Great experience overall. Gave me by far the best price on an HVAC replacement. All technicians have been professional and friendly and (I think) performed good work.I had one weird technical issue with the system shortly after installation, and they had someone out at 8am the next day to fix it. Very responsive and clearly stand by their work.Ive had poor experiences with other HVAC companies and would happily recommend Davis to anyone.

The Davis Ford Service Technicians, Carlos and Simon were excellent! They were very professional in performing their work. They were very polite when answering my questions. They were very respectful and cleaned up after working on the air conditioner. They were very careful when their work required attention to the equipment located outside in the very hot sun. I feel very fortunate that these gentlemen removed the broken air condtioner and successfully installed the new functioning unit that I am currently enjoying!

I just got my entire HVAC (gas furnace and AC) replaced with Davis Ford and cant recommend them more. We got multiple quotes but going with DF was an easy decision. Kevin really took his time to give us many options and explain in detail the differences in them (first to my husband and then all over again to me later on the phone, which had to have been annoying but he didnt make it seem like it was). He answered every question I had from heat pumps to SEERs to coolants and we really felt like we understood the different options so we could make the best decision for our home. It also helped that their pricing was good, especially understanding what we were getting for our dollar. DF was the clear choice.Install couldnt have gone better, either. 3 days after we agreed to the work we had a new HVAC system installed (it took half a day). Simon, Christian and Dante were so professional and respectful of my home. I got the same DF treatment of having everything explained so I understood what was being done and how it works. When they left, my utility room and basement was *cleaner* than it was when they arrived (the vacuumed my utility room?!) and my house is now the perfect temperature — and for the first time the upstairs is the same degree as the downstairs, wild! The install was the exact quote I agreed to - no weird upselling or surprise fees at the end.The entire experience left me feeling like I got a quality service from great people. And while I havent had to use their maintenance services yet I know I can trust whoever they send out.

Our HVAC system was blowing fiberglass insulation up into our house which was making us sick. Haddon, our service tech, was able to identify our extremely strange, but serious problem after thoroughly checking through the entire ductwork system in the attic and the furnace in the garage.Their services were prompt and professional. In just two days, Haddon and Gary were able to clean our air ducts, change our entire HVAC system, add an air purifier, and even remount our thermostat. We made an appointment for 8am and they still showed up on time even though they had to drive out two hours to pick up a new coil since everything is in short supply these days.I cant praise them enough for being detail orientated and honest. They never tried to upsell me anything and gave very generous prices given the scope of the work. Id definitely trust them again for any future HVAC related issues.

Have used Davis Ford Heating & AC twice now and have had excellent experiences each time; I will continue to use them for all electrical and HVAC needs in the future.For an electrical issue (Dec 2022):I submitted an inquiry for a set of broken outlets in my garage at 9pm on Yelp and they reached out to me to schedule a free in-person consultation via their website. It was easy to find a time slot for the next morning with an arrival time between 8am-10am.James L. arrived on time and was courteous and thorough. He patiently took the time to review the issue and answer any questions that I had.What I loved: the ease of the automated scheduling through the website (there was no need to message back and forth like I did with other companies), free in-person consultation (other companies wanted to charge $100-150 service fee for just showing up), and James friendly and thorough service. Give that man a raise!For an AC issue (Oct 2023):I easily scheduled an appointment via their website for 8am-noon. Joe C. and Gary S. showed up on time, and were courteous and thorough in investigating and remedying the issue. They were able to resolve the issue quickly while giving me a detailed explanation and photos of the process.

Recently, my air conditioning became completely inoperable. Yet Davis Ford Heating and Air Conditioning came quickly to assess and a few days later replaced the entire unit. My service technician was Haddon and he did a fantastic job, first walking me though what was wrong and then later everything that was replaced as well as what I needed to know about the new system. He was very hard working, personable, attentive, thoughtful, and respectful. While the weather was very hot, both inside and outside the house, Haddon was cool under pressure and was very thorough in all he fixed.

My AC was not blowing as cold as it should, so I initiated a request for a maintenance service only on a Friday afternoon in August. I received a message via the Angi app almost immediately that said, Happy to provide this service. We coordinated a date/time for services in the app. The appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday. A four-day wait time is not bad for a non-emergency call in this area. However, on Saturday our AC completely stopped working.On Tuesday morning, I sent a message to be sure we were still good to go for our service appointment at 1:00 pm. I received an immediate response confirming our appointment. Later, I received a call from Carlos letting me know he would be arriving soon. Carlos arrived promptly at 1:00 PM as scheduled.Carlos was kind, cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained every step of the process, including cost and time expectations. A short while later, JP arrived. JP was equally thorough with explanations of the problem and estimated time to complete the services. Carlos reviewed everything he had completed so far with JP and Carlos and JP continued to work together.About midway through the process, JP and Carlos explained the reason the AC was no longer working and even though I originally only scheduled a maintenance visit, JP and Carlos proceeded to fix the problem without having to return. We were thoroughly pleased and thankful they were able to accommodate us and get our AC running again. At the end of the repair service, JP let us know he would be leaving, and Carlos would explain everything.Carlos reviewed the cost of services and introduced us to a maintenance plan to be sure our HVAC/Furnace unit is maintained twice a year. They even discounted the service by $100 because we signed up for the twice-yearly maintenance plan. Thanks to Davis Ford, I will no longer worry about my AC and heating every year! I am also pleased to know they provide electrical and plumbing services too! This is a great company that I will use again without hesitation!

My furnace lost power, a senior with a child under 3 in the home, I found myself without heat. Upon calling the company that installed my furnace 9 years ago I was unable to receive assistance. I called the furnace manufacturer and asked for 3 recommendations for experts in the field, Davis Ford was one of the experts given. From the first phone call to Davis Ford I left a message and received a call back within a short time. Their customer service representative took my information and had a skilled technician out within hours and after two days without heat we are up and running in less then 30 min. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself! Call Davis Ford if your in need of excellent professional skills in HVAC, electrical, customer service and plumbing.

Over the past year we had multiple HVAC firms diagnose issues with our HVAC system (condensation on outside of upper interior unit leading to discoloration and mold on ceiling sheetrock on floor below). Haddon Baile promptly identified the source and corrected the problem. None of the other three firms had been able to find the root cause and fix the issue- without proposing further investigation and then extremely expensive repairs. Haddon clearly explained to us what he found and in addition provided simple maintenance tips to keep our HVAC system running smoothly in the future. Overall rating: A+.

We had the air conditioning unit meltdown during some of the worst heat of the July month. Haddon came to fix and monitored it and could tell right away it was the blower. He videoed it and took the time to really explain what the issues were. Carrier was slow in sending the part but Haddon was great keeping on them and communicating with us.The ac part came in a week later and Haddon installed. It’s been working great. Despite some annoying scheduling and communication issues, we were impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the service technician, Barry Becker, who spent over 4 hrs. correcting the problem with our heat pump and who insisted on not leaving until he had satisfactorily addressed the issue. He also noted our defective thermostat which he arranged to replace on a return visit. Yet another 5 star performance!
