out to my house no less than for 5 different jobs (water heater install, backed up sink drain, install kitchen faucet, rebuild bathroom sink drain, replace my main water shut off valves, etc). Every time they have been super fast getting to my job (literally the same day or next day), professional and very clear on pricing and approval of the job and cost before they begin work. They are my go to plumber in the area and never hesitate to call when I a need a plumber. All the guys (no lady plumbers yet!) have been super nice, clean and get the job done right. I contacted Salemme about an issue at my in-laws home. They had previously received a quote for $5,000 for major plumbing repairs so I wanted a second opinion. Spencer and Devin from Salemme arrived on time and after investigating the area of concern under the house determined that there was in fact no issue in that area nor any need for thousands of dollars of work to be done. They then investigated the house and within about 20 minutes found the real issue, accessed the plumbing through the wall and made the repair. The total cost was a fraction of what the other company was going to charge. Both Spencer and Devin were both knowledgeable, professional and polite and very nice. They explained everything they were doing, showed me what the issues were and cleaned up everything after they completed the work. I will absolutely call Salemme again whenever I have a plumbing issue and I would highly recommend them.

He was professional and even called around to find and pick up the right color drain/strainer to match my faucet because I had forgotten to order them with my double sink (oops!). Walked in to my office this morning and was greeted by an odor. I called Salemme plumbing and they sent Spencer out immediately. Spencer quickly diagnosed our issues and got to work, even laying out drop cloths to keep our office tidy. He was able to get all of our problems taken care of. He even got our urinal repaired that has been out of service for a few months. Very professional organization. I would highly recommend Salemme plumbing!

Look no furtherOver Memorial weekend we ran into an important plumbing issue, and when liquid plumber didnt work, we figured we should call an actual plumber.Our landlords rely on great professionals for all repairs and had in fact provided us with Salemme Plumbings number for plumbing related issues.Matt Salemme could not have been more responsive and had Spencer dispatched to our home right away.Spencer is cordial, knowledgeable, phlegmatic and with his manners he brings the element of elegance to plumbing, which is unexpected.Indefatigable worker, always had a smile on his face while figuratively and literally plowing through a cyclopic job. And when sided by team mates Kenny and Mike, the team spirit was evident and telling.In a multi-pet household as ours is, there are rules to be follow and attention to be payed. Spencer has acquired them all and implemented each and every one of them as incessantly as he carries out his work. At all times he was able to make us feel the pets were safe and this is a huge deal for us. We had a café that was having some odor issues that we literally could not track down. Tom came out did his initial assessment and was not able to find anything, and then decided to come out on his own time in the evening to do further analysis, which to me was completely above and beyond you don’t see people doing that kind of stuff these days. After doing so he was able to determine that the entire Plaza we were in has a sewage issue and the city is now going to be coming out to run cameras to determine the extent. This odor was so bad that we literally had customers leaving. Thanks to Tom and Salemme plumbing we now have a solution in place! In addition to my earlier review (now below) we hired Salemme Plumbing to do a major job in our condo building retrofitting shutoff valves in each unit as well as the building proper. The water to the building had to be shut off and drained.Matt came out two days beforehand to check the facility as well as a brief stop in each unit to make sure they had the proper equipment and materials to expedite the job when it was to be done.They came promptly. Mark and Spencer where efficient, professional, and courteous as they went from unit to unit. And they subsequently checked each unit three times after the entire job was completed.Making sure to clean up every floor, they left the building even better than they found it.Excellent service from our first phone call to the office through to the last clean-up, leaving things spotless.Kenny and Spencer did a knowledgeable, professional job and it was a pleasure to have them in our house.
