    I had a sudden issue with my heat going out and my hot water at the same time on one of the coldest nights in FL and Josh came out right away and discovered my issue wasn’t actually in the water heater wheelhouse, it was more electrical. He helped me figure it out and was super polite and professional! I feel he went above and beyond to help me find a resolve, even though it required a different type of technician! I highly recommend!

    Tim, from Clog Kings, was excellent! He installed a whole-house water filtration system, unclogged a couple of drains, and added an outside water spigot—all for a fair price. When he finished, he made sure everything was in perfect working condition. We are very happy with his service and would definitely use him for any future plumbing project/problems.

    “Chris” has been a tremendous help in getting my bathroom and kitchen sink draining again. I was having major flooding in my new apartment. I had multiple plumbers arrive and do absolutely nothing, no communication, no solution. But once we got Chris from Clog Kings he was informative, immediately started working, and had phenomenal customer service skills. I hope to not see him again but I definitely know who’ll I’ll recommend anytime someone needs a plumber!

    If youre reading this, youre probably wondering if all these 5-star reviews are real. Well, mine definitely is. I have hired Clog Kings multiple times to resolve plumbing issues at my home, so I decided to rewrite my review to include my additional experiences.The first plumber was Kenny. He replaced a toilet flange that required chipping away some of my bathroom tile around the sewage connection. He did the job carefully, preserving as much of the tile integrity as possible. After he added a new flange, he remounted the toilet and cleaned the area. He was polite and performed the work quickly (about an hour).Months later, Andrew came out for a leaky water softener valve. After testing the valve — with us turning the water off and on a few times — he said it would need to be replaced. Thankfully, I had a backup valve on hand and the install instructions booklet. After briefly referring to the instructions, he was able to work through the install without issue. He recut the pipes leading to the valves and added new connections to it.Silly (his nickname) was coming out to check a leaky toilet shutoff valve. We turned off the water and drained the toilet in anticipation of him needing to move it. He arrived on time, listened to our concerns about the leak, and started assessing the situation. He verified that we wanted to replace the shutoff, and we said yes. Thankfully, he didnt need to move the toilet at all! He got to work and finished in under an hour.Unfortunately, the water softener fix that was performed earlier did not hold up. I called Clog Kings and let them know the leak was happening again and they wanted to send Andrew back out since he did the original repair. However, I requested for someone else to come out and they got me in touch with Brandon. After assessing the situation, he said the leak was coming from one of the new connections that meets with the valve, which was installed last time. The connection was supposed to be a pipe with reinforced threading, but it was only plastic. He replaced the one that broke and the twin pipe to its left so we wont run into further issues. He was also training an apprentice during the appointment, which gave me confidence in his abilities since he is trusted to be a teacher in his profession.Clog Kings has excellent plumbers working for the company. I dont fault Andrew for not knowing about the reinforced threading because, according to Brandon, its a very niche thing.I also appreciate how the main focus of the company is JUST plumbing. Its too often that you see companies around here try to do it all, and fail at keeping the same standards for jobs outside their norm. I will hire a Clog Kings plumber again for my homes plumbing needs.

    Justin at Clog Kings came to our rescue when our Water Heater broke. He did not leave, until he had a new one fitted and up and running.     Their plumber Chris Jenkins came out and fixed our kitchen sink clog which we had been dealing with off and on. We were at the end of our rope with it and decided to call. He was very friendly and ended up clearing the clog that was pretty deep. Couldnt recommend more.

    Marty and Kyle are my Clog Kings for life! They came out within 20 minutes of me calling for a non-emergency request. I noticed our toilet gurgling when I took a shower a week after moving into our new home. Called a few places and Clog Kings had amazing reviews with a great price to diagnose. They found a huge root system in the connector piece of our pipes to the city. Took me out to see everything anytime there was an update and made sure I was aware of every step they were taking. These guys are the best, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and even went the extra mile to glue and properly attach a pipe they noticed was poorly installed to our washer, which wasn’t even the problem we called them out for!

