Great company! Called with an emergency Kitchen back up issue. Came out right away, very friendly and courteous! Also gave great tips on how to keep drains clean and clear. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely call them again with any drain/plumbing needs.

Chris came out same day that I called! He was polite and friendly explained what he was doing and gave preventative tips. Price was reasonable to clear kitchen drain. This is the second time I’ve used this company in 5 years. Hopefully I won’t need the service again but if I do I’ll call Midway.

At the recommendation of our local plumber, we hired Midway Sewer Services to come out and clear a clogged kitchen drain. Our appointment was scheduled quickly (in less than 24 hours after we called) and Chris cleared the drain quickly. He also gave us a primer on the various causes of clogged drains and recommendations on how to avoid them. Finally, the charge for this work was very reasonable! I highly recommend Midway Sewer Services (and Chris!)!

Midway Sewer quickly responded to my call with an urgent plumbing issue (2nd floor drain blockage) the week before Christmas.On very short notice during this bustling holiday season and during a snowstorm to boot they were prompt, courteous, giving arrival updates- solved the problem and all for a very fair price. I highly recommend them for sewer, drains or other challenging plumbing problems. Thank you Cindy and Chris for your excellent customer service!

I was fortunate to be referred to Midway by another professional that wasnt available. It was a great referral.Midway had quick scheduling, same day service, and professional and friendly staff. Gary, the plumbing tech, determined the cause of the backup in my home, resolved the issue quickly, and did so at an affordable price! Midway will be my go to in the future should I have a need. I highly recommend them if you want quality work at an affordable price.

Communication and service were outstanding. Chris called an hour before arrival, was prompt, courteous and professional. Had lots of tree roots blocking my main sewer line, he removed 90% of them. The other 10% he explained why they couldnt readily be removed with his equipment, but gave me ideas to help minimize them. Very impressed with his forthcoming information, patience in answering all my questions, and service (took about an hour). Also completive pricing - much more reasonable then the big companies. I was recommended Midway from a couple coworkers, and I echo that high recommendation!

I previously used them a few years back by the recommendation of my neighbor, who is a also a plumber but doesnt work the type of job that I needed done to my drain. My pipes are old and needs to be clean every so often. So when I saw a little water backing up again on my basement floor drain, I completely forgot who I used. Went online and saw a familiar name and figured that was the company I used before. It turned be a franchise company that is extremely expensive and tried to scam me by saying my line might be broken and that another tech will need look at it to confirm that Ill need new pipes. I should have listened to my intuition from the very first call I made to this company, even the call was a complete different experience from what I remembered.So I dig into to my records from years before and saw that it was Midway Sewer I used last time. Ron came to look at my drain and was awesome. He was warm and personable, completely different from the dude who tried to rip me off. Ron ran the line no problem ALL THE WAY through the pipe whereas the other guy said the line couldnt move any further than a few feet due to a block caused by the broken pipe. The job with Midway Sewer costed SIGNIFICANTLY lower. So SO much less!!! And they got the job.As of today, this locally owned company does not have a lot of reviews on here (but those that are, are all rated 5 stars), so if quantity is what youre looking for and you decide to go with another company, heres an advice, if they wont disclose the price of the job, go with Midway Sewer Service Company of St Paul. If not Midway Sewer Service Company of St Paul, avoid the franchise and go with the locally owned companies who knows that reputation for honest work matters in our community.

We had to have our pipes flushed out before moving and I’m so impressed with the service we got from Ron. He was absolutely awesome and the prices were reasonable. He made sure the job was done and done right. Highly recommended!!
