    Late one night, our only toilet clogged and had water leaking out of the base. Needless to say, we needed help ASAP haha. We contacted our landlord, and the next day they had Max Solon Plumbing schedule an appointment with us. John arrived on time, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue quickly, even cleaned up the bathroom and gave us some cool magnets. I definitely recommend this company!

    This is my go-to plumbing company in Pinellas County! We have used them several times for different issues in the last few years and they do a great job. Our house was built in the 1960s so plumbing issues are inevitable. They are so courteous, prompt, and reasonable. Every time I have called they come the same day, and get the job done quickly and correctly. NEVER had a job that needed follow-up repair. VERY reasonable prices! Plumbing issues are never fun, but I really feel I can trust the work they do and they always explain the issue easily for me to understand. Have told many family and neighbors to use Max Solon for any plumbing problems they have. Couldn’t be happier and will ALWAYS use them in the future for any other plumbing issues we have. Thank you!

    Max and his crew have been servicing my dental office for over 8+ years. They have installed installed pressurized copper pipes and toilets, tankless water heater, re-routed water flow and helped with leaks, all in a timely and professional manner and fair price.Recently they were able to come out after Hurricane Milton so that I could shock my water lines and re-open my office. Shout out to Ian and Christian over the years too for keeping my office running smoothly.

    Had Max Solon replaced my Hot Water tank in my Condo today, the quote was very competitive. The tech Tyler arrived first AM and once we resolved a few logistics with the HOA, the tank was installed exactly how it should be. Everthing is servicable and professionally done.     I dont normally write reviews, but Max Solon Plumbing deserves it. I am very thorough when choosing companies to work with, getting referrals from friends/family/coworkers, and from doing research on internet reviews. Max Solons name came up more than a few times so I figured I would give them an opportunity. Not only did they give me a fair price, but they were the only ones that could book me in within a couple of days no questions asked. Very fast, very professional, and very polite.     I am so lucky my friend referred me to Max Solon!.The team is caring, professional, timely and they CARE about their customers and quality of work. My toilet line was severely clogged from tree roots so it required some minor excavation and new pipe.Tyler and Robert my techs were phenominal! They put me at ease by explaining the cause and how they were going to fix the issue.I was provided a written and fair quote. They also cleaned up everything! Nate from the office was also great to work with as well as Chris the tech who reset the toilet from the repairs handled by Robert and Tyler.     This is second time that Maxs company has worked at our house and his staff is the best ever.First of all, we had to turn the water off early Sunday morning due to a leak behind the wall in our laundry room. We left a message and Max called within 5 minutes - the same prompt response time as before.Ian, his tech, arrived at the agreed time on Monday. He had to use a jackhammer to break up the floor. What we thought would be a nightmare turned out to be much better than expected. Ian was proficient and professional. He completed the job in a timely fashion and ensured the job area was cleaned before he left. Ian also explained what the job entailed prior and during the repair. The wall and floor will be repaired in a few days.Automated texts were sent to confirm the appointment and to indicate that Ian was enroute.Although we dont want any additional plumbing issues, Max Solon Plumbing has our respect and is our go-to plumbing contractor. The cost was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Max Solon Plumbing.

    Anyone looking for a great plumber? I had Max Solon Plumbing do some work for me today. Pepe worked in the bathroom and Tyler did the video inspection of my sewer line.     I am super impressed with the work done with this company. (I was not home when it was done but my mother was) we called them on a Monday needing our vent stack scooped to see where it was compromised (we are having a rat issue, a smoke screen confirmed it was the vent stack.) we assumed it would just be a consultation and estimate. they came out the next day (Tuesday) and performed the scope, noticed it would not go all the way down. They proceeded to cut the wall and find that the vent pipe was pushed off of the pvc pipe and fixed the issue same day. As this all sounded like it was going to be very expensive, it was not. It was very affordable and not at allthe expectations of what I thought it was going to cost.

    Amazing! Tyler was kind, prompt, and helpful. We have tiny child size toilets that needed repair and replacement. He was able to find parts for the repair the same day and found a replacement toilet for the other to be installed in a few days. HIGHLY recommend.

    Our toilet suddenly started to leak lots of water from underneath. I was referred to Max Colon Plumbing. I scheduled their earliest open time and they called and were able to come even earlier. Pepe called to let me know he was on his way and I also received a text. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem and told us how he could fix it.     Max Solon Plumbing is the best. They are very responsive, professional, polite and friendly. Todd is very clear and thorough in his communication for estimates, scheduling and all other communication. Matthew was friendly and quick to come fix our toilet.     We have ONLY used Max Solon for our plumbing needs since purchasing our home in SP. They were highly recommended by our realtor. They performed our pre-purchase inspection, replaced ALL water pipes inside our home, installed a new kitchen faucet, detected and fixed a leak in our water lines running from the house to the detached garage, and helped us with a garbage disposal installation/repair. They are consistently responsive to phone calls, they have great availability, the technicians are on time, they do excellent work, they are very friendly and are happy to explain everything they are doing - and why - so that we can learn more about our systems, and they clean up their work areas before they depart. The prices are also very fair. Highly recommend this company!

