    Had issue with a leaky/busted bath spout for past few months and got to point I needed this addressed. Contacted a few high rated plumbers on Yelp and Pride was quick to respond...quick call and message had them come over and assess the damage. Ali was early and was very thorough in his assessment of the issue and walked me through the available options - although pricing seemed high, the technician was genuine and guaranteed a quick fix within 2-3 hours. Flexible with payment options too...Very good work overall and delivered as expected!!

    When my old plumber never called back, I decided to look for a new one. Pride Plumbing came up as highly rated with great reviews. I called and easily got a tech visit scheduled. I had an unusually high water bill & thought that there may be leaks that could have caused it. Steven M. was the service technician assigned. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable & went through the estimate/work to be performed & the products to be installed in detail. And best of all, I appreciated very much that he wore disposable booties so as not to bring dirt from his shoes to my house - not many service companies think of small details that can mean a lot. After thorough checking, no leaks determined but I decided to have an old toilet & a shower head replaced. Work was scheduled in a couple of days & Im fully satisfied with the work performed & the clean up afterwards. From my first call to Pride up to the completion of the work, Im totally impressed at how everything was done so professionally. You get 5 stars and my vote, Pride Plumbing and my thanks to Steven M. for a job well done!!!

    I used Pride Plumbing for a rather large job, and I am very satisfied with their serviceThey replaced all the cast iron sewer lines and the steam boiler return line in my 87 year old basement.Their technicians, Sean, Steven and Job were great, they were on time and did quality work.There was one small issue (which was really related to the fact that I have an 87 year old steam system) the owner Dan came back and promptly took care of.     The technician assigned to fix my valve leak, Ali, was very professional and proficient at his job. He immediately assessed the problem and provided me with several repair options catered not only to my budget but also based on the knowledge that we might redo our bathroom in the future. He quickly and diligently completed the repairs and was very courteous throughout the process keeping me assessed of his progress throughout. I was so impressed with his service that I am switching to Pride Services for our annual heating system check up and will consider the company for future work, including potential installing a water filtration system.     We had a plumbing issue that we needed resolved, Pride Services sent out their technician Ali to take care of installing two pop-up drains. He installed the two pop-up drains, and made sure that there were no leaks by filling and refilling the sink and tightening up anything that he needed to tighten and putting up any sealant that he needed to. Stayed for a little while longer making sure they were absolutely no leaks before he said the job was completed. Ali did a very thorough installation and inspection of his work, we would use Pride Services again in a heartbeat.

    Iā€™ve been using pride services for more than 10 years now and I always feel comfortable when the job is done. Their customer service is great and always friendly and welcoming. Their workers are always courteous and great with the million questions I have for them. Theyā€™re professional and the work is picturesque when complete. Today they installed a whole house water filter and fixed a few leaks with my boiler. I canā€™t say enough about the quality and consistency of the work over the years.

They had to replace the sewer line trap in our basement which is a pretty big job at what seems to me to be a reasonable price considering the work involved. Left the area cleaned up when finished.     Once again, I have had a very positive experience with Pride Services and the technician who was assigned to work on my problem. This time, I needed help getting the boiler started for the winter. The assigned technician called ahead to inform me of his time of arrival and pulled up right as promised. He introduced himself and quickly began what turned out to be a very thorough assessment of the equipment in my basement - stopping patiently to answer my questions - either explaining things carefully to me when I asked or letting me know when heā€™d be far enough along to be able to give me an answer. At the end, the work completed today and the work which will need to be done at a future appointment as well as the cost were carefully explained to me. It will be a bigger job than I anticipated and I had multiple questions, all of which were answered carefully and patiently. The answers were more thorough than I anticipated because conditions in the up stairs had been assessed in addition to the basement. I am confident that I made an informed decision to have Pride Services continue with the needed work and that I understand all aspects of what will be entailed.

    Ali came as promised. Called me from the road 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was lovely. Friendly, knowledge. Put covers on his shoes to protect my floors. Liked my dog. Fixed my toilets giving me three options. He needed a piece that he didnā€™t have on his truck so he went to the store to get it. Everything fixed within a few hours. Best of all my toilets are no longer constantly flushing! Next plumbing problem I have, Iā€™m asking for Ali!

