We had an exceptional experience working with Renovation By Design on our primary bathroom and walk-in closet addition. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free.Tom, our project manager, was fantastic—he explained every detail thoroughly, keeping us informed at every step. Thanks to his careful management, there were no surprises, and the project was completed much faster than we expected.Their attention to detail was outstanding. Every contractor who worked in our home was professional, respectful, and highly skilled. We also loved their project management app, which kept all our selections organized and provided a clear daily schedule of what was happening during construction.Special thanks to Michelle for her design expertise and to Jerry, who truly went above and beyond. Thank you Renovation By Design!!!!! It’s hard to find the right words for how amazing this company is. Tom the owner is the best, he walked us through absolutely everything we would need for this project, always keeping us updated every step of the way. We needed some serious updating on our home. and have no experience in home renovations, framing, hvac, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, siding, tile. Renovation By Design only use the best, true professionals that were in and out of our home daily, always being kind, respectful and thoughtful of our needs and our family’s needs while they worked, Meg our designer was a huge part of this project, she really got to know us and the feel we wanted for the house and really did an amazing job with showing us all the things we picked out for our project, tile, bathroom features, barn doors and all the hardware needed, she truly has an artistic way about her that is hard to find in most people. She lead us to exactly what we needed for this project, and I can honestly say everything she helped us pick out is perfect for our new addition. RBD uses builder trend which day to day, hour by hour, showed us the schedule of what was happening and when, so there was never any surprises when it came to our project. I thought what we had in mind for this project was impossible, but RBD went above and beyond, and truly delivered us our dream home, Tom and Meg, our family cannot thank you enough, we now have our dream home and it is better than I could have ever imagined!!!!!!!!!! We had an amazing team with Meg and Reggie. Meg was so patient, kind and attentive. She helped us revise plans, presented options and took an incredible amount of time with us to get everything right (our dog misses her).Reggie kept us up to date on every aspect of the project, communicated so well and was an absolute machine and keeping everything organized and on task, even when we made last minute changes.We have more plans for our home and RBD will certainly be the ones we call!

Reggie did a fantastic job at making sure our project was done to our satisfaction. He listened to our concerns, was easy to work with and he really does care about his customers. The demo/framing crew and Joe, RBD’s carpenter, were awesome as well. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I gave 5 stars because I believe Reggie, Joe and the demo/framing crew deserved nothing less. If it weren’t for them, I would’ve have rated RBD at 2.5 stars.

We had very good experience with RBD. They designed and remodeled our master bathroom. The whole team, Jerry, Ronda, Brett, were professional and knowledgeable. They were detail oriented, always kept us updated on the project progress, and took care of any questions or concerns we had right away, which made us feel worry free. The onsite crew were friendly, attention to details, cleaned up every day. The bathroom turned out to be beautiful. We definitely will consider them again for future project.

I highly recommend Renovation by Design for your next project. Really! I had RBD remodel my kitchen & master bath over this time of covid. A tall task, especially for a condo that hadn’t been updated in some 40-50 years. The process was simple right from the start. We sat down to design an interior space that worked before anything happened. I then was shocked to see that once approved & ready there was a detailed production schedule that was meticulously detailed down to the week, day & hour. This schedule allowed me to see who and when certain tasks would be finished, which let me schedule my life around their milestones, truly awesome. Their craftsmen were beyond professional and respectful to my home. From laying down flooring covering current, vacuuming after every day & so much more.While things were rolling the project flew, working together discussing everything from choosing the right tile, flooring & materials. The build was planned & finished with a master craftsman touch. I never worried about the final product because the ease they set up ahead of time was text book. I am beyond thankful that I called RBD to master this monster project.Please know that RBD wasn’t recommended originally through anyone or a review, I honestly just saw their quality on their website and hoped that they would be able to do my job over Covid. Well, they really out did themselves, I am thankful for their teams hard work, I am truly a happy client.BTW - I do have them on my calendar to contact in the next few months and have them remodel my entire basement.Thank Tom & your team for all your work!*** Pictures attached of as close to Before & After as I could ***

We had our kitchen remodeled which basically turned into a main level make over because we opened many walls and combined our old dining room and kitchen into one big beautiful kitchen. Our house was built in 1969 and we wanted more of an open concept. The design was amazing and something I never thought possible (they opened a load bearing wall and put in new support beams). Once the budget was nailed down it never changed. There was a calendar of who was coming when and they stayed pretty true to that. The employees of Renovation By Design were a pleasure to work with and are very talented in their trades and so were their sub contractors. It was a great experience.