    Best service ever they are privately owned. I have been using these guys for many years their price is great their service is great they are prompt and extremely friendly not rude when you ask crazy questions like me. I made the worst mistake ever a few weeks ago and had to call a different plumber cuz it was a weekend and this awful awful place charged me a fortune to fix a pipe under my kitchen sink because he didnt have the parts and kept leaving to go to Home Depot back and forth back and forth all day long I ended up paying over $800 which was utterly ridiculous and he almost didnt fix it and said he was going to have to leave he didnt think he could fix it and leave me without water I basically threatened him with bodily harm in my giant 100 lb dog. You cannot go wrong with this company they are local and word of mouth works for me and they have been helping me for years even over the phone MAX himself has helped me diagnose an issue and help me with a water bill and then send somebody out to help fix the issue so you cant go wrong I usually end up with Justin coming plus there is Pepe who has been here before and many others once again five star always five star.

    Our garbage disposal started leaking. I admit, I first called a national chain plumber who confirmed the leak but wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to install a new disposal. I saw a recommendation for Max Solon Plumbing on NextDoor and decided to give them a call. They immediately gave me a quote on the phone that was half of what I had been given by the other guy, so I arranged for the installation the next day. Even though I had been told it would probably be sometime between late morning and late afternoon, I got a text at 10am letting me know Rob was on the way. Rob was courteous, professional and quick, and charged exactly what I had been quoted. I am happy to have found a plumbing company that I know I can count on for future repairs.

    I needed a 4’ tall whole house water filter installed. They knew all about the unique requirements of a 7 stage filter. The install took a little less than 40’ of 1” PVC 3 valves and 2 connectors. The bottom line, the install was a work of art.

    This is a professional and very responsive company! I texted Max about my plumbing needs and he immediately texted back with available dates. On the day of my appointment, Pepe, the plumber, called to confirm and you could track their location on your phone! He and his helper Cody were friendly, professional and very helpful.     I contacted Max via text at 9:30 pm informing him about a leak that occurred with our toilet shut off valve when my husband was changing the flapper. He actually called immediately and talked with my husband and suggested a few things to try to see if the leak will stop. We got it down to just a drip where we felt comfortable leaving a basin there overnight. Max scheduled us to be serviced the next day ASAP. Todd and Cody showed up as expected, explained what they’re going to do, the cost of it and completed the job immediately. They were courteous and friendly and left the job site clean.     This was the second time Ive had Max Solon Plumbing do work at my home. Again, Im absolutely delighted with their work. This time, Ian was able to come out to diagnose a small leak. He came later in the afternoon, after he was finished with his other jobs for the day.     Max immediately returned my call to set up an appointment to replace a failed valve that was firmly stuck to a dangerously old, questionable pipe. There was a very good chance of the pipe breaking, which would lead to a lot of work in the crawlspace.     Had Nate install a water softener. He did an amazing job! Not only did he show up on time, was professional and completed one of the cleanest installs I have seen, but he also cleaned up after himself before he left.     My toilet was backup for a week waiting for my home insurance company to send a good plumber (I fired them after this insident). They sent the same incompetant one twice who couldnt and wouldnt fix the problem. Now desperite to get the toilet fixed I then called another plumber I used before. Unfortunately he was busy that day so he referred me to Max Solon Plumbing and Im very happy he did.     Recently purchased older condo had a slow dripping behind the tub fixtures. Max Solon Plumbing sent plumbers not only to repair the drip, but also install 4 tub stem-valves; remove & replace toilet and sink frozen tight shut-off valves; install new braided toilet and sink supply connectors; a complete toilet fill-valve and flapper; and a new-clean sink P-Trap after removing the filthy old one. Noticing the boxed new toilet seat, they installed that, also! Max Solon Plumbing was recommended to us, and we are fortunate they were.

    My mother had a leak under her kitchen sink. I wanted to make sure I found someone reputable and honest to take a look at it since I do not live with my mother and she is older. I found great reviews on google and Nextdoor. I took a chance and I am glad I did. I called and explained the situation and also shared that I would be taking care of the bill. Tyler called me prior to arriving and a notification as to where he was prior to arriving was shared. My mother and I were both kept informed as to his ETA. Once Tyler was done he called me and explained everything to me that he had shared with my mother. I could tell he was very patient with my mother...much appreciated.     Matt went above and beyond trying to clean out our clogged drain. He was persistent by running 90 of snake down the main line and also 90 down a side drain. Max was called for assistance, running an additional 30 of snake required to clear the Clog. Both men were professional, hard working men. The final price was more than fair considering the additional manpower required. I cannot make a stronger recommendation.

    Pepe’ was here to reseat toilet which he did. He also showed me a gap between the base of the toilet and the floor which he repaired before he replaced the wax ring.     We had a leak coming from the wall in our bedroom whenever the sink was running. Nate came out and was able to quickly diagnose and localize the area to find a broken pipe.     I would give Max Solon Plumbing 10* (stars). They were very competent and quick in repairing an outdoor hose spigot that broke directly off the wall. The quality of their work was better than I could have asked for. Ian and team did such a clean, professional job, and included additional safety features that I wasnt even aware of existed. I had to take photos and show my members & neighbors because it looked so good! And their pricing was so reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from other big plumbing companies (nearly 60% lower). Finally, their team is so nice, courteous, friendly (just like good neighbors), that I felt they had my back, which is unique in this kind of service industry. The first 2 photos are before and after of the repairs.