    Best plumbing service around! Have used them for multiple jobs in my home, big and small, and I couldnā€™t have dealt with better people.     My hot water heater suddenly stopped working. I tried everything to get it going again. I was recommended to call Danny, at Pride Plumbing. Danny was able to come over the very next morning and was able to repair my hot water heater quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to answer my questions and to explain to me the condition my current boiler is in and what future steps I should take in order to avoid any other issues. He was honest and very knowledgeable. I will be calling Pride Plumbing when it is time to replace my boiler.

    Recently used Pride plumbing for our annual maintenance of our Alta Combi boiler that they installed. Making an appointment was seamless. Chris was the plumber who took care of the maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After the job was completed I was emailed a report, including pictures of everything that was done. I highly recommend using Pride Plumbing for plumbing jobs you might have.

    The service I needed was the installation of a tankless hot water/heating unit. I gave Pride Plumbing a call and explained the situation. From beginning to end I was treated with respect and understanding. I was given an on the spot estimate which I knew was quite fair and not price gouging. The crew that did the job was efficient and knew their stuff. In and out of the house they made sure not to disrupt our day as my wife and I were home. All that remained was a spotless perfect installation of our new unit. So if you are having any plumbing issues I would definitely recommend you give this company a call. In my book honesty and respect goes a long way.

    I rarely write reviews but felt compelled because of the outstanding service I received from Pride Plumbing.We had our original heating system replaced and decided to go with a combination tankless heating and hot water unit. After consulting with Dan about which unit would best fit our needs we decided to go with the Lochinvar unit.They installed it in a day and a half. All the workers that came into our home were very professional. They answered any questions we had and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I can not say enough about how pleased we are with our decision. It looks like a work of art and is so more compact and efficient than our older unit.Not only are we saving on space ( no more hot water heater ) but we are saving so much money on our gas bills.Thank you again Dan, Chris and all the great workers at Pride plumbing.

    I cant tell you how awesome Pride Plumbing is. It is my second time using them, and for big projects. Unfortunately, like the first time, its work thats behind the scenes because of leaks in this old house. I called on a Sunday knowing I would leave a message and it was the first thing Monday morning I got a call from Danny. Sean was there in the morning to assess the situation. Gave me a price, never happy, but he is professional. He was back the next day, doing work with a colleague. Totally recommend them for sure!

    Dont even know where to begin about the exceptional service from Pride Plumbing. I have been a member of HomeServ for over 10 years and had been complaining about the same issue for 3 years finally my family found ourselves with no heat right before the winter and we decided to look outside. When I saw Pride Plumbing had 5 stars I thought it must be too good to be true but after calling a few other services and not having the best experience with the person who answered the phone I decided to go for it. The scheduling was fast and easy with confirmation follow-up. While all of that was great Chris was the star of the show.     As usual, Pride Services proved themselves to be a top-notch company. I needed to replace my boiler. Steve came over on a Monday to give me an estimate and the boiler was installed the following Tuesday. Steve and Sean worked all day, taking out my old boiler and replacing it with a new, more efficient one. They also installed smoke detectors in all of the bedrooms and replaced one on my first floor that wasnt working. They kept me updated as they worked.     These guys are the best! Our heat went out on the night of Christmas Eve and they showed up on Christmas morning within the hour to get us back up and running. Could not ask for more incredible service. I should also mention that they did all of the plumbing for our entire renovation, including all the bathrooms, installing gas fireplaces, a pool, relocating a gas meter to the other side of the house and more tasks that Iā€™m probably forgetting. Every single employee was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite, including their office staff. Highly recommend. They will be our go-to guys for life.

    My hot water heater started leaking over the weekend. They called back right away to discuss the issue and help was quickly on the way. The plumbers showed up, diagnosed the problem, and gave options for a new hot water heater (old one was 10 years old). Work was done professionally and cleanly.