    2 weeks ago we had an issue in our brand new construction where our upstairs toilet leaked through the floor and was dripping into our baby’s room downstairs through the air vent while she was sleeping. We immediately contacted Anthony who dropped everything (dinner with his family 😭) and within minutes was helping us stop the leak. He immediately uncovered the issue: a compromised wax ring (poor install) and the hole in the tile floor was cut too big, preventing a seal (poor workmanship on the new build). The next morning, he and his apprentice, Daniel, came over to reassess the situation, the damage, and find the cause of the clog. Not surprising, the clog is likely caused by construction debris or a foreign object in our pipe from the builder. Anthony and Daniel were incredible. More than I ever expected or could ask for. It was important to them both to educate us on what they were doing and what they found every step of the way, which is rare these days. It was evident that taking care of us and helping us was their top priority. Unfortunately, we have to use the builder’s contracted plumber going forward. I wish we could use Anthony and Daniel from Clog Kings instead! Even though we aren’t Anthony’s responsibility anymore, he often texts to check in on the status of everything, and give guidance, which is so kind and thoughtful. Please book these guys, they will take such good care of you and your home!

    Real reviewer here. I have a duplex and a condo that I’ve renovated and rent out. I’ve used a handful of plumbers without really finding a good one that didn’t leave me feeling ripped off.Don’t look any further than Clog Kings. I requested a quote and was told the hourly rate. Needed the gate valve unit shutoff replaced with a quarter turn in addition to needing shower faucet stems replaced.Marty and Tyler showed up on time and had these repairs done in no time.What a great, honest, and reasonably priced company. I’ll be using them for as long as they remain this way, which I have a feeling will be a long time.

    Needed a repair for a rental property and called Clog Kings. They sent Javan out within 2 hours and he did a great job.     We recently had a clog which caused water to back up into the bathtub. We only have one bathroom so we needed someone to come out same day. Chris came out within the hour and did a great job!     Our water heater went out late in the evening. We called Anthony and he got on FaceTime with us, as he was out of town. Told us what to do to stop the beeping and sent out Daniel early in the morning. Daniel, was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything done within the hour to get us up and running.     Kris from Clog Kings was incredible. He was by far the most responsive and helpful service provider I’ve ever worked with. He texted back, answered calls, asked for pictures and taught me so much along the way. His apprentice Calvin was also thoughtful and helpful as well. They didn’t waver in confidence despite encountering solid wood and concrete to get through during the install.When they were finished replacing my shower valve and turned the water back on they discovered some small leaks in two bathroom faucets that had nothing to do with the work they’d done. They fixed the leaks but the next morning I noticed that there was still a small leak under one sink and Kris came that morning and for no charge did a quick fix for something someone else had installed incorrectly. I will be a customer of Clog Kings forever (as long as Kris is still there!)

    I had a clogged kitchen sink because of a backed up disposal and called Clog Kings and within a hour had a call back that Justin would be at my house in 45 minutes. Justin was fabulous and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. We also have a tankless water heater that had not been serviced as we were new owners. He cleaned and serviced that as well. We could not be happier and highly recommend Clog King and Justin in particular.

    Needed the sewer line replaced on my 1939 house in Saint Pete. Clog kings quickly followed up on my appointment request. They quickly found the issue in the line, and had it permitted, replaced, inspected, and back filled in a less than a week! Chris and Brandon were responsive and professional and kept me informed throughout the process. If I need any other plumbing assistance in the future I will be using ClogKings!

    They came to fix a broken, rusted out galvanized pipe under our crawlspace, within a few hours of our call, when no one else could. Brad was quick and knowledgeable and professional. Thats a big plus. I felt the $650 charge was a bit excessive for 1.5 hours onsite repairing a 4ft section of pipe (understand there was a pre-trip to buy parts). I recommend them highly but ask first about the price. When I discussed it with them they made the price better, to my satisfaction.

    Called Clog Kings because I saw the 5-Star Reviews and Ive seen their marketing around town. We had a toilet thats been having issues for weeks now. I called and they were able to get someone out to me same day. The guys who came over were super kind. After they took a look at the issue, they asked me if the person on the phone told me their pricing which they had not. So I found out while they were there itd be $169/hr + parts. They fixed it within 20 minutes (Total $199).We used the toilet, left the house, and when we came back the floor was all wet and we noticed it was leaking. I had to call them to come back out again. They took a look and noticed it was now the supply line that was having problems and because of that they would have to bill again for their time + supplies. So another $185. Theyve given us a heads up that another piece needs replacing soon, but Ill either go elsewhere or wait till I have more projects to have them do all at one time to save on costsSo just a heads up, when you call to make an appointment, ask them for a baseline hourly rate/pricing structure so youre not surprised when they get there.

