Simon was great to work with on the rewiring for our master bedroom. The previous owner had DIYed some interesting things and Simon got it all sorted out promptly to get the switches working and installed a new fixture and fan. He was punctual, the office was kind for scheduling, and we are very pleased with how the work got done. Highly recommend.

July, 2020: John and his team are great. Installed a couple of fixtures, which require electrical re-wiring, in my house. The job was done swiftly with no issues; no errors - all with excellent skill and professionalism. Overall service was great. John got me in his work queue within a week, which was not bad at all; didn’t have to wait 6 weeks. His quote was very competitive compared to 6 other electric-related businesses. John would assess the work up front on-site and let you know what work needs to be done; his professional opinion. Excellent communication overall. A 5-STAR! Highly recommend Med City Electric.

The service provided was quick, polite, and very reasonably priced!I called various places for quotes to install new lights in my living room and Med City Electric was not only the quickest to send someone out, but the only ones who didnt give me a run-around for a quote or scheduling the following install. I would definitely recommend them over the other services in town.

Med City Electric was very professional from the very first contact. The electrician that originally wired my home did not even reply to 3 messages I’d left them about a potential breaker issue. So when Med City said they would be out to take a look in the same day I called them, that impressed me. So along with the breaker inspection, I had them install a plug-in in my broom closet as well as installing a ceiling light fixture in my finished basement. The electricians that did the work were extremely professional and conscientious. I will be using Med City Electric for any other electrical needs that may arise in the future!

I contacted John Reed of Med City Electric LLC due to our central AC having trouble starting. John came over right away even though it was after hours on a weekday and checked the issue, which was the electricity switch to the compressor that was burnt. He provided a day and time when he would be able to come over to repair it. The timeliness and professionalism was apparent throughout. John was quite knowledgeable with the work he does, he checked the breaker and analyzed that the problem was a higher amperage breaker switch that needed to be changed. He replaced the breaker with the correct one, replaced the wires and professionally installed a new A/C disconnect. Will definitely recommend this company and use them again, for any electrical issues.

After living in Rochester for about a week (all the way from Mississippi), John, at Med City, came to my rescue by figuring out what needed to be done to restore electricity to 2 upstairs bedrooms and purchasing and re-installing a new fire alarm and checking the upstairs alarm as well. I was hard pressed to find someone to take care of my electricity on a Monday morning, but John did so with professionalism, know-how, and geniality. Ill contact him again if electrician services are ever needed.

We just finished today a remodel of our office and the general contractor suggested Med City. I am happy with all the work, especially Dave Eaton. Today was the last day and he didnt leave until I was happy and this has been how we were treated by Dave since the beginning.. I always knew if he was there, things were getting done.
