Richard Lopez, Ricky Vera and Gerardo Rios respected our house. They placed cardboard mats throughout our basement to protect the carpeting while excavating the concrete floor. At the end of each day, tools were stored, the job site was swept clean, and excavation debris were placed outside in orderly piles. These simple acts inspired confidence in their professionalism.They treated my wife and me with respect. This work was complicated; much of it was below grade, through wall studs and interfacing existing work. They answered our curious questions clearly and with a smile. We asked them to place inspection plates, valves and pipes in discrete locations wherever possible. Before anything was made permanent, they proactively discussed our preferences and sought our consent. They were professional gentlemen and were welcome in our home.At the end of the day, nothing leaks. That’s the sign of a plumbing job well done. Their courteous, respectful and accommodating manner only added to our satisfaction. Our new bathroom is on its way to completion.

I have used them 2 times to catch up on several plumbing issues. Slow Flushing toilet, kitchen sink clog, garbage disposal replacement, outside faucet replacement, Master shower thermostatic valve and copper pipe leaks (in the walls). Some of these projects were to repair poor workmanship by other large Plumbing companies. Every employee I interacted with was patient in listening to my concerns, engaged in troubleshooting the issues, knowledgeable about how to best to resolve the issue. I also like that I didnt have to pay for an estimate visit and then schedule a follow up for the repair. They came with the supplies they needed or was able to quickly get anything they needed that day to finish the job. Of note, the copper pipe repairs are beautiful. No splashed or messy soldering. They really were careful in cutting dry wall to make it easier to patch, too.

Fantastic Service, always fair price. We have used RV Carey now 6 times between our home and business and the gentlemen they send have always been extremely professional. Highly recommend!