    Exceeded my expectations. I just saw all the great reviews and knew I couldn’t go wrong. They got out to us the same day. It was quick and a fair price.     I needed a water heater replaced on a weekday morning. It was not an emergency, but it had to get done that day. Clog Kings came out and had the job done in a few hours at a fair price. It was no nonsense and no crazy marketing to make a sale. I reached out to a few different plumbing companies, and all the others wanted about $3,000 for a simple, first floor, 40 gallon install without special hours. The other companies also tried to play the marketing game and get me to sign on for other services to reduce the cost that day. As a city, we cannot support those terrible business practices and extortionate prices. Clog Kings earned my business that day, which is why I called them to handle another plumbing upgrade about a month later, which was handled just as tactfully and at a price that did not default a mortgage payment.

    Matt and Anthony were great to work with! I called Matt mid morning on a Sunday as my pipes were backing up horribly into my showers and sinks. They were courteous, understanding, informative, patient, quick and very down to earth: Anthony walked me through all the possibilities of what could be causing the back up (has happened multiple times lately) and the solutions that we can try to determine the issue and what it would take to fix each issue. I scheduled them to come back out during regular hours and put a camera through so we can determine the cause and move from there. Anthony was extremely patient with my kids, took his time to explain everything to me, and provided top notch service. I am so happy to have found a plumber that I can use from now on!     We contacted Clog Kings to get 3 new toilets installed. Our technician, Kenny Valle was the best plumber weve dealt with to date in the entire Tampa Bay area. He was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable in his craft. We work remotely and he managed to install 3 toilets from box to finish in just a few hours without any major noise and absolutely no mess left behind. He even took time to seal down our sinks after we inquired on the spot. When we get ready to change out our vanities and sinks, I will be calling Clog Kings and asking for Kenny! We (including my 85 yr old school father) arent easily impressed, so take this with a lot of weight. He did an amazing job!

    While I was washing dishes I experienced a flood of water come out from under the cabinets under the sink. Turns out it was a cracked copper pipe. I called Clog Kings (2nd time using them!) and Andrew arrived at 2:30pm and worked tirelessly through the evening hours until the job was done. He ran into a hiccup because the PVC pipe was too large so he had to move more pipes around to make it fit. After a Home Depot run, he returned within an hour. He did not get lazy the longer the job became or the later it got. He showed no signs of tiring which amazed me for sure! My husband was out of town for work and I was here with him in my kitchen most of the day with my 8 and 9 year olds. My son was his assistant for parts of the job. The kids loved watching him work. They even asked if he was coming out the next day with the disaster clean up team. When I said unfortunately no, they both whined in unison. lol The disaster clean up team Clog Kings works with are really great and were scheduled immediately for the next day. Ill be sure to leave them a review once their job is complete. I currently have dehumidifiers in my house drying out all the water! At the end of the job with Clog Kings, Andrew taped up the area tightly to prevent any unwanted crawlers from getting through during the night. He cleaned up his entire mess AND even helped me take the Christmas tree to the curb for pick up the next day! FULL SERVICE! Im so happy I found this team of hard working plumbers. I had used Clog Kings once before a few weeks prior to this pipe incident. During that time Antonio came out. I had a backed up toilet / bath that two plumbers in the same month could not fix aside from the typical snaking. Antonio found that the clean out in front of my house had sentiment build up and was clogging more often due to the bottleneck. He and a teammate came out at night to snake the drain and came back out a few days later to redo the clean out. I am so happy I found these guys! All the reviews you read here are true! You get their real cell phone numbers and not a call center. They work their butts off with great communication and offer real results at reasonable prices. Big jobs or small, call these guys! P.S. I gave him permission to not be careful with the cabinets. After seeing what was under there, there was no salvaging them anyway.

I have lost an anklet and thought I saw it in my shower drain when a flashlight shone down the pipe. I called late in the day. I let them know I wasn’t sure. They were glad to help.     Ive used Clog Kings 4 times now, each time they have been professional, courteous and did an amazing job in the shortest time possible while maintaining their high professional standards. As a personal shout out, Justin is the King for sure, a true professional at his trade.     The plumber we had was very timely. He came on a Sunday evening within 15 minutes of the call. Very professional too. When it came to the repair, our house had issues with the ceiling plumbing vent, but after giving it everything he got, he was able to disassemble the skirting (which did not have easy access under the house, no hatch, etc) in minutes to then unclog, and cleanup without a trace of him being there. Even though it was after hours pricing, I didnt feel I paid an outrageous price for the service. Hopefully we wont need to call again, but if we do ever need to, this would be the first place Id look.

