Great service! Filled out an online request and they called back in Less than 30 minutes to set up an appointment. The rep - Dean - came right on time, checked out our old and broken range hood, diagnosed the issue quickly, and did what he could to help. Unfortunately, the range hood is a goner, but the service was super helpful! Gave me recommendations for where to go for similar style range hood and advice on brands. Awesome service! Ask for Dean - he was great!

Everything was professional about using this service. I had the problem for our washer diagnosed on the phone. Trusted Home Experts came ready to fix, with the correct replacement plastic piece for the washer. Smooth transaction. This review is not 5-stars only because of the price.......... Maybe I let it slip that the washer was covered by warranty. I was surprised when they then charged $290 in labor, the work was done in less than an hour. Definitely get an estimate before using this company. IMO, just because an appliance might be covered by warranty is not an excuse to upcharge. Be honest. The total cost for the small plastic replacement valve $130 + $290 for 50 minutes of labor is almost the cost of a brand new washing machine. This all being said, Dean was great getting me the paperwork to submit for application to warranty coverage.
