We had a very nasty backup in both of our bathroom occur the morning before Hurricane Milton. We had drainage backing up into our tub, shower, and between our toilets and the floor.We called Mr. Rooter immediately after the storm passed and Danny and Logan came out Saturday afternoon to snake all the lines and originally found a clump of wipes. Unfortunately this did not permanently solve the problem as the next time we did laundry, we had another backup.Danny came back out the next day to re-snake from the roof vents and saw a couple more clumps of debris which he was not able to grab.He suggested that they cut a section of our main drain pipe and do a hydro jet of our discharge pipes to clear out all the debris.Doing this resolved the problem as we have had no issues since and all our drains seem to be flowing much much better now.Kudos to Danny and Logan who came out multiple times and worked very hard to resolve our issues so quickly.

We had a leaking pipe on the exterior of our home. We were able to shut off the water on the street side and called Mister Rooter Plumbing of St. Petersburg. Luis came to our rescue first thing Tuesday morning. Considering the Holiday weekend had just ended, we appreciated the quick response. Leak fixed, happy customer!

It was great the way James Keister explained every single step he had to take to get the job done. James is very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done.James is a complete gentleman. Plumbing is a bit pricey but had to have the job done or it could have cost a lot more. I would recommend James to do any plumbing job for anyone.Now it would be nice to receive a receipt for what we paid and an invoice for what was done from the company. But all n all Thanks to James for the great job done.01/12/24 I did receive my receipt and invoice just a mistake in spelling in my email it was an easy fix. Thank you Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Adrian #2973 was dispatched to our house yesterday after another service tech was unable to clear a clogged kitchen sink the night before. Our house is over 75 years old and still has some galvanized pipe and cast iron sewer drain pipe. Adrian was very knowledgeable and was able to trouble shoot the problem. He solved the drain problem by snaking a pipe in the bathroom. He also showed me what the problem was and how to avoid the problem in the future. We are grateful for his service!

Our mainline backed up and we needed a plumber out quickly. We were able to get a technician over in about 2 hours of calling. He went the extra mile for us to get down to the problem and talk through all different solutions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the job. Would definitely use this company again!