I went through a list of plumbers before being fortunate enough to find Clog Kings, and they came out far superior in terms of customer service, creative problem solving and fair pricing. No price gouging or ridiculous unexplained rates here. We had our whole house re-piped, installed a while house filter and a tankless water heater and recirc pump and under sink filtration. From start to finish, Brandon and Chris were extremely professional and communicative. And Brandon more than once thought outside the box to come up with creative solutions that worked. I am beyond impressed with the work that they did and the customer service they provided. I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could!     We had a plumbing emergency this past weekend and were not able to shower or use our toilets.     I just want to say Jack was awesome. I called several companies and Clog Kings was by far the best. Not only did they came to fix the issue but offered several options on how to fix the issue. Since I purchased my home, I had a bad clog due to grout my contractor dropped in the sink lines. I was looking at a $2k repair bill. But Jack looked at several options (water jetting, acid, etc) before he wanted to consider digging up the sewer lines. Thank God the strategy worked out. Most companies only want to come out and dig up and charge an arm and leg. But Jack took his time and resolved the issue in a methodical way. He also charged me a very fair price for the work. He fixed the issue, however, he suggested that I take advantage of a service they offer with a camera being utilized in the pipes.     Justin, Anthony, and Andrew have been top notch over the past several years. Had several issues many years ago. They came out in an emergency over the weekend and unclogged our system.     Needed help clearing a clogged drain in a bathtub. I had tried unsuccessfully for several hours to clear it myself. Based on the reviews I called Clog Kings for help. Jack came over and cleared it in a short time. I was impressed so asked him to come back another day to replace the main water shut off valve to the house which would only turn part way. This valve was original to the home from 1960. At the same time I asked him to replace the out door spigot. He did a great job on both. Wasnt getting any hot water in the shower. I again asked Jack to come back and he replaced the heating elements & thermostats. An hour later hot water in the shower. Jack was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and has an excellent work ethic. I wont hesitate to call Jack/Clog Kings if I have any other plumbing problems.

    This was our first repair with Clog Kings and my wife and I could not be more pleased with this service. Called in for a repair in the morning and had one of their servicemen, Jack, come that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problems and set a time for the next days repairs needing some parts to pick up.     I was very pleased with the work and thoroughness of JACK that replaced our hot water heater. I called in my issue in the morning and was told someone would arrive in the afternoon. Based on my initial call I was expecting him to diagnose the issue and schedule to do the work later. JACK arrived around 2ish and determined we needed a new hot water heater. He worked on it until after 6pm….. all with a happy work ethic. At my request he returned 2 days later and tweaked things to my satisfaction.     First Don’t panic call Clog Kings.When our house started to back up we really didn’t know who to call, problems always happen on a late Friday.     You never want to wake up early on a Sunday, turn the shower on, sit down to do your business while waiting for the water to get hot, and have water (Im telling myself it was just water...) come flooding out from under the toilet. That was my morning...So, at 8am, I called two places, knowing Id be paying high prices because of arbitrary weekends are outside of normal hours rules that exist in the plumbing world. The first call was to Mike at Clog Kings. He was courteous and empathetic, which is exactly what I needed in that sh#^*y moment (heh). He couldnt get to me for about 4 hours, which was longer than I hoped, but faster than I expected. He quoted me $300 for the first hour and $150 each 30 minutes after that, but was pretty confident that he could fix it within an hour. Ouch, but fine. I was prepared for worse.For due diligence, I then called another local plumbing company. This guy said he could get to me within two hours, but it was $250 for him to come out and $750 to fix the issue. HUH??!! So, $1000 because off-hours nonsense, even if it took him 20 minutes. He laughed and said that he knew it was crazy, but thats what it is.Obviously that wasnt happening.Mike, from Clog Kings, arrived when he said he would, fixed the issue within 15 minutes or so, tested everything thoroughly, and both educated me on the cause and gave me some options should it happen multiple times in the future. Of course I wish it wouldnt have happened at all or at least happened during business hours, but in the end, I was very happy with the work and with Mike.     I called Clog Kings the morning that much of Florida was being asked to evacuate due to hurricane Ian. Those of us that were not evacuating, were preparing for a heck of a storm. Andrew showed up just a couple of hours later. I was actually surprised that I was even able to get anyone to come out that day. He was very nice, very professional, and uncloged my toilet quickly for a great price.Later that day I noticed that the toilet was still slow again. I called Andrew back and he was preparing for the storm as he should have been. He said he would get back to me after the storm had passed and he did so promptly.     I have used Clog Kings many times and will never use a different plumbing company. I love that they call you before they arrive and give you an estimate of when to expect them instead of a multiple hour window. Mike was right on time and so friendly. Someone who lived in our house before completely damaged our flange and he walked me through everything he was going to do to fix it and he was extremely efficient.     The day before Thanksgiving we needed someone to install a faucet since ours broke. We called Drain King and they wanted $800 then dropped the price to $500. I thought that was a con job so I called all over Tampa and most places wanted to come out on Thanksgiving and charge the holiday rate. I just so happened to call Clog Kings and they said they were full but would try. The person on the phone said she would try and get someone and she would call me back. Sure enough not only did she call back, but she found someone on her team to come to our house. They were prompt and installed the sink for $150.00!!     Service technician Kenny is great. Came to the house on Tuesday to fix water heater, after awhile realized that a new part was needed.     Called Clog Kings to deal with a clog and overflow in my sewer line. The team came out in about 45 minutes, which was much faster than any other service provider quoted.     For 3 days I wasted $100 in draino and tools that did not work. Clog king gave me a phone quote of $165 which was higher than several other local ads, but they have perfect 100% reviews so I chose to try them. And I found out why as Kenny came out with the right toilet auger and in less than 5min he got to the blockage and freed up the pipes. He immediately told me the price would only be $115 since he was able to get it so fast and didnt have to break out more intense tools. They explained their fee schedule/rates up front, without prompting, and were able to get someone out to me within a few hours. My plumber, Anthony, was great! Last week I had another company come out and say that my Kitchen sink pipe needed about $1500 worth of work done, and that they could do a temporary fix for $800. We had a huge sewer line emergency on one of our vacant lots in St Pete, and Antonio went above and beyond to resolve this issue for us.     These guys are terrific! They installed a water heater in a very difficult location. I found Clog Kings on a website where you can bid out your job. I had to do that because Home Depot told me they would not do it after they saw the space. No problem for James and Justin (a U.S. Marine). It took them a few hours to do the install but they were careful, thorough, and left my place cleaner than it was when they got there. I highly recommend them. Also, they were $250 cheaper than the Home Depot quote. Very reasonable.

