Unfortunately, we had to have the whole house re-piped after a downed power line during hurricane Milton caused a huge surge through our house and we ended up with leaks in the slab (45+ year old copper pipes). I accepted St. Pete Plumbing’s estimate on a Friday, and they were here on Monday morning to start the work. It took them a day and a half to complete the job, and we couldn’t be happier!St. Pete Plumbing consistently has the best price for the quality of work they do and the speed in which they do it! We all hate having to deal with plumbing issues, but when I do have to deal with them, there’s no one I’d rather deal with.Huge shout out to Felix and the rest of the team!!

I am so glad I chose St. Pete Plumbing in the midst of updating my condo.Logan was very helpful in telling me my options before making the decision to replace my water heater. He was also the one to come out and do the replacement as well, which I liked, because he is who initially came to look at it when I called for a quote. He is very kind and knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions prior to the day of the replacement.I am very happy with his work and everything is working great! Once again, St. Pete Plumbing did a great job at our house. We have used St. Pete plumbing a few different times at this point. Most recently we had a blockage causing sewage backup into our drains. First of all, when you call for service, they will call you back. I had an issue with my water heater. Trent called me to set up an appointment. He came when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem, explaining what he was doing and came up with the solution. Within minutes I had an estimate, and a couple of hours later, Trent was back to install a new water heater. Trent was the utmost professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. It gives me confidence in his work, and because of that, I will definitely call St. Pete Plumbing when I need a plumber!

We had a very tight washer/ dryer closet connection and had to remove the old unit that was no longer operable. In order to do so, we had to move the existing water lines, which blocked the removal. Patrick Bennett came out and did the work. He was extremely helpful. He removed the old lines, helped move the old unit out and installed the new lines, all in one visit. We are very grateful for his help and happy with the solution he provided so we wont have this issue again when the new units are installed next week.

We bought a new house that was built in the 50’s and upon doing the walk through and inspection most everything looked fine, until we hooked up the washer and dryer and did a load of laundry and all the water came bubbling up through the floor drain. This was an emergency and I happened to run into Brian from St. Pete Plumbing and he offered to come out immediately to snake the drain. He found that the pipe was never actually connected to the sewer. They came out with a camera to find where the sewer connect was, dug a new trench for the pipe; got it connected and had me all set before 2pm. The speed with which they completed this task was amazing. They were nothing but professional and kind and I recommend for any plumbing project you might have!! Absolutely 5 STARS!!!!

Luckily, St Pete Plumbing just had a cancelation so they were able to have someone come over in about 25-30 minutes.Only issue was that I called multiple plumbers in the morning and they all quoted about the same price except for St Pete Plumping. They were about $100 more for the same service.Overall though the plumber resolved the problem and was able to get everything completed very quickly. Would use them again but just know they are more expensive than other providers.

I bought a new washer and gas dryer and when Home Depot came to install neither the natural gas or water hookups were done properly. I contacted St. Pete Plumbing about mid-day Friday, regarding a leak from my kitchen sink faucet. The company representative told me that their plumber could come to my home within two hours. About an hour later, I received a call the plumber concerning the faucet leak. After a brief conversation with the plumber, he indicated that he may not have the parts on his truck to complete the repair or worst case the faucet may have to be replaced. Either way, he would strive to stop the leak immediately. Thirty minutes later, Shane the plumber arrived and quickly determined that the leak was due to a loose screw holding a rubber ring around the spout of the faucet. In less than ten minutes, Shane had diagnosed the problem, repaired it and checked the faucet for other potential problems. Shane even took photos of the faucet and his work to g[ve me a close-up view of the repair. I was impressed by the professionalism of Shane and his focus on providing excellent customer service. Based on my experience with Shane of St. Pete Plumbing, I highly recommend this company to meet your plumbing needs.

Brian had to come in, jackhammer the concrete floors, replace the pipe and put the floor back. Expensive but professional and trust worthy. Steve K. came and fixed my main line clog. I think he did a good job and I liked him a lot. I trusted him, it was a good interaction and I feel confident about my experience with this company. I will say, I also feel like this company maximizes it’s billing capabilities, and by that I mean they aren’t cheap. They tacked onto the bill another $300 just to remove a toilet for access for the other job, which is a pretty simple and quick task, so it feels like a racket, but at the same time - I would be worried hiring another company that is maybe cheaper or maybe not that I would get someone who is unprofessional and would show up late or not at all and do a bad job, but with this company I feel they did a good job and I trust them and I have no second thoughts, besides that they’re just expensive. You get what you pay for I think. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to friends, I would recommend st Pete plumbing and I would recommend Steve who came and did my job. So, I say hire them and trust them. Just get ready to pay for professional and timely service, because they ain’t cheap. They’re expensive. But again, I don’t actually know what other companies charge. I called Roto-rooter and they wouldn’t give an estimate even though I detailed the job needed, so… I don’t know what other companies charge, and I wouldn’t trust other companies the same.

Shane is the man :) 1st of all, I had called 4 other plumbing companies before I called this one, and I was so relieved to hear Alex answer the phone! He actually knew what hes talking about rather than some answering service. Best part was Shane came over within the hour!! Cannot say enough nice things about St. Pete Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a leak from an unknown source within a wall. St. Pete Plumbing suggested I hire a leak detection company first instead of having them come out and get charged for a visit if they were not able to locate the leak or it if came from the roof. Once the leak was detected St. Pete Plumbing came out and took care of it. Alex is very responsive to phone calls and emails. The gentleman who came and made the repairs was very nice and took care of the leak quickly. Dealing with plumbing issues can be stressful, but these guys made it easy. Very much appreciated.

Bought a mobile home As is and expected some minor issues as we moved in. After only a couple of days, wasnt expecting a complete blockage of the kitchen sink/dishwasher/garbage disposal drain. Got a recommendation from our real estate agent and directly called Brian at St Pete Plumbing who then asked me to call his office to schedule. A half hour later, Jim and Sean were here and cleared the fatburger grease disposal blockage. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is that I think the price could have been lower given the actual time on-site. Great response time and I recommend St Pete Plumbing

So its 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. I call several plumbers, everyone laughed at me when I said my husband tried to fix this.No one wanted to come out on a Sunday night, I had no water. I could not turn on the water because my husband broke off the shut-off valve. Luckily I found St Pete plumbing. Even though I basically got Josh out of bed he came and he fixed the broke off valve and restored my water. He was here until 11:40 PM fixing what my husband tried to fix. I expected to pay extra since it was after hours and on a Sunday night. The fee was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. I truly appreciate St Pete plumbing coming out! Thank you so much!!
