I needed a bathroom remodel to remove an old tub in a small 1956 ranch style house. Im very happy that I chose Banner Construction to complete the job. They laid protective covers on my hardwood floors, and they were very accurate on the estimated time it would take. Balazs was very easy to work with, and he was always available to talk when I called. The demo crew was very friendly and polite, and the tile subcontractor, Victor, was absolutely amazing. My bathroom, although small, is very beautiful. I will be using them for my 2nd bathroom remodel. I highly recommend them.

Banner Construction completed a full remodel of our kitchen including appliance installation and cabinet painting, new granite including additional wrap-around granite remodeled from a wood bar that took some clever innovation of existing materials, a full rebuild/additional tile and installation of a mantle around our fireplace, a re-tile of our entryway, and installed several outlets including wiring an external 240V Outlet for a hot tub. These are cultivated, innovative courteous, and professional builders. The results were beyond our expectations at a rate that was very competitive and reasonable for big results! Balazs and his crew were always communicative, discussing next steps and making sure they met our expectations. We will be reaching out to Banner Construction for our next project, and I heartily and categorically endorse this building firm for your home improvement needs! Awesome company! Balazs was always available and very responsive to to any questions I had.We had a fairly difficult shower remodel which many contractors we talked with didnt seem to understand. We felt comfortable with Banner and after it is all done, we are so glad we went with them. They stayed on budget and the quality of their work was superb.Everyone who came to the job was top notch and very respectful of our home.I cant recommend them enough!

We felt very fortunate to have found Banner Construction! We had a difficult bathroom project and it was the first project that we ever hired someone to do. This is a family business and they were very thoughtful in wanting us to have the project come out just like we wanted it and it did! I highly recommend them and will use them again for any other project that we need help with. The bathroom is beautiful and is now my favorite room in the house!

I had never hired a contractor before working with Banner Construction, so I wasnt certain how the process worked or what to expect. I was worried that I might be asking for things in the remodel that were too much of a hassle or simply not possible. I also worried the outcome may be different than I had expected.Im thrilled to say that I had no reason to worry. My family and I were absolutely 100% satisfied with the outcome of our remodel and with whole team from Banner Construction. Balazs is professional, kind, and responds very promptly to any questions or concerns. He was open to any of my ideas about the project, did whatever he could in his power to make this remodel exactly what I was asking for, and kept the project within a reasonable budget. Balazs was also very good about keeping myself and my family informed of how the process was going to go every step of the way, which I appreciated as someone who was so new to this. The Banner Construction team was very hard-working, punctual, respectful of our home, and worked swiftly all the way to completion. It was pleasure having such a friendly, positive crew working on this project.I feel that I was extremely fortunate to have found such a wonderful company to work with for this first project and I will definitely be hiring Banner Construction for all of my future remodeling needs.

After having a mold remediation company take apart and clean up our master bath, we needed a contractor who could put everything back together again. I found Banner Construction online and the reviews looked great so I reached out - Balazs got back to me right away! This company is *very* responsive and I really appreciated the fact that they are so down to earth; Balazs took the time to understand where we were at with our budget and made recommendations that worked within that all the way. Each team that he brought in was very professional and the work they did was perfect. Our master bath now looks fresh, updated, and we couldnt be happier with it! I will definitely be hitting them up for future remodeling projects... once my project-piggy-bank is full again ;P

Banner Construction people were reliable and kept on schedule with the remodeling of our kitchen, which was completed in six weeks. They did an outstanding job removing the old cabinets and appliances, taking everything away for us. We love our new kitchen with its opened up space, beautiful quartz countertops, new flooring, new backsplash, and new lighting and appliances, which they installed with care.

Banner LLC recently finished remodeling both bathrooms in our home and my wife and I are very happy we choose them to do the work.We primarily worked with Balazs throughout the process and I really appreciated the communication he gave. As someone that really hasnt dealt with contractors much, he helped make the process smooth. During the bidding process I appreciated the clarifying questions he asked before presenting the bid. It made me feel like this wasnt just another job and that he was paying attention to details right from the start. Balazs provided very good recommendations on where to choose materials as we were completely clueless on where to even begin looking other than the normal home improvement stores. He also had a very quick turnaround on the bid. I also appreciated that requests of additional work (like replacing plumbing in the walls and adding handles to cabinets) were able to be accommodated without issue.As my wife and I were expecting our second child during this process, starting and finishing the job on-time was of great importance. Banner Construction was able to start a week early and finished both bathrooms easily within the timeframe allotted. All of the people that worked on our house were very courteous and they all were very proud of the work that they did. Before starting one even showed us photos of previous jobs he had recently completed so we could see the standard of work he performed. Every night they picked up drop clothes and tried to clean up their work area as much as possible.Overall I am ecstatic with the work Banner Construction did on our bathrooms. Their work is fantastic.

Just had our two bathrooms totally gutted and redone by Banner. We feel lucky to have found Banner via internet research (Yelp, Google, etc.). We originally started our project with another contractor we met at one of the Home and Garden shows at Cal Expo. We paid a Personal Service Agreement (PSA) along with a good amount for a designer to draw plans. We decided to walk away from that contractor as we could not get a revised bid amount based on the detailed plans he suggested we have done. We also felt the communication dropped off after signing and paying for the PSA.Banner took our imperfect detailed plans along with a home visit and provided a bid consistent with the original contractors initial bid/estimate. Banners bid was on target, even with some of the issues that arose during the project (40 year old home on a cement slab and code concerns not addressed in our original plans).Balazs Banner won us over with his timely and continued communication and his father (and team) won us over with the quality of work. Everyone was great about answering our questions and wanted to make sure we were okay with changes that were needed. Should you choose Banner for your project, make sure they know you are open to suggestions, as they have great practical alternatives that may actually be better and possibly less expensive than your original design.Banner will definitely be at the top of our list should we have another project in the future.

This was our second bathroom remodel overall, but our first with Banner Construction. From the estimating process through the completed job, Balazs & his team were very thorough, friendly and professional. They explained work to be performed, costs, & payment process/options. They were very honest with items that posed potential issues and accommodating with different timelines of materials. The work was completed in a timely manner (actually much sooner than promised), and we are VERY pleased with our updated bathroom! I feel their pricing was fair. We love the end result, and we would definitely hire them in a hearbeat for any other projects in the future!

Fabulous work product. Fair priced. On schedule and on estimate. Very nice guys – charming actually. Banner delivered a whole house remodel – new flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, new bathroom cabinets, countertops and walk-in showers, and they merged two small bedrooms. We would hire them again in a second.
