O’Neill Bros installed a new vanity in my old bathroom because I wasnt ready to gut the whole thing. They were prompt, friendly, and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Pricing was also very reasonable. Theyve snaked drains for us in the past too and made sure to take care of our old plumbing. Highly recommend!

Patrick installed a new gas water heater in our home. Our experience was excellent.1.Communication: super easy, quick to respond.2. Price, very competitive.3. Other comments: Timely, excellent disposition, willingness to be helpful.4 Overall: Without hesitation, I will contact Tom and Patrick (O’Brian Bros) for any other plumbing job we may have in the future. Top professional. They also help make the installation of a this new gas water heater a much easier process. New county regulations regarding gas water heaters require chimneys to be lined. By Tom and Patrick working with an excellent chimney company (reasonably priced) they make the whole process for assuring that inspection is passed and minimizing customer involvement with two separate companies and county permit office. Very professional work at reasonable cost!

I highly recommend ONeill Brothers Plumbing, based on the excellent job they did for me after the failure of my water heater. My thanks go to Tom ONeill, who was able to schedule my appointment for the day after the failure, and to Patrick ONeill, who performed the work. Tom very helpfully coordinated with Chimney Masters -- which had to install a new chimney flue before the water heater could be installed -- by scheduling the plumbing work to begin immediately after the flue was installed. The plumber, Patrick, was very personable and obviously liked explaining the details of the work he was doing. He is clearly a perfectionist, judging from the extremely neat and clean plumbing connections and routings he devised. I sincerely appreciate the work ONeill Brothers did for me.

A friend recommended this company and we were very satisfied with the prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service. Our patio drain was clogged and and after the removal of small roots and debris, the drain is clear. Highly recommend.

My “personal” plumber switched companies so we of course followed him. We needed a new hot water heater after 20 plus years and his schedule was full. They fit us in and Patrick came yesterday (less than 24 hrs after initial non emergency call) and did the job. He was thorough, pleasant and professional. They gave me an estimate prior and it even came in a tiny bit less. An extremely pleasant experience and I highly recommend!

Plumbing is 5000% the BEST of the best! They are a hidden gem and were recommended to me 5+ yrs ago by a family friend. The respect, knowledge and honesty they give is beyond the world we live in today. Other companies I have worked with in the past, didn’t show half of the value of their work as O’Neill Bros does.They take pride in the hard work they do yet are humbled, always positive and willing to go above and beyond to help with emergency plumbing situations. Tully is wonderful to work with. He has been there for our family a few times in the past few years. He gives his word, works extra hard, honest, genuine, friendly and open with sharing next steps or suggestions.This family owned business speaks volumes through their work team. They are a caring and loyal with their customers of many years. We had an issue with some drain venting in our upstairs guest bathroom and ONeill Brothers Plumbing was able to fit us in their schedule within a timely manner. The plumber arrived on-time, was extremely kind and professional, and took his time to understand, remediate, and explain everything going on with our drain system. We wish we had used this plumbing company sooner. We look forward to using ONeill Brothers Plumbing at our house and would recommend them with five stars for anyone in Kensington, Bethesda, or surrounding areas.

I cannot recommend the O’Neill brothers enough! They helped us replace a water heater when we desperately needed it and identified that we also needed a new chimney liner to be up to code. From there, they were able to connect us to the team at Chelsea’s Chimney to do the chimney. The day of the install, the guys from O’Neill and Chelsea’s worked collaboratively to get the job done. All in all a fantastic experience and lovely working with Tom, Patrick, and the rest of the team!!

A neighbor referred us to the ONeil Bros and Im so happy they did. Tom and his crew are AWESOME! They are all the things other contractors we have worked with were not....honest, responsive, on time, and offered competitive pricing. Not to mention, they do great work and really know their stuff.
