Before entering our home, he used shoe covers to protect our wooden floors! He said that he did not want to leave marks on the floor! Attention to detail, I call that great customer service!!! Dana also really took the time to meticulously clean our air conditioning unit, and he was very patient and informative when we asked questions about our situation. Darlene in the home office was fantastic in coordinating not only my change in time from the time I booked online, but was also knowledgeable enough about HVAC systems that she was able to identify my likely problem. Jason, the repair technician out of the McLean location not only identified that my unit only needed a new capacitor ($189) while he could have taken advantage of me and replaced the compressor or more. I signed up and paid for service contracts for both my units. After he left I was concerned about the price upfront so he actually came back after he was done with his later appointments, voided the credit card charge and set me up with monthly billing. UAT was the company American Home Shield sent to take care of my leaky pipe problem in the basement. The techs were Very efficient and went over in detail what was wrong with the pipe and what needed fixing. The job was a two day ordeal because the HOA had to turn off the main water source to the community. I wasnt expecting that a manager from UAT would come out to get the job done the following day, which was greatly appreciated.

My air conditioner stopped working at some point this past Saturday afternoon and the average high here in DC for the last week as been in the mid 90s. The tech that was assigned to come out and assist me was David Ford and I have to say he was so knowledgeable about air conditioners. He walked me through step by step what he was going to do to diagnose the problem on the phone when he called at 11:38 pm to let me know that he was less than 10 min away. He came out and worked efficiently, while explaining to me exactly what he was doing. It turns out my capacitor was malfunctioning. He replaced it and then provided some maintenance and it was fixed. Just like that the temperature started to go down!!! David Ford is by far the best technician that has ever come out to assist me from United Air and Temp! Thank you so much David for keeping my appointment and for giving me cool air again!!! You’re the best!!!

The service and extra effort I received was superb!!!! Josh was assigned to my request through my AHS maintenance service and made sure to get me up and running before the next heat wave. My initial technician from a competitor barely looked at my hvac which lead to my additional request. Josh took off the remaining ice block, added the coolant required, changed my air filter, and made sure to give detailed instructions on keeping the health of my hvac up to par. I’ll use them every time moving forward if I have an issue.

My assigned technician called to ask if he can come earlier than my scheduled appointment time. This was great news since I had no hot water. The technician was professional and patiently explained to me what my issue was and was able to fix my water heater without having to replace it. I would definitely use Unite Air Temp again and if possible request Antoine to be my technician. I would definitely recommend UAT for plumbing services.

The first contractor was lazy and didn’t do the proper assessment, but United Air Temp has integrity and professionalism and did things the right way. Kudos!!

The techs are always punctual and respectful explaining every step of how they will assess each task and walk you thru the process. There are never surprise charges which unfortunately are all to common these days. Ive added their monthly protection plan and its nice to have the peace of mind that regular checkups will help maintain the longevity of my interior and exterior systems.

He came prepared and didn’t try to put off the work. He also provided me with information about our backup sprinkler system and possible contamination. I’m getting that taken care of immediately. The plumber from the other company never mentioned anything but observed the same issue. Now I know what’s going on with our water. I’m hoping through AHS I can remain with this plumbing company.