    On December 2 Clog Kings dispatched Antonio out to my newly purchased home. Antonio went above and beyond in assisting me and fixing my plumbing issue.     Allow me to gush about Anthony and Clog Kings for just a moment. I found them doing a quick google search and saw the high ratings. So I gave a call. The ratings dont do you justice. Anthony scheduled me in and got here very quickly for a Saturday. He was professional and quick, and figured out the problem incredibly quickly.     In July, had a leak in copper pipe under garage slab. Mike from Clog Kings opened floor, repaired pipe and recemented hole in floor. He suggested eventual re-piping of water lines due to aging system. Service was impeccable, personable and efficient. Mike did not leave until the job was finished, working well into the evening. He did a great job!Decided to get the re-piping done to prevent further leaks under floors. Got a quick response to my request for estimate, and authorized the job to be done.Mike and Justin worked for 13 hours straight to finish the job in one day just so I didnt have to be without water overnight. Before they left, they made sure all work sites in various parts of the house and garage were thoroughly cleaned, and checked and double checked to make sure there were absolutely no leaks anywhere when the water was turned back on. They came back the next day to go over everything again, filled in and painted over small holes in the outside block walls that were necessary to run the water lines. They made sure I was satisfied that all work was top notch and complete. Mike also efficiently replaced a shower valve and installed a sink drain that I had asked them to do while they were here.I know I can depend on Clog Kings to provide prompt and reliable service, at fair and reasonable costs. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. These plumbers are the best, most efficient, thorough and professional Ive ever had the pleasure to have do work on my home. They are also personable, kind, friendly and have great senses of humor! Thank you Justin and Mike!

    The Clog Kings saved the day!     My first experience with Clog Kings was during the night when wet carpet was discovered in the bedroom and I went looking for a 24/7 plumber. Justin was able to walk me through what needed to be done without having to have someone out immediately. When home issues come up, that by itself is stressful enough, let alone having to find someone you can trust to come fix the issue.     Over the weekend while I was trying to clean an old pipe underneath my bathroom sink, I inadvertently ended up scrubbing too much and broke the old pipe. I called Clog Kings and got a hold of Joe. He was very professional and understanding. Not only that but he made time for us today and came out to fix it.This guy is the real deal.     Jason provided exceptional service in his after-hours call to our house. He was quick to return our phone call, showed up at our home on time and unclogged the main line to our house returning two toilets, one tub and one shower back into service.