My apologies as it has taken me some time to post a few photos for my designer Laurén McCabe!We were impressed with her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to work with us to ensure that our design choices were cohesive as we incorporated upgrades that worked with our existing cabinets.Deciding to keep our kitchen layout and open up the entrance way between the great room and kitchen also helped give the “lift” we were looking forLaurén, thank you and we truly love the results!

Renovation by Design is a very professional Design/Renovation company. We met with our designer and thought she was a great fit for us. We liked the process that followed with everything being spelled out and a meeting with Tom, the owner of the company. Several staff and companies that would be involved in our project came to the house to see the bathroom and discuss the design. We were taken shopping for all of the materials that would be used in the project and picked out what we loved with our designer, Lauren. The work effort and Project Manager, Jim was responsible and thoughtful with us always. Our project went thru COVID but we really were not hindered because of it and everyone was very careful when they came into our home. Workmanship is excellent; were very happy with our choices and love our bathroom. Our dream come true because of Renovation by Design. We highly recommend this company.

Melisa and Jon were fantastic to work with. Melisa recognized our style quickly and when my husband and I had different ideas, she brought the perfect recommendations to the table. Jon made sure we were totally satisfied with our cabinets and we t above and beyond to make sure we were totally happy. My husband put our cabinets in himself and we were treated the same as if they installed them for us. Jon and Melissa were spending t a lot of time with us picking out are cabinets and both of them are very patient. I would 100% recommend them.

Our project was tiny compared with others- remodeling a powder room. It was a pleasure working with Lauren and Tom. Every detail was discussed at length and spelled out in the contract, which was much appreciated. Lauren and Tom and the others were very professional, friendly and easy to work with, and we were very pleased that our calls/texts were answered promptly. We love our refreshed bathroom and wish we had used RBD for our kitchen and master bath. We would not hesitate recommending RBD, especially for larger projects.

I cannot rave about Renovation By Design enough. Not only are they prompt, but their quotes and their ability to stay on budget are impeccable. They have finished 2 very large jobs for me, a full first floor residential renovation (down to the studs, blowing through walls, full higher end kitchen remodel) and a commercial job, and both were handled with the upmost professionalism, quality and attention to detail. All of my calls were responded too timely, every single contractor and subcontractor that showed up at the site was friendly, polite and trustworthy. While renovations and construct can be stressful, these guys made it as smooth and seamless of an event as possible.

The designers involved were meticulous with all of the displays, allowing us to showcase our appliances. As a retailer we needed the install to be on time as we were open during the renovation. We hired Renovation by Design to help us with a significant 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom renovation. Other contractors we spoke with basically told us to design what we wanted ourselves, and they would build it. We were completely lost. When we spoke to Tom and Lauren from Renovation by Design for our initial consultation they took the time to understand our needs, including adding handicap modifications for our son, and were able to design a highly functional floor plan with maximum space utilization and an appealing design that would have never come up with on our own.Knowing that we would need to live through the construction that would take a family of 7 down from 6 bedrooms to 4 (with one of the remaining bedrooms accessible only through the construction zone), and from 3 bathrooms to 1 (which was in the basement), the RBD team laid out a plan, so that we would know exactly when areas of the house would be unavailable, and when we would be back up and running. They were extremely courteous and mindful of our situation through-out the process, and our Project Manager provided constant communication, so there were never any surprises along the way.As we reached the point where we had to make selections, Lauren was a life saver! Our eye for design is poor to say the least. but Lauren patiently coaxed out our thoughts and preferences on everything from counter tops to tile to paint colors. We ended up with a design that we absolutely love.When they were done, we had an additional 250 square feet added to the back of our house that looks like it was part of the original build (we originally had a 1700 sq ft ranch). We had a beautiful master on-suite with a walk out to our back deck a full bathroom and a walk-in closet, and they created a fully handicap accessible bedroom and bathroom for our son that has made all our lives significantly easier.All the RBD employees and sub-contractors were also extremely kind and respectful to everyone in our family, and the attention to detail was spot on. Their communication was pro-active, and if we did have questions we could easily get in touch with either our project manager (Jim) or one of the owners the same day (even on weekends!).I would highly recommend RBD for any significant remodel or home addition, and we are looking forward to having an opportunity to have them take a look at remodeling our kitchen when were ready!
